Loved it being on the lake

Breakfast was okay wish they would’ve offered creamers and not foam plates and the pancake machine was broken out last day

Location - I had a balcony to watch the sun set on one side, and rise on the other. I’m an artist, so I was able to overlook the negative aspects of the room solely because of that view! I can’t wait to paint it when I get back to my studio. I love that this property is located directly between my two goddaughters’ homes, and it was so reasonably priced. I can’t wait to come back.!

Balcony needed work. I was afraid of the crumbling cement, holding the iron railing. The screen door was torn . The air conditioner was not only loud, but made inconsistent noises which kept startling me, leading to a bad nights sleep.

I love the location and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Very happy with the breakfast buffet. I love how dog friendly it is (this is the most important to me and why I am a repeat guest).

I do wish they would put the outdoor cushions away when it rains. We were unable to enjoy the sitting areas, which was a shame because the sunsets over the lake are beautiful. The water line to the coffee machine had a leak, so no coffee the second morning. That's tough on we coffee drinkers. However, it was fixed by the next morning.

I liked the staff there, every one was nice and courteous. The location was great and although it was too cold to be outside I loved the lake. Everything was nice and clean. Not just the room but the whole place, dining room, Hallways and even outside was nice and clean considering the season. I normally visit Wyndham when traveling and I'd rate this one overall as one of the best because of the atmosphere and price.

The only thing I didn't like is that we didn't have more time and the weather didn't allow us to spend time outside which had nothing to do with Baymont. We were celebrating our 24th wedding anniversary and I can't say that we found anything bad to say about our stay.

The hotel was nice, but it was not as close to the downtown that I was expecting

I accidentally booked the hotel for the wrong weekend .. after I realized that I canceled the booking and booked it for next weekend. I called the number on website and they assured me that I’ll get reimbursed but never got my money back even though they said it’s gonna take 5 to 7 business days It’s been few weeks now Hotel is nice but I think I should be able to get my money back for 2 nights I didn’t stay there ( I did pay for a weekend that I went to Hot Springs, so basically I paid for 4 nights and only stayed 2 nights

Beautiful location- close to hot springs. Restaurants very close. Great breakfast

A couple of small cosmetic issues with place. We stayed 3 years ago everything looked new and shiny. Such a great location and nice employees. Need to keep up with repairs and do them well. Two thinks- Room 102 had new shower rod- holes from old one showing and sheet rock poorly done. Tub drain broken, rusty need new one. New door safety latch- did not paint and repair door where old one was. Also hallway carpet with some wearing

It was a great location. I could get to anywhere from there, a straight shot! It was very comfortable, clean and cool. I rested very well with no noise from upstairs or next door..it was great! The staff was very friendly and they had all kinds of ideas and brochures on where to go, see and do. The breakfast was a great way to start my day, there was a good variety and it was tasty. Then I would go out by the lake and enjoy the morning. I had my little dog, Abby with me, and there was plenty of grass and room for her to run around. The staff was friendly to her as well. After a long day, the sun setting and the colors out back on the water was beautiful. If there had been a restaurant open ( They were working on the Mexican Restaurant next door) it would have been perfect my last couple of days.. I got tired looking for somewhere to eat dinner. But the Hotel.. I would come back again and again..and recommend

There wasn't anything I didn't like..well they could have served bacon more days than Sunday

Hard to figure out how to turn the shower on. Our traveling companions (staying in another room) couldn’t figured out how it worked so they did not take showers. On the last day of our stay the elevator broke down. This left us older folks and our handicapped family companions stranded on the fourth floor. The Front desk did have someone come in to help with luggage but by the time they arrived we where leaving. Friendly and apologetic staff. Finally figured out that if you took and pulled an inner piece that is up in the bath tub faucet the shower would work. Tricky

The property was clean except when we moved one of the chairs in the room. Can tell no one had moved and swept under in, in a few stays. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was really good. Heard the pool was great but we did not go in but the area was nice and clean.

Must have been a storm before we came, at some point. The street level hotel sign was knocked over and it was very hard to locate the entrance road, to the hotel. Not extremely important but the staff rarely acknowledged our presence when we were in the lobby. Was not crazy about the soap, they supply us, in the shower area, it was so tiny. Was told they would fill the body wash bottle but it never was done. Ice machine was out of order on the 4th floor so had to go down, to get ice which was a little inconvenient.

Beautiful view, balcony, one of the ladies was great! Enjoyed the pool and the cabana.

The lake shore has a lot of trash and gross debris. One of the ladies in the evening would be on her phone most of the time and would not pay attention when we would walk up to the desk. We asked for pool towels and she told us to use the ones in our rooms, knowing well that after the pool those towels would be soaked and couldn't use them after our shower .... It didn't make sense for us to go back upstairs to our room and get it bath towels to use at the pool... She didn't seem to want to get off the chair and her phone . Our tub didn't drain, and was full of sand and such... Online it showed a bar to get drinks, that was closed.
