Travel from airport to hotel was easy and cheap and subway was next to hotel and another subway couple hundred yards other way. Room spacious, clean and fresh, bed very comfortable lovely swimming pool and sunbathing area

Unfortunately the cannabis problem again, this time other guests were smoking by pool, even whilst in pool, more annoying was there were children about and not just their own. Also music being played by pool by guests was loud and the area was not checked regularly, only saw an attendant once.

No microwave or refrigerator in all the rooms. No indoor pool or hot tub. Incidentals fee way too high at 75.00

The staff at the hotel and at the restaurants were very accommodating. They hotel workers did their best to be helpful and were very kind. I didn't care for the shortages of towels, nor the days my room was not cleaned nor the trash emptied. However, I believe the housekeeping staff's intentions were well meaning.

The room I was in was drafty fhrough the sliding glass doors so the cold air was ever present, requiring me to turn up the heat on the thermostat..

Location was perfect. Close to lots of shopping, restaurants and lounges.

The valet staff was a bit rude to us. They waited over 2hrs to park our car and when we returned to get the car the guy was just leaving to park it. We were told we have to wait a awhile since they just moved it. I asked how is that acceptable when we dropped it off hours ago and there were four attendants sitting in office on their cell phone instead of assisting residents. He said nothing and went to get the car complaining the whole time to others.

Hotel was a block away from hospital where our son was. Staff were all very friendly & helpful. Facilities were nice & Room was clean w/ all necessities; bathroom showed some signs of age. Could have used more than 1 regular coffee pod for 2 people in room instead of a variety of teas & decaf. Highway noises very loud on the side we were on. Ask for side away from highway.

Didn’t have a refrigerator and I booked the room for refrigerator balcony was sealed couldn’t go out there I thinking due to incident that happened at another hotel. They only had 1 washcloth in the room we went to the front desk to get more he also gave only 1 washcloth 2 adults needs more than 2

Staff was friendly and the hotel was conveniently located. Room was clean, but small and a bit dated.

The price was high because of the CFP national championship being in town, but the price didn't perfectly align with quality of the hotel. Lobby was great and was clean. Rooms were small, a bit dated and needed a little TLC.

Valet was great, fast elevator, beautiful lobby, nice views of city, great proximity to major attractions / event venues. Passable breakfast. Starbucks inside.

Towels were small and cheap. Front desk didn’t get extra towels & soap as requested. There was hair in bathtub and overall bathroom wasn’t super clean. Shower could have used a separate liner from showers curtain.

My daughter and I loved our room. Make sure you pack your own water.,Every bottle of water in the small store was $6 each! The front desk was kind to me and I liked our location. It was a wonderful stay for the 2 of us. Thank you

Complimentary water in the room would have been nice. A refrigerator in the room. But we were fine.

The staff was wonderful and attentive. The bed was comfortable and the view I had to as good - I could see the interstate and some attractions of the city.

The property is an older facility and needs some major upgrades and maintenance.
