The skyline view was amazing at night but when the sun came up and you realized you were looking over a nasty vacant lot it was rather creepy. The bed and shower was truly amazing. My husband and I stayed for our One year Anniversary and truly loved it.

At check in the female working the check-in was rather rude to us, but did not seem to have the same attitude toward the people in front of us or behind us which both happen to be another race. I do not condone this behavior at all. This girl should not be running a check-in if she cannot treat all guest equally.

Great location. The vibe of this hotel is just what I was looking for. I am a local that needed to escape for a day. I love the bar check-in! Different. I love the games in the lobby. The pool and rooftop bar were great until the high winds came through and blew everything that wasn't tied down away. The staff at check-in and check-out were professional, informative and happy to be at work. I will definitely be back when time and money permit.

I didn't feel like the A/C in room #825 got cold. I decreased the temperature but it didn't feel any cooler. I also didn't like that there is no balcony.

The location was simply fantastic, walking distance to many great restaurants, and the overall vibe of the hotel and area was AMAZING! The rooftop pool was great for tanning, and the lobby/bar was so cool! The complimentary cocktail when you check in is such a great perk, too! They also have lockers available for luggage if you need to keep bags there after check out but still want to sight see before an evening flight.

Our room was on the top floor, and the plumping would do a clanking sound when showering at a certain point. This wasn't all the time, but it did happen. But every all the other perks, I wasn't going to lose my marbles over it.

This property was amazing and so very different than most hotels! They had pool tables and shuffle board, and various other board games and things for fun in the lobby.. a photo area with the ring lighting, amazing food from the bar and kitchen area and multiple choices in the concierge area. They even had a DJ in the lobby area that truly set the party atmosphere right for an end to a great evening for us. We came back to the hotel after an outing expecting to return to our room and got caught up in a fun party atmosphere! Staff was very helpful, energetic, and friendly! Definitely coming back to visit again. This stay was a very BIG Plus in celebrating our wedding anniversary. Thanks Moxy for a different experience! We thoroughly enjoyed our time!

Parking

We loved everything about the property & the aesthetics .The staff was very welcoming!! Everything we had on our itinerary was in short distance from the property.Definitely will stay here again.

The only thing i would say could be fixed was the air conditioning.Not sure if it was just our room but we set the thermostat to 68 degrees and it still didn’t cool the room off but we made it work.

We enjoyed our stay there. The lounge and bar area was very convenient. They had a lot of games to entertain you. They also had a bar at the pool and a restaurant.

We booked it with a free breakfast, but it was a grab and go out of their refrigerator. But they did have a restaurant there for breakfast for an additional charge.

Location was good right in mid town close to plenty of restaurants. Check in was pretty fast and the free drink casino style token was a nice touch.. The bartenders on the rooftop bar High Note were excellent “Ashely”served me and my wife she and her co worker were really busy but they handled it like real pros with a smile on their faces for the guests the whole time despite being swamped with orders..

Two things only I must mention The dj booth could be further away from the guests the rooftop bar is not a club so why not just pump the music in through some speakers on a set Pandora playlist.Then the DJ’s music was kinda loud it was played a little too loud for the setting maybe not all the guests staying there want to hear hip hop music the whole time and super loud when we’re there to relax in the pool or have a drink n conversation but instead was drowned out by the loud music that played for hours on end.. The bartender at the check in desk didn’t give me a receipt for my drink when my wife used her free drink token that was weird that bar was far from busy who swipes a card n not print a receipt for u

Good location. Very clean and a good value.

Had to hunt and ask where to check in. No southern hospitality, NO smile. The ppl working the desk acted like I was there for them instead of the other way. Ask a person at the bar/checkin where I could get ice for my water bottle (in my hand). I was directed to the 11th. After asking again, because we had vacated the room, the person rolled eyes and grudgingly filled my bottle with ice. Not good service at all!

The Moxy was absolutely FABULOUS! The room was impeccably clean, modern and comfortable. The hotel is a vibe, entertaining and trendy. Karaoke, great food options, mixers available, it was just an overall phenomenal experience. Whenever I come back to Atlanta, this will be my place to stay. I absolutely loved it! The staff were so friendly and helpful. Love it!

There’s nothing to dislike

very comfortable laid-back atmosphere with a lot of amenities. Most hotels do not offer. Love the vibe at night coming in from dinner with friends. You’re always welcomed with a DJ and a nice crowd of people for some additional drinks. Love the games everywhere. Definitely always stay at a Moxy when I travel!!

unfortunately, there was a wedding party staying in the hotel while me and three other friends were there. We lost a lot of sleep a few nights because of the wedding party being so loud and inconsiderate of other people staying in the hotel. We did make a complaint to the front desk, and they were very accommodating and did end up, moving us into a different room with sincere apologies.
