The front desk agent "PJ" was the true meaning of a concierge (Moxy Midtown Atlanta). He was extremely kind, helpful and resourceful. He represents southern charm and hospitality. I loved the atmosphere of the hotel, very warm and inviting. The rooms were designed to perfection. The bathroom was beautiful, I want that shower with the subway tiles. The sliding farm door, very HGTV. Then you get a full length mirror which I need for my fit check. They even had makeup removal wipes that get the job done before you hit that fluffy pillow. I logged into Netflix like I was right at home. The only thing I was missing was a nice bar of soap. They had the shampoo/body wash, I prefer soaps suds and lather in my life when I need to be clean in all the right places. Next time, I'll just bring my own and we'll make it a 10/10.

The skyline view was amazing at night but when the sun came up and you realized you were looking over a nasty vacant lot it was rather creepy. The bed and shower was truly amazing. My husband and I stayed for our One year Anniversary and truly loved it.

At check in the female working the check-in was rather rude to us, but did not seem to have the same attitude toward the people in front of us or behind us which both happen to be another race. I do not condone this behavior at all. This girl should not be running a check-in if she cannot treat all guest equally.

Great location. The vibe of this hotel is just what I was looking for. I am a local that needed to escape for a day. I love the bar check-in! Different. I love the games in the lobby. The pool and rooftop bar were great until the high winds came through and blew everything that wasn't tied down away. The staff at check-in and check-out were professional, informative and happy to be at work. I will definitely be back when time and money permit.

I didn't feel like the A/C in room #825 got cold. I decreased the temperature but it didn't feel any cooler. I also didn't like that there is no balcony.

The location was simply fantastic, walking distance to many great restaurants, and the overall vibe of the hotel and area was AMAZING! The rooftop pool was great for tanning, and the lobby/bar was so cool! The complimentary cocktail when you check in is such a great perk, too! They also have lockers available for luggage if you need to keep bags there after check out but still want to sight see before an evening flight.

Our room was on the top floor, and the plumping would do a clanking sound when showering at a certain point. This wasn't all the time, but it did happen. But every all the other perks, I wasn't going to lose my marbles over it.

This property was amazing and so very different than most hotels! They had pool tables and shuffle board, and various other board games and things for fun in the lobby.. a photo area with the ring lighting, amazing food from the bar and kitchen area and multiple choices in the concierge area. They even had a DJ in the lobby area that truly set the party atmosphere right for an end to a great evening for us. We came back to the hotel after an outing expecting to return to our room and got caught up in a fun party atmosphere! Staff was very helpful, energetic, and friendly! Definitely coming back to visit again. This stay was a very BIG Plus in celebrating our wedding anniversary. Thanks Moxy for a different experience! We thoroughly enjoyed our time!

Parking

We loved everything about the property & the aesthetics .The staff was very welcoming!! Everything we had on our itinerary was in short distance from the property.Definitely will stay here again.

The only thing i would say could be fixed was the air conditioning.Not sure if it was just our room but we set the thermostat to 68 degrees and it still didn’t cool the room off but we made it work.

We enjoyed our stay there. The lounge and bar area was very convenient. They had a lot of games to entertain you. They also had a bar at the pool and a restaurant.

We booked it with a free breakfast, but it was a grab and go out of their refrigerator. But they did have a restaurant there for breakfast for an additional charge.

Easily accessible via uber or public transportation. The hotel made it so I didn’t have to leave the property. Lobby bartender Cam was amazing. Tip your bartenders and they will remember you and make sure you always have an elite drink

More lobby and rooftop activities for the younger crowd would be nice.

Ebony was amazing, and check-in at the bar is clever! We had some technical issues, so she sent us on up to our room while they figured it out as not to waste our time. Everyone had a positive vibe, and the clean, artistic ambiance was fun and exciting! We liked it so much that we booked a second night the next day!

A mini-fridge would have been nice.

Good location. Very clean and a good value.

Had to hunt and ask where to check in. No southern hospitality, NO smile. The ppl working the desk acted like I was there for them instead of the other way. Ask a person at the bar/checkin where I could get ice for my water bottle (in my hand). I was directed to the 11th. After asking again, because we had vacated the room, the person rolled eyes and grudgingly filled my bottle with ice. Not good service at all!
