Room was immaculate. Coincidentally, I stayed in the same room I was in a few months ago - Room 148. The bathroom fan was still not working. The same reading light was still not working. Everything else was great. Suggestion: get rid of the horrid, ugly wall art. It ruins the look of the otherwise well-appointed room. Nothing is better than the gross art on the walls.

Breakfast was pretty bad, as usual. Do appreciate the new expresso machine. Finally, a good cup of strong coffee is available. The hot dishes are disgusting - weird frozen "omelettes," mediocre pancakes, bread and muffins are gross. Do appreciate the fresh oranges and bananas. For people who like cereal, good choice I guess, I don't eat it.

The location was excellent, a Trader Joe’s up the street! All the places I needed to visit were within 10 minutes. The property was clean and the pool WAS heated (not like other places that say it is and it feels cold) and relaxing time at the jacuzzi. Also quiet, no complaints.

Some of the front staff ladies could have not been so robotic, making it obvious that it’s their job and going through the motions. The cleaning staff was polite, pleasant, and helpful.

Room is recently renovated and spacious. Bed was comfortable and there was a good amount of outlets throughout. Air conditioning was easy to use. Wifi was fast, and requires you to put in a code every 24 hours. Easy parking and close to other shops. Breakfast eggs and potatoes are good.

The room could use some brighter lighting. They don't make up the room unless you request it.

It was good, clean, fresh food. Grounds were well groomed and beautiful!

The hotel was very clean and all the staff was friendly. Our room was located very close to the pool which was great since we used it almost everyday we were there. The location was good too, close to some stores and the tourist areas as well. Breakfast was decent.

The location of the room was where people are constantly passing by to get to the lobby so it could get a little loud early in the morning. I loved that they offer breakfast, I just wish it was offered later for those people that don’t wake up as early.

Breakfast was terrific! Staff kept all stations filled which was no easy task as there were many many guests enjoying breakfast. Great hot coffee! Thank you!

The microwave oven was not plugged in, and I could not figure out how to do that. The outlet was inaccessible; I could not access it.

The 4 of us were here for 5 nights visiting family. The gardens, pool and surrounding area are beautifully maintained. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was always a source of discussion as it’s quite different to what we would have in Australia. Lots of choices though and the staff are great! Very quiet location. We had a lower ground, garden facing room and it was lovely! Would definitely stay again and recommend!

Clean and very spacious (accessible) room with Keurig coffee machine. Room 112 is more like a one bedroom apartment on the first floor not far from the lobby. Nice view of the pool from the room. Pretty landscaping on the grounds. Nice courtyard with tables and chairs to hang out in good weather. Decent breakfast to satisfy basic needs. Tea bags available in lobby. Always someone friendly and helpful at reception. Very convenient and walkable to Maravilla Senior Living Community and to grocery, drugstores, restaurants, shops. Also, I stayed a whole week here but had to make 2 separate bookings because the same room was not available. On the second half of my stay, they upgraded me so I did not have to transfer rooms. I recommend this hotel if you are in the area. It's a great value and I see myself returning. Thank you very much!

No directions on the safe. They were worn off. Looked like you needed a credit card to use it? I could have called reception to ask but it was too much of a bother. I took my valuables with me instead.

Good mattresses, super helpful staff, spacious room and the spa

Water kept escaping from the underneath the sliding door of the bath. Had to keep mopping up. Informed the front desk, but no one to fix it. Breakfast is quite ordinary, and it can get really crowded.
