Well, I was asked by housekeeping if I wanted any services done. I politely told them no a number of times. I went out right after, I came back a few hours later and I saw that new towels were put into my room. I was very appreciative of this, but I unfortunately got paranoid that things were taken from my room (as this has happened to me before at a different hotel). Luckily none of my belongings were taken, and like I said I do appreciate the new towels...in the future, if a guest says no service, please respect it.

Location, staff was friendly and accommodating, rooms were clean though some upkeep was needed.

There were some Wi-Fi issues specific to my room, requiring using the dining room for connectivity. The pool, if it is thermostatically controlled, could be a few degrees warmer. The refrigerator needed defrosting . . . food and beverages froze. The breakfast menu was inconsistent or deficient in terms of offerings, especially on Mondays when deliveries were not expected until after the scheduled times for breakfast (6-9am.) Finally, there was no recycling, requiring guests to taking recyclables with them.

We loved the breakfast eggs were good the potatoes i know did not come just from a bag some one really added a home fried touch to it , just like the sausage it was browned just tight , and the danish that was offered was not from a factory plastic bagged , it was more like it came from bakery

The only thing that I personally dislike is, the breakfast was great but then you spoiled it by making us use plastic utensils, and what’s worse is it the cheap plastic ones

Pretty much everything was fine. The property is pretty clean. The breakfast was good. It was quiet.

I've been here about 3× and I can't get how the indoor pool is freezing cold. The water is cold compared to other hotels I've been to. Kids don't care that they're shivering, adults can't get in fully or if they do they can't stay in long. Have told the manager several times.

I liked everything about it

I didn’t like how me and my mom was told after we checked in settled in left and came back that we would have to wake up at 8am to move cars because of paving and we drove all the way from Durham the guy could have let us know before we even checked in that was the only complaint I had other than that everything was great

One of the elevator at first when you take it and press 2 it will take you 4 or 6 so they put it out of service so it was only one elevator was working but that was ok I take the stairs although I on the 5 floor. sometimes and water 💧 is in front of the elevator are in side the elevator I do understand that may cost from people going in and out from the swimming pool but it's still a safety hazard they should try and get some orange 🍊 cone to put so customers will see that the floor is wet remember if someone falls down it's going to bed for the company. But otherwise from that my time was very enjoyable

The staff was very friendly and helpful and they were very professional in what they do i think I will come back next time

We liked how clean it was and appreciated the included breakfast, which was very tasty. It was also very close to the convention where we were working.

I would personally appreciate if they had rooms for couples. The beds were just a touch too small and I had to sleep separately from my husband. But it's not a huge deal.

I loved the comfort of my stay. I appreciate the privacy the hotel allowed me to have with my fiance. The room was well equipped with a mini fridge and a microwave so allowed convienece to have a snack if needed.

Only thing I had a dislike about was the bathroom. My shower only produced warm water and the tub when I pulled up the stomper kept draining the water. The breakfast hours were inconvient and it wasn't much of a wide selection or variety.

The staff is friendly and breakfast is good and accommodating

The fire alarm went off twice the first time 12:30 a.m., then at 1:30am we were evacuated two× they took 10% of are billl

The staff were very friendly. The location was just what I wanted.. right next to the highway easy on and easy off

My mom, myself and my aunt all got stuck in the elevator. My #1 FEAR. After about what felt like a life time the door opened. The breakfast was dry. Could have been a little better.
