I arrived early and I was able to check in for no extra cost, that was wonderful! The young lady asked if I had a preference for ground or upstairs room, I said ground cannot do stairs. She gave me a room on the ground floor, and I was able to relax before I went on my scheduled tour.

No breakfast, disappointing to find that out when I arrived a note taped on the counter. One of the reasons I choose this hotel. I went to get ice and the machine was broken. I asked the front desk, and the gentleman said upstairs. Well, I did not get any ice. Also, they need more signs I got lost 3 different times trying to get back to the front desk.

Guest service helped me with understanding the online booking for hotel. I arrived after midnight and was able to book a room for just until morning. The guy was kind and helped me change my booking information to what I asked for regarding hotel room.

I Just got caught up in a situation. However, it was because I made a decision that led to the incident in my hotel room. Breakfast wasn’t available which was mentioned in the booking process. One of the lamps wasn’t working and there are no cable ports for charging devices. I think that would be a good thing to have in the rooms just an idea. :)

I like the space and the other amenities are the hotel that are accessible like the gym, HVAC and washer & dryer and even the vending machine selections. They were things I was able to use throughout my stay. Fresh towels and hot water was my best choice for the business stay I had.

The entrance room door wouldn't shut because it was crooked and I asked them also about the tub tap in the bathroom not closing off it and the fan was not able to remove steam from the shower fast enough. The continental breakfast had lukewarm water for drinking as well.

It was a great spacious room for a pretty cheap price, and close to downtown without it being an insane detour. Clean place, easy to work with staff, and very simple check in and out procedures. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay near downtown Minneapolis without breaking your wallet.

The parking lot is right next to a busy Culver's so there's a lot of spillover traffic, but that's just due to an unfortunate location.

Needs: Shampoo the carpets professionally, Room2060 and Room2068. Likely need to shampoo carpets in other rooms as well. Room2068: Add office chair. Plug in bedside lamps (were unplugged on arrival). Consider replacing AC unit with the "Amana" type with on-unit controls (Simpler control than wall-mount) . Had difficulty getting "Heat mode" to respond correctly. Consider upgrade to Bath Fittings. Stain on carpet next to desk.

The room was very clean and well decorated that i was supprised for the age of the hoter.

I thought the building and parking lot was not up to parr compared to others i have stayed at. The batroom had a corner shower with the glass door missing and a shower curtain used in place of the door and didn't seal the splash very well.

Didn’t eat breakfast. They were very accommodating for my service dog and needing a bottom floor room near an exit door. Our room was very clean and smelled good. We stayed because we had to pick up our granddaughter from the airport. It was very close to the airport.

Wished we would have had 2 queen beds instead of double beds.

Great Experience! My husband and I spent the night, paid to leave our car there for 7 days and took the free shuttle to the airport and then upon our return we called for the shuttle, picked up our car and returned home. We will definitely use La Quinta Inn again.

I was told at first that the standard room I booked have no microwave as only deluxe rooms have one but I told the front desk that @ booking.com says it have a microwave. He did gave us deluxe rooms and adjoining rooms as per my request and he’ll deal with booking.com as to the accuracy of the information
