It’s a a very clean and nice property right on the shore of Lake Erie with a wonderful restaurant Oliver’s and happening Outdoor Beer Garden which is hopping and happening place with excellent local bands and awesome brews. There’s a very casual, friendly and welcoming vibe to the town and especially this wonderful hotel with all the comforts of home and very good breakfast buffet. Also loved visiting nearby Presque Island National Park. The weather was beautiful.

The staff was great and the hotel was in a great central location. We did not have to drive much at all. I would advise that it seems more geared towards older teens (16 to 19) and young adults in the month of June when we stayed. Very nice restaurant in the hotel on the roof with a great view of the bay and sunset. Again, it is recommended for older teens and adults best to make a reservation. But the staff there was still great.

A little more partying than expected this time of year but not that bad.

Breakfast was very good, except for the sausage link that tasted horrible. Not bad, horrible. It was served both days we stayed... yuk. Coffee all day in the lobby was great and I never got a stale cup. The hotel was new and very clean. The room had plenty of easily accessible outlets and USB power ports. Refrigerator and microwave oven in the room were great. Nice job!!

The wi-fi was awful. In order to use the wi-fi, we needed to sign up for Hilton Honors (which I am already enrolled), but I needed my username and password, which I could not remember. This was very aggravating. I just wanted the wi-fi to work without having to enroll or do a lot of typing. I was exhausted from a day of traveling. After cycling through several pages, I eventually found the low speed wi-fi, which did not require enrolling in Hilton Honors. Secondly, the elevator would not work without my room key (up or down), which is annoying when your hands are full carrying luggage. Sliding bathroom door was a poor design and did not provide any privacy. Paid parking was extra and unnecessarily expensive.

Distance from parking to hotel. Location on the Bay is great.

Room was really big with only one chair. I would think that for the prices you're charging, you could furnish the room alot better. At least a couple chairs. It would be nice if you had a nice comfortable sitting chair - cushioned!

The only issue I had was when I first got to the hotel I had booked online and when I gave them my card I was double charged but they were amazing and got my money back to me by that night so it wasn’t exactly an issue I’m complaining about..I was happy with the outcome

The location, cleanliness and amenities were wonderful! The price was good for the value of the stay, The front desk staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel had restaurants, fitness center and entertainment available so you didn't have to go offsite if you didn't want to.

There was very poorly installed faucet plumbing in the bathtub (which sprayed everywhere) and there was no fan in the bathroom for steam. The in room coffee pots were very small and under stocked; but downstairs coffee was available. The keyed gates were inconvenient in the parking lot.

The free breakfast was very good with a good selection. The pool was very enjoyable. The bedding was very comfortable. The location is very convenient near the bay and attractions. The beer garden in the rear of the hotel is a nice destination during the evening.

Should include free parking. I was accidentally charged two times for the room but a quick adjustment was made with a refund.

They accommodated my request for rooms close to the elevator since I was traveling with elderly women. The availability of good coffee at 5:00 am was very helpful. Breakfast at 6:00 am was very good. Location was convenient for what we wanted to do. Brunch at Oliver’s was very good as well, beautiful view, good food and excellent service.

The property was Beautiful and well maintained. The room was huge! Located on the bay near many fishing charter boats.

It is walking distance to the main drag in Erie, but not super walkable. Also the owners are the same company who own the indoor splash park but they do not offer any sort of discount.

Friendly helpful staff. Even the cleaning staff spoke, smiled and wished me a nice day. Nice clean room! Breakfast was motel style Again clean and tidy. Enjoyed Oliver Rooftop Diner.

I usually will not book a room where you have to pay to park. $25 to park for 19 hours is a little much on top of the hotel fees, taxes and local taxes. Did not see that when I booked. That would be the only reason I might not rebook at this hotel.
