THE BREAKFAST IS WHY WE KEEP COMING BACK!! The waitresses there are welcoming and very efficient. The cooks are extraordinary. Great food and quick enough to get us on our way quickly.

We stayed for five days and it would have been nice to have clean towels some time within that amount of time and it would have been nice to have the floor cleaned within that period. My brother asked the clerk at the desk for this support and the service people responded nicely but we felt that they should not have had to ask. We would have paid extra for such additional service outside the norm if we were asked.

We have always enjoyed staying here , clean but older. There was clean bedding and bathrooms. T.V. worked. Waiter and waitresses at breakfast are amazing people! So friendly. Food is great! Kids really enjoy the fresh fruit.

Had 3 kids looking forward to swimming. The pool wasn't open when we arrived. No notice on website nor were we told when we checked in or offered a discount when I mentioned these to the concierge She said she can't do anything about it not being on the website. Didn't offer a discount to make things right. Smell of Marijuana on 1st floor was awful. We were in no smoking rooms. Obviously they were smoking nearby. Need updated furniture. Lamp on desk didn't work and was unplugged. I felt I needed to take pictures of missing knobs. Stains on carpet. So we wouldn't be blamed for damage. Wore socks on kids. Tried adding photos, won't let me.

The hotel excepted my reservation without the use of a credit card which I'm extremely grateful because I was charged for the last hotel I made a reservation for through Booking I was charged for a room that was unfit to stay in and told the check in clerk I would not be staying and was still charged

I was disappointed that the adjoining restaurant was closed (chef had to leave because of a family emergency, so i do understand) because it was a late check in and was hoping to get a hotel meal before I went to bed and the closet restaurant was a few miles away

The room was large, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was great, and I really appreciated having a microwave and a mini-fridge in my room! Temperature control was good, and I felt safe.

I couldn't get a strong enough wifi signal in my room to connect on my iPhone unless I was standing in the doorway. Also the motel is enormous and it was a little tricky to find my room and the receptionist was a bit impatient with me when I had to go back to ask for more directions. Also something weird was going on with part of the ceiling in my room where debris was falling down onto the desk and when the people in the room above me were near this apparently hole or break in my ceiling, I could hear them as if they were in my room.

The fast easy check in and check out. Housekeeping staff actually listened and were more than happy to accommodate guest requests. The diner staff for breakfast was above and beyond exceptional! All so friendly, and all around pleasant to be around which made breakfast pleasant and aquatinted. Their breakfast is hands down by far the absolute best hotel breakfast I have ever had in my life!

All the steps and their ice machines. Most of them were out of order and non operational during our stay.

Easy to get to off the interstate. Fast check in. Nice size room. It is one of the cheaper hotels in the area but still pricey. Breakfast was included which made me feel better about the price because you could choose from multiple fresh made breakfast options in their restaurant. The only picture I took was of the breakfast menu.

The bed was too hard and uncomfortable for me. It was okay for my husband but I ended up sleeping in the desk chair with my feet propped up.

Staff was phenomenal and very helpful. Rooms were cleaned. Housekeeping was actually sent on request. Their breakfast was absolutely the best hotel offered breakfast. It was just beyond exceptional and beyond phenomenal! They had an onsite restaurant with reasonable price items, as well as an onsite saloon. The rooms were very clean and smelled amazing! By far the best hotel I've stayed at in the Erie Pa area!

They only 2 things I did not like were there was no elevators and there were no luggage carts

The order of the menu complimentary breakfast was absolutely amazing. We went to the restaurant for dinner and the food was very good. Everything else was great, and the price is incredible, and it's located 500 ft away from I-90

Sad the pool is being rebuilt and will probably not be available for our June stay either. That's my only complaint.

As seasoned budget travelers, this is everything (plus some) that one would want in a room. The rate was great. the room super clean and comfortable. the staff were super pleasant and an order off the menu breakfast. Our server was such a delight with her positive energy and vibes. Great way to start the day!

We LOVEDDD David at the front desk he gives exceptional customer care. You can see he genuinely cares for his customers and their happiness and experience there. The breakfast was the best spread I've ever had at any place I've stayed.
