The breakfast was perfect and the menu was changed somewhat everyday, so the variety was great. Oatmeal, fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs and chicken sausage, which I have never had, but was very tasty. The location of the hotel was perfect and easy to find. We felt very safe and the area around the hotel was very clean.

Why would you put a huge heavy box in the middle of the living room that takes 3 people to move? This huge box was in the way when we pulled out the sofa and was basically of no value to the entire room. Since it was in the way with no where to move it to and too heavy to move around the room, we couldn't close the door to the bedroom. Why didn't you put in a pocket door to the sink area for privacy and to keep the light out of the eyes of the person still in bed????? I will bring a dark colored sheet for a make shift door.

Some of the breakfast items weren't being restocked timely when we were downstairs about 8:30 - 8:45 AM on a Saturday morning. Most bread items and pastries weren't available at all. The cooked items in serving dishes were fine, so it wasn't due to food items needing to be cooked before they could be restocked.

Everything was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful, prompt, and professional. The location is great.

The kitchen sink flooded the kitchen floor- some kind of leak underneath. The front desk manager offered to switch our rooms, but I opted for extra towels instead. They were very helpful and professional. The breakfast left a lot to be desired- watery Canadian bacon and watery eggs are always a letdown. The Hilton Honors sales rep who came over to me while I was working on my laptop in the lobby did not take the hint that I had headphones on and even commented on the fact that I was clearly working. They were polite but clearly did not sense that I did not want to talk engage with them at that moment.

Everything for the most part exceeded my expectations.

My only gripe was with the breakfast model, which is supposed to be self served. The cleaners restricted the volume of consumption for some items like waffles. We all had to ask, and then wait for them to do 1 waffle per guest.

The location was great. Not much traffic. Breakfast was ok. Staff did a great job keeping the breakfast area clean and organized.

I would like the pet friendly rooms to be optional by keeping a limited amount of rooms pet free.

The hotel was very clean, modern and had a great overall atmosphere.

The couch in our room was worn out and very uncomfortable. Also there was a teenager's birthday party in the room next to us and across the hall. They played loud music until 11pm and kept running across the hall and slamming the doors throughout the day.

The hotel is well situated, close to everything. The staff was friendly, professional, and respectful. The room was well appointed, and clean. The beds were dry comfortable - the pillows were super soft and cozy! My daughter enjoyed their pool at night, well lit, and salt water - so her eyes didn’t get too bothered. Breakfast was delicious and great variety. We look forward to returning next time we go to Charlotte.

Location, couple of good restaurants in area, comfortable bed.

Even though I didn't request a handicapped accessible room, I had challenges while taking a shower. I kept hitting the folded shower seat. To free up more space, the handicapped shower head located on the center wall should be moved and attached to end wall shower head. I suggest the bathtub be changed out and replaced with a walk, roll-in shower.

This place was very clean and in a great location ! The tall ceilings made the rooms feel so big. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. It was a perfect choice for our family !

The location was very convenient. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet.

Difficult to get a comfortable temperature in the room. Tried both the air conditioning and heat. Both were a little too chilly.
