Great location just minutes from shopping and restaurants. Interstate is easy to access. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and cozy. They provide body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, hand soap, body lotion. There are snacks and drinks available for purchase at the counter. There is a microwave downstairs at the counter. Plenty of parking. Pool table available if you get bored and want something to do without leaving the hotel late at night. Great pricing!

No microwave, coffee pot or freezer in the room but I made do. There are only 2 ice machines (1st and 3rd floors) but they are quick to access, so not too bad. They don't give you enough towels or washcloths.

It was very easy to get to off of the interstate and the room was large and comfortable. The bathroom had lots of bars to hold onto in the shower which was good for my mom. Appreciated a late check out time of noon when we booked it.

It was very loud (we were on the fourth floor and could hear traffic outside all night and we could easily hear even the tv from other rooms nearby). Also the tv randomly turned on in the middle of the night to welcome me which freaked us out a little. The thing I really didn’t like was that housekeeping came to our room three times before 11:30am when checkout was noon and made me feel like we should have left early. The housekeeper also couldn’t speak English so that didn’t help much.

Liked the modern decor and free coffee/tea in the lobby. Clean walk-in shower was great! Nice gathering areas and outdoor patio space. Breakfast had many choices.

Price on booking was not honored at check-in. We had to inquire the next day with the manager, who kept us waiting at the desk for over 20 minutes before a refund was issued. Also, there are 3 "Tru by Hilton" hotels in the vicinity of the airport. Be sure you select the right one when seeking directions on your phone.

The breakfast options were plenty. My mother (1st time) is a Hilton member and was pleasantly impressed by her name on the tv and how clean it was. Paula the desk attendant was so helpful in food suggestions and anything else we needed. I loved the gym, riding a Peloton and how safe everything was. Will stay again if in the area. I also loved the conditioner from the bathroom. I ordered it for my home.

The rooms were clean and well kept.

It wasn’t in a very nice area and a bit hard to find and the sign for TRU by Hilton was way too small! Very aggravating. Also when we attempted to call the location no one answered the phone several times! Lastly very small fridge not freezer and no microwave. This caused a big inconvenience.

Omelette at breakfast time was really tasty. Enjoyed the amenities like the indoor pool (super clean), pool table, and egg shaped swings. The furniture in the lobby was inviting, colorful, and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and nice. Would definitely stay here again.

I didn't like the fact that there's no microwave in the rooms and the refrigerator doesn't get cold

The hotel was nice a clean it had a great atmosphere lots of comfy seating and a pool table. The breakfast was really good and plenty of it.

The only bad thing i can say was the water pressure was not very good but on the positive side the water got very hot.

The staff and the facility was surprising to me because of the ratings bur it was quite the contrary I loved it and will stay again from now on.

A great and clean new hotel. Has a great continental breakfast. Nice sitting and lounge area in lobby. Room was clean and comfortable.

only issue is there are not room darkening curtains. They are shear and can see lights of cars driving by and street lamps.
