Room was comfortable and quiet. Although I didn't use any, it looked like they had some nice amenities. The pool looked especially inviting.

I had a very hard time getting a hold of someone at the property to send the shuttle for airport pickup which was very frustrating. One of the elevators was not working which caused slight delays. Breakfast was not included, it would be nice to have had muffins, fruit, or maybe cereal.

our room appeared clean but there was mold in the shower all around and dust on the ac unit like they didn’t even clean it and the ottom for the chair the bottom was missing foot and literally had a 2 screws sticking out my son easily could of hurt himself

Very comfortable suite, enormous bathroom. My dogs and I had a great stay.

It would be convenient to have more information about the restaurant and menu. I could not find anything in the room, internet, or on the TV. You would sell more food if that info were available somewhere.

Location of room was convenient to the lobby. Restaurant dinner was great. Had a hard time finding hotel using Google maps. Nice to have Panera within walking distance.

Although room service was advertised there was none available. I selected this hotel because of that service, recommend that websites remove the incorrect info.

I called for the shuttle and was told it would arrive at the airport in 20 min. I called twice more at 30 min and 45 minutes. The shuttle arrived 62 minutes from my original call. Much too long to wait!

Paid for breakfast however due to departure time the kitchen wasnt open before our departure.

I contacted the hotel 3 times to get more details about the airport pick up they provided. No reply. When we arrived after a 15 hr flight we were none the wiser. I finally got onto hotel with details of where and when to pick up. ( was on hold and dropped out 3 times.) We got to hotel 1.5 hrs after arrival.

We like this location and the shuttle service. We had an early flight at 5am. The shuttle was there and ready when we made it downstairs at 3am. We flew to Disney for the week, and I loved that the hotel allowed free parking for a week with your stay. When we arrived back, the hotel sent the shuttle to pick us up. The wait time was about 15-20 minutes for the shuttle to arrive to pick us up from the airport. The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful.

We only stayed to be shuttled to the airport. No complaints as we were literally there to sleep a few hours before the flight.

I liked the service, the staff, the location. Very good utility for price. I liked that the property was somewhat distant from the airport and the transportation nearer to the airport

I got stranded at DFW after a flight from Europe. I picked this hotel as a place to stay over night rather than waiting for long, long time that American would have taken to get me a room. Check-in was efficient. The room and sleep were just what I needed.

I thought the breakfast service was indifferent, and I was unable to figure out whether breakfast was included in my stay.
