Great location for the downtown area and not far from Beale Street. Comfortable hotel with bright rooms. I’d stay here again, certainly.

Having to pay for parking in addition to the hotel fee. For the prices this hotel charges, parking should be included. There are options to park on the street for less, but of course at your own risk. There was a wait of about 30 mins to pull up to the port cochere of the hotel for valet parking, and approx 20 mins wait to check in. There was only one receptionist at 3:30pm - peak check in time, and quite a queue. We’d have liked a fridge in the room.

The property was clean and well maintained for such an old building. They've done a great job with it. We were there for a concert at the forum. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance except for the zoo, which was only about a 10 minute drive.

Really, the only issue I had was at checkout. I received my invoice via email and the charge on the invoice was $50 less than the charge they put on my card, so I went to the front desk to ask. When I got to the desk, I started asking the clerk questions and she kept interrupting me. She would answer my questions before I finished asking them. That was just rude in my opinion. Overall, we had a great trip, and a nice stay. Definitely would stay here again.

The room was fine, well furnished and clean. We wound up spending time in the hotel bar, and Sean, plus the wait staff(his girls and Matthew) were exceptional. They all made us feel really welcome. Breakfast the next morning was great. I really enjoyed the biscuits and gravy, and my wife had steel cut oats, that is a rarity, but scrumptious.

$32 valet parking was abominable. No mention of free parking after I arrived. If it was available, it surely wasn't pointed out.

The hotel is within walking distance of Beale st and several other things. The Triple A stadium is right across the st and FedEx forum is like 3 min walk. The bartender at the restaurant was great.

There is only a valet parking option. The process is not too bad to get your car and they did not take too long, however one time when we came back the small car port entry way was so backed up, we had to wait on the st with the blinker.

The location was nice, as it was pretty close to Beale street. It allowed us to walk around a bit as well to get to different restaurants. The staff and valets were very helpful and courteous.

They did not offer free breakfast which was a little disappointing. They also did not have a pool which would have been nice, but was not necessarily expected.

Friendly team, we had the valet service and was great! Clicked a link on your phone to request the car and by the time you go downstairs it was there! We needed to do some laundry and was an easy process. Was in the middle of everything and in walking distance to iconic locations like Beale St. Would stay again!

We were given a room with a bad view and strange glass — possibly opaque or else so dirty on the exterior you couldn’t see through it. Also it was small and strange layout. I’m a genius level on Booking.com and a Hilton Gold member so I expected to have been given a better room.

We loved the location! We liked how central the property was to everything. Also, the fact that our car was able to be parked in valet and we didn’t have to worry about it was great. The staff throughout the hotel were wonderful and easy to work with. The on-site restaurant was really good for breakfast and dinner! As for the room, it was comfy! The bed was very nice and fresh. The shower had very good pressure, making you feel super clean after wandering town all day. The AC worked insanely well. We would definitely come back.

From the preview photos it looks like the floors are getting updated and renovated one after another, which is fine and completely understandable. Our room did seem a little dated and lacked a few basic amenities like a mini fridge, microwave, and even a small safe box. It also seemed that the TV remote battery hadn’t been changed as we couldn’t get the TV to come on and when we did (by pressing the button on the TV) there was no sound. There was a burnt out bulb in the bathroom light fixture that went out fairly quick. The floors in the room seemed nice but we noticed small things along the trim and in smaller crevices like toothpicks or piles of dust built-up from previous customers.

Excellent proximity to Beale street and major attractions. Breakfast in the attached restaurant was good. Very friendly front desk attentive to our needs. Loved the cookie!

We had a leaky hot water faucet that dripped, reported to front desk at checkout. No problems, just a water waster. No other issues at all.

Location. Lobby was very nice.

Seemed a little old. There were 2 pictures on the wall but everything else was just plain white. Too sterile. Lots of room between double beds with a large table between them. Plenty of room for queen or king beds with would have been nice.
