Convenient, beds comfortable, staff quick to answer requests (needed an iron and a plunger, also more toilet paper) kids loved the slides slides!

Older property, could use an update. Impressed with lactose free options for breakfast, but buffet wasn’t kept stocked (no sausage gravy for biscuits one day, butter kept in fridge so hard to spread. Had to look for utensils and coffee cups not kept stocked (found forks ready to be brought out but no staff so helped myself and brought out the container bringing big smiles to the small group looking for them, And when a staff person did come out they were quick to refill the shelf of coffee cups (the fact that I could get a real coffee cup made me very happy)!

We could walk to and from the airport. We used public transportation, STA, to get around. Bus stop was at the airport so easy to connect. We went to Manito Park and Spokane Falls. Breakfast was very good. The area was very spacious. We liked having a restaurant at the the hotel.

The person who who tried to make a margarita on the rocks did not have a clue. I should have know when he asked if I wanted vodka or gin. It was very busy or I would have waited and had the real bartender make one. A waste or $12. There was no door hanger to indicate we did not want to be disturbed. I could tell the maid came in because trash was emptied and new towels but some potato chip pieces from previous occupant were still there.

The hotel is literally a a two minute walk from baggage claim at the airport. In other words, you won't even need a shuttle to get to and from the airport, which is amazingly convenient. I loved the fireplace near the lobby, the fireplace outside, and the pool. The restaurant had a wonderful design to it as well. Breakfast was great too! The beds were comfy, and the rooms were spacious.

Our AC was either on or off, there was no automatic shut off or thermometer regulation of the AC. Which means that when we were there (freezing temps outside), it was either we left the heat on all night, or froze. The constant blowing towards the beds was annoying. And not having an actual temperature setting on the thermometer meant that you actually have to play around a long time to get the temperature right. Also about the pool, the slide closes at 9PM, and has a 48 inch height minimum.

The location was ideal for the purpose of my visit. The only negative is the bathroom. It is OLD and not up to standard and impersonal and not inviting - hard to describe but I did nit care to use it although I had no option. The outside fire pits are stunning as is the indoor pool facility. I have stayed there numerous times but I go eat somewhere else. Very limited and boring menu and expensive. Unfortunate because it would have been nice to have dinner there. The breakfast was excellent though. Thanks! I will go back regardless of the negative. A disappointment was that online, the exact same room was almost $60/night (total with added taxes etc) more than Bookings.com so I made reservations through Bookings but when I asked for my Wyndham rewards, I was told I do not get rewards if I use Bookings. The receptionist said they do price check but it does not say that on the website! Very disappointing

Great airport hotel with good restaurant / bar. Also nice courtyard features for relaxing by a fire or just enjoying weather outdoors. Lots of nice trees for shade as well. Indoor pool is nice with waterslide. Location is perfect for traveling using the Spokane Airport. Front desk staff are good at accommodating requests for a pet room and a room area with less foot traffic for a quiet nights sleep. Reasonable value for location and amenities. Pet fee's reasonable.

Queen mattress a bit too stiff for me and pillows could be refreshed. But room was comfortable because hotel staff accommodates needs for a room when traveling with pets as well as an area with less foot traffic for a more quiet nights rest. Although pet fee is reasonable, I would like to see Ramada / Wyndham initiate a "refundable" pet fee upon checkout as my pet is well trained, quiet, no shedding and leaves no mess. I travel frequently with pets and get irritated with always having to pay extra for a pet when I view other travelers with multiple small children that are loud, un-behaved and typically leave a rather good size mess in rooms and common areas.

The location is excellent if you need to catch an early flight. The airport is right next door. However, our room was quiet and the only time we heard planes was when we sat in the dining room for breakfast - which it was fun to see them flying in and out. Our room was very clean, and the hotel very well maintained. The breakfast is plentiful and good! Next time we need to fly out, we'll be staying at this hotel.

We had dinner in the bar/restaurant in the hotel (can't remember the name). The atmosphere was pleasant enough, but the food was overpriced and not good. Also, it was understaffed. The bar tender also had to be waitstaff. It wasn't a horrible experience but if we stay at the hotel again, we won't be going there - not to eat anyway.

What I like about the property is that it is very expanse. I guess as a word expensive so everything’s not right on top of each other but it’s not too far away. I like the pool got a slide, but I feel like you sit on top of everybody when you’re inside the pool.

really mainly just the pool situation because it was like being on top of each other like you literally were so smashed and there was only two families. It was crazy.

This property is well laid out, clean, esthetically pleasing with the courtyard and landscaping, and has a fenced dog relief area big enough for a little playing. There is a breakfast provided every day and the bar and food available there are good. The shuttle van to the airport was appreciated since we had a dog kennel and our bags - the driver even came to our building entrance so we didn’t have to carry everything so far. Such a wonderful staff, all around.

It's always nice to stay at the Ramada next to the Spokane International Airport. It's close proximity to the airport, they offer free shuttle service, a decent breakfast buffet, and friendly, helpful staff. The mozzarella cheese sticks were perfectly cooked and minestrone soup also delicious, just missed some Parmesan cheese, both available at the 509 Bar & Restaurant. :-)

I wish the hallways to the rooms were linoleum or some other hard surface, as trying to wheel your suitcase to your room across the carpet can be a challenge. When your room is way at the end of one of their "wings" it just makes sense to have no carpet, except at entryways to collect dust and snow, plus it would be way more sanitary, and I would think better for people with allergies such as dust. Carpets collect a ton of dirt and dust every day. I hope the Ramada hotel company considers putting better user-friendly hallways at this building one of these days.

Allie (probably not spelled correctly!) at the front desk was professional, empathic, and very efficient! She listened to us and put us In the best room for our specific needs. The room was great, the beds were sooooo comfortable, pillows perfect! We had a nice casual dinner at Remingtons.Firepits outside with S'More kits available . Would be great with kids or groups. Shuttle driver was prompt, courteous, and helpful.

I liked everything! There is nothing I could possibly complain about.
