Hotel is good located close to La mer north - 20 minutes to downtown Rooms are nice and big, breakfast was very good and helpful friendly staff. close to la mer beach, but at la mer beach all facilities are closed about refreshment

pool was nearly all day in shadow because it is on east side. beach club is locaded in partner hotel 5 minutes walk but the atmosphere in the beach club was middle. all a bit old. the hotel is very nice and new but the beach club of the partner hotel need a refresh

From the very first moment we received a warm, professional and courteous treatment from the staff. From the car being taken to the parking lot, through the quick and pleasant check-in to receiving the room earlier than expected – everything went perfectly. The room was excellent – spacious, clean and decorated, with a spectacular view of the sea and the Sky View. The breakfast was of a very high standard, with a rich and high-quality selection, and the service was exceptional. As part of the half-board plan, we enjoyed excellent dinners – in the main restaurant and also in the Japanese restaurant on the seventh floor, both of which provided a unique and meticulous culinary experience. Even at check-out at noon, they continued to accompany us with a smile and great service, which summed up a simply perfect vacation

Nice hotel in a very good location, next to one of the nicest beach in Dubai. Comfortable bed, quiete and very spacious room. Breakfast is good and served on their terrace with sea view.

The service is not attentive and should improve their communication. The prive beach is nice but it’s from another resort and the standard is not at the same level, also if you don’t go early in the morning you can risk being rejected which happened to us, the alternative was the public beach as the pool is fully in the shade for the entire day. I would expect more from a 5 star hotel as there is no spa or wellness centre but only massage rooms (not included in the stay).

This is our second time staying at the hotel. I can honestly say it is one of the best hotels I have ever visited. The staff impressed us with their professionalism and unwavering dedication. Each team member, without exception, went above and beyond. The breakfast was a standout highlight: truly out of this world. It became the cherished moment of each morning—a special treat we looked forward to during our entire stay. The hotel itself is beautifully situated by the sea. The breathtaking sea view provides a sense of serenity and connection with nature, adding real magic to our experience. Our room was equally remarkable. It was fascinating in its design and layout, making brilliant use of every inch of space. It had everything we needed, seamlessly blending comfort and function. They have a shuttle service to Nikki Beach, which was great! It’s a private, clean beach that is well-served by a friendly staff. I couldn’t ask for more! To top it all off, the value couldn’t be beaten. The rates were remarkably reasonable, especially given the level of service and amenities. And the location couldn’t have been more perfect—easily accessible and ideal for exploring. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every respect—from service to scenery, design, comfort, and value. It was a truly unforgettable stay.

We encountered an unfortunate incident with the shuttle bus service to the beach during our stay. We have already communicated this feedback to the hotel staff and trust they will address it. Our specific issue was with the shuttle bus driver's behaviour. Additionally, we experienced a lack of professionalism in his attitude when we expressed our discomfort with his driving style.

What I enjoyed the most was the beautifully maintained hotel. Everything was spotless and well-kept, with a stunning entrance hall featuring an impressive chandelier. At the back of the hotel, there was a lovely pool with a bar. During breakfast, you can order eggs cooked exactly the way you like them, which I found to be a real plus.

There wasn’t really anything about the hotel itself that disappointed me. The only small downside was the view from the balcony: in front there are a few empty villas, which slightly takes away from the otherwise stunning view of La Mer and, in the distance, Downtown Dubai. Of course, this is not something the hotel can control, but it is worth mentioning.

Really great stay, would 100% visit again. The reception staff were so accommodating and extremely warm. The food was amazing. I ate in both the restaurant ( a la carte breakfast ) and had room service for dinner. The hotel itself is beautiful and the patio area off the restaurant was dreamlike. Also had a great gym. The room was very spacious and had separate shower and bath. The view from my room was great overseeing the city and you get a great sunset view. The view from the restaurant wasn't as nice but in one direction was an amazing beach and the other direction was oil rigs.

The whole experience was great, so not a lot to comment on that I didn't like. The view of the oil rig wasn't the most amazing, but nothing the hotel can do about it. The staff more than made up for that with their warmth and hospitality.

All staff are extremely helpful and nice. All of them do their best to your favor. The place is clean and comfortable. The pool is tiny, but it's there, and you have access to the private beach nearby, which I highly recommend.

Your room doesn't have a toothbrush/shaving kit or bathrobe. All these amenities you need to request separately for free. Breakfast is good but nothing more. I don't know, maybe this is my preference, but for example, the grapes had a chloric taste, I'm sure that they just washed badly.

All smiles around! Love the breakfast! I’m glad it’s not buffet style and there’s quite a wide variety of food selection on the menu as well. Moreover, there is no restrictions on the number of times that you can eat as long as you have the appetite! It is an open concept kitchen which you can watch the chefs prepare the food fresh in front of your eyes! This way it’s more sustainable and lesser food wastage as compared to a buffet line.

The beach was located in another hotel which is about an 8 mins walk. But the walk was a pleasant one. The beach was clean and water was clear enough to see marine fishes. I could even see ducks swimming nearby too!

Very clean, new hotel. Great restaurant with nice staff. good location, across the street from the La Mer beach with restaurants, playground for kids and other entertainment. Restaurant OSH is particularly good. Argentinian steakhouse next to it is great too.

We did not like bathrooms without a main door and glass doors to the shower and toilet area. For families with kids it is particularly inconvenient. there is no pedestrian crossing ti the beach right in front of the hotel, but a short walk away. When ordering wine, while sitting outside, several times the wine in the glass was either stale (from a bottle opened days ago) or even of a different variety. So ask to see the bottle before it is poured into your glass.

Excellent hotel on great location, beautiful design, nice and very clean room, delicious breakfast and great staff. Lovely beach for hotel guests is just across the road. Hotel location is very close to many bars and restaurants in La Mer area and just a short taxi drive from Burj Khalifa.

No WiFi on the hotel beach. In this time of the year the pool is in the shade most of the day.
