The location was good, just a short walk into town, close to Alnwick Castle and Alnwick Gardens. Accommodation was lovely and clean, there was everything included for a short break, even a separate towel for makeup. Excellent choice at breakfast including cereal, toast (with several toppings available including peanut butter), fruit and yoghurt and an excellent Northumbrian cooked breakfast 😋 Prior to arrival, an email was received from Darren with very useful information on and links to local restaurants. Overall a fabulous place to stay and would definitely recommend.

Darren provided plenty of details about location, parking and check-in well before our stay. The self check-in procedure was very easy. The house was welcoming, clean and comfortable and so was our room. There was a good choice at breakfast, with plenty to eat and drink. EveAnna is well located for a visit to Alnwick Castle and Gardens, which are a five minute drive away; or you can leave your car and walk through the town,which is lovely. This takes twenty minutes but saves time trying to find parking in the tourist season, Alnmouth and the beach are a ten minute drive away.

We were happy with everything.

The room was beautiful with a lovely comfortable bed. A couple of lounge chairs to watch the big TV on and a little table with two dining style chairs to sit and have your cuppa at should you so wish! I loved the fact that the toiletries were the "Simple" make. I have sensitive skin and these are the kind of products I have to use. Lovely towels including a special makeup one. Breakfast was really lovely and cooked to perfection. Good location. We walked into the town for dinner and also walked to the Alnwick Castle. Plenty of on-street parking.

The bathroom was quite small and there was not room to put all our toiletries out, however, this is nitpicking & the only niggle in what is a lovely property.

Breakfast was fabulous with lots of choice, Joanne was a fabulous morning host. The room was very comfy and nice to have a little fridge in the room with real milk, not the plastics pots/sachets! Close to town and right next to Lidl which was handy for getting a packed lunch together. Quiet, even though it's on a main road.

Only downer was that my room had a dormer window and another window with just a voile on so the sun woke me up very early and struggled to get back to sleep as the room was then really light. Other than that, there wasn't anything else to dislike.

Location was really good, a short walk to all the amenities of Alnwick and a 5 minute drive to the Castle and Garden. Parking next to the B and B. Very efficient collection of keys to main door and room. Very detailed instructions prior to arrival on all information regarding the property and the stay. Breakfast room well stocked and thoughtfully prepared and cooked meal available on request. Very friendly and helpful host.

A fabulous price for what they provided. I especially appreciated fresh milk and chilled water in a good size fridge in the room. Lovely breakfast especially the Greek yogurt and berries. Great idea to provide dark towels for make up and body creams. Well done for the magnifying mirror and fitting in so many extras. Loved lying in bed looking out of a skylight!

As it had been raining, my shoes were caked in fallen leaves from the path into the hotel, which I was unaware of until the following day, when they had dried and were all over the carpet! A front doormat or scraper would help this. Didn't sleep well, the duvet was too warm and the bed too soft, but I know you can't please everyone!

As a coeliac the owner was able to provide gluten free cereal for breakfast. What was most impressive was him having a special gf toaster to avoid cross contamination. This is rare as often people don't even consider this. Our host was in the background but there when needed. The room was lovely and quiet and the facilities great such as tea and coffee making and a small fridge.

More suggestions ..You can get some really nice GF bread for toasting these days :) Maybe a few more teas would have been good in the room and a gf nibble in the room for gf's.

Fantastic location close to town centre. Rooms clean and beds very comfortable. Hosts Darren and Joanne very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. Breakfast was fantastic - plentiful and lots of choice. We really appreciated being able to swap our booking for one night from twin room to a double which was larger and cosier.

Our only problem was with the electric shower in the twin room. We didn’t want to make a fuss as was only a short stay but imagine it could be problem for people staying longer. The power wasn’t great and temperature went from boiling hot to cold without warning. Seems to be hard to regulate.

Great location, easy walking distance to all the great sites Alnwick has to offer. Bus stop 2 mins from the front door for trips to Alnmouth, Warkworth, Craster and beyond, and the local railway station at Alnmouth. Excellent communication with Darren the owner, with clear instructions on how to get in. I was able to drop my bag off early so I could get on with sightseeing. I had a single room in the attic (room 5) which was small but well laid out, great comfy bed with nice linen, good shower, coffee/tea making facilities in my room with fresh milk in the fridge was a big plus. Fantastic breakfast with loads of options, including a takeaway for my early bus to the station! Didn’t want for more! (Definitely visit Banter Books (see attached pics!), the biggest secondhand bookshop in the old Victorian railway station building with fantastic food in the buffet and cosy dining around open fires in the various old waiting rooms! Model trains run about above some of the bookcases in the old ticket hall. You could spend hours there, I did!! All this just 100 metres from EveAnna!)

Our room and bed were very comfortable. The breakfast had an excellent range of hot and cold food, with the hot food cooked to order. Parking is just around the corner on a side road. There are steps to the front door and to the rooms. EveAnna is easy walking to town, the castle and its garden, and Barter Books is just a couple of minutes down the road. The owner, Darren, is always willing to chat, and nothing is too much trouble for cook-extraordinaire, Joanne. We would not hesitate to recommend EveAnna.
