We were so impressed by the property and our Host Tracy. We arrived a little early and we rang Tracy to see if we could check our bags, our room was ready and she explained how to access it. The apartment we were provided was exactly what we were after. It had a large combined bedroom/lounge, a kitchen so we could microwave meals and had a fridge. And shower/toilet. Very easy to access as it is only one short flight, easy even with heavy bags. It's close to shopping, restaurants, cafes, attractions and Alnwick Castle and Gardens. It's also close to a cinema and the bus stop and supermarkets are also an easy walk. A great stay in a lovely town.

The only thing that could be improved would be the Wifi. It was a little erratic at times.

You get value for money, comfy & homely. Amazing location cannot get any closer to The Castle & Gardens, right in the centre of town surrounded by all the shops + food places on the doorstep. Anywhere else providing this same opportunity costs a bomb. Staff were great! Tracy is very helpful, thank you for making our little boy’s holiday so much more amazing.

Wasn’t anything we would fuss over, as I say you get value for money so being picky would be uncalled for. (any reviews from people calling bits out aren’t down to earth & could’ve just paid triple stopping elsewhere to cover their concerns)

Great location, efficient communications via text. Comfortable room and bed. Luxurious feel to the decor. It fulfilled all my requirements for my visit.

I worked for a b&b so please hear the following as helpful facts and advice not a complaint, as know unless we were told about things we weren't always aware. I think the shower room could do with a little update, shower rooms get mould with usage and time but perhaps is starting to show wear and tear, especially in the shower door runners etc. Plug didn't fit the basin. Bottom panels on inside of toilet door could do with a good clean, think they have been missed for several guests the other panels were fine.

The guest house was a stones throw from the high street and had a small parking space at the back. The room was spacious with plenty of room for luggage and it had a good size bathroom with storage space. There were good mirrors and shelves in the room too. It was very cold for June but I messaged Tracy to ask for the heating to be put on a bit longer and she actually gave us an electric heater for our room which was perfect. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The shower and sink drained very slowly.

The price was right for this 3-bed room and there was space for 3 adults. The room was somewhat old-fashioned in style and the bathroom was basic, but it was clean and we had what we needed. We had a quick response to questions as we arrived but did not see anybody in-person while we were there. I was a bit confused by the B&B sign - isn't this for Bed and Breakfast?

There was no Breakfast but the room was really comfortable with tea and coffee facilities which is a bonus. The location is really good all within walking distance Alnwick is such a beautiful place to visit .

There was a wobbly cold tap in the bathroom maybe the shower curtain could be replaced also one of the bedroom drawers was filled with biscuit wrappers which I put in the bin apart from that it was a really comfy room .We never seen any staff but our room was cleaned while we stayed and there were mobile numbers and a landline number to ring if you had any problems.

It's convenient location into an essential town and it's about a 10 minute walk for my brother and my parents hotel and even to the castle. And the bed was very comfy

One of the plugs walls at the living room was very loose and I feel this is a safety hazard and also potential electrification. I'm seeing you a picture right now

Great location. Pub round the corner, plenty of places to eat, shop and visit. I used it to explore Alnwick, and also used the buses for the Coastal and Castles for sightseeing and walking the trails

There was some mold in the shower and dust in the room, but they had a vacancy open, so it's understandable

Location was great, very close to the Alnwick Playhouse, 2 real ale pubs, a lovely Italian restaurant. And in easy walking distance of everything Alnwick has to offer. There is a small parking space on the premises and a free carpark round the corner. We had problems with arrival time due to family illness, and Tracy was great at being flexible, with fab communication. And she messaged us recommendations for breakfast and other meals. We'd definitely come back.

Property in central location- close to Alnwick Castle and amenities within town. Host was informative and signposted us to some great cafes and restaurants. Parking is available near the property however is it free public parking so you don’t have a secured spot. However we had no issues parking. Overall a great stay, perfect for a night away .
