Spacious, well laid out and completely dog friendly, the addition of a present for our pup topped it off! The location is lovely with greenery and sheep one side and the beautiful coastline the other. There is a train station within a 5 minute walk that takes into the town centre.

There wasn’t anything

Perfect location- we were a couple of minutes walk from the beach which is truly stunning. Barmouth is a 12 minute drive away and Dylans restaurant is 6 minutes (which is well worth a visit). The caravan had a wonderful veranda with a gate so the dogs could be free to hang out without us needing to keep them on the lead. It was also the perfect sun trap. The WiFi worked well enough to stream some TV (I'd taken my amazon prime stick). The kitchen was well stocked with pans, pots, plates etc. Good parking next to the caravan. Lots of space and storage which was really handy. We got a little gift for the dogs with towels, spray, paw cream etc which was a nice touch. It was lovely and clean. Staff at the guest services were lovely.

On the website it said dogs go free however we were charged a £45 per dog fee after booking - I was happy to pay this however it was misleading to say dogs go free. There were no towels, hand soap or cleaning products (other than a small washing up liquid which didn't last us and a sponge). It would have been handy to have been clearly told this in advance so we could have bring our own.

Fantastic location for quiet stay and good standard for dog friendly caravan.The caravan was lovely 3 bed we only used the one our dog had lovely time walks on the beach and surrounding area its was very accommodating pet friendly.The staff in the sands bar pleasent and even remember our drinks,the site was immaculate and lots of tlc being done by workers sometime a little noise but nothing major.The site was ideal quiet we could explore the other areas its such a pretty area wouldn't hesitate to return thank.you bonus the weather was good too we skipped the rain and was cosy in the caravan glad i paid the extra for the comfort just what we needed time to unwind and relax.

Only criticism is more lighting needed around site was dark!

The welcome was lovely, location and facilities perfect, a great relaxing getaway. Really clean and well thought out place, had everything we needed, only used the car once in three days. Loved that there were two toilets in the one caravan for six of us. Loved that the indoor pool was included in stay, as was the best outdoor play area for the kids, and caravan price great value.

Could do with more coat/towel pegs on backs of doors and reception area would be handy to open til later. Indoor pool was quite cold so couldnt stay in as long as we liked.

Overall lovely and clean property,good size and on a lovely site,everywhere outside including bins and recycling excellent.

Said park wide Wi-Fi but we couldn’t access any internet so couldn’t upgrade either.Reception warned us that better to use our phone and not worth upgrading so they must be aware.We were at the far side of the park so maybe that’s why.We were only there Friday to Monday so didn’t complain but there should be a warning that it’s not park wide.We never book anywhere without Wi-Fi as our daughter who has a learning disability relies on using her iPad normally.

The site is located in a beautiful area. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the accomodation was both spacious and spotlessly clean. Will definitely stay again

Access to the beach was difficult. Less able bodied people would struggle to reach it. The free wifi dropped in and out and sometimes no signal at all. It would be nice to have more facilities on the site, ie shops and a club room.

Overall a lovely well run site great accommodation only thing wrong was in the idle of owners caravans of which a few were not so pleasant with dogs being left to bark all day when owners out. People power washing at 7am but not the parks fault

Great location and extremely pleasant stay. Good and clean facilities and all basic amenities met. Park had access to beach area.Quite and family friendly.

1. I booked 2 separate types of caravan in the same booking. There was no clarity in the booking that no towels are provided in normal Caravan and that we needed to rent them Vs luxury caravan. The booking said towels provided. 2. Check out at 10am and Payment for late checkout. Most accommodations are free for late check out for atleast an hour if not couple.

Location to the beach, the caravan was impeccable, the amenities on site were excellent. Fantastic stay.

No WiFi, this didn't matter during the day but in the evening our 10 year old was a bit lost without it.

Friendly staff, great pool (not cold) Clean caravan, nice and warm in winter time. This is the 3rd time im staying there, and most definitely will come again. Have forgotten my personal items, staff phoned me, and have sent it to me through post as im 200 ish miles away. Very decent staff and decent place to stay. Thanks so much.
