For a budget hotel, there were so many good things about it. My top things were: The amazing location, fabulous little breakfast spread and the good sized basic rooms. The staff at the hotel were all so welcoming and friendly. Always ready to help.
Three things we didn’t like: 1) The shower being in the room itself with a clear and frosted door. Fine if you’re a family but not great if you’re travelling with a friend. 2) The corridors could have been cleaned/hoovered more. 3) The biggest problem for me was that our first couple of weekday nights were fantastic and undisturbed, but during the weekend the hotel was mainly occupied by groups of friends and party goers. Between 2am to 4am we were constantly disturbed by either drunk people banging on the door thinking it was theirs, or lads racing up corridors, men shouting and girls screaming. It wasn’t a place to be as a family.

Great location - easy walking distance to the city centre. There was also some nice pubs and restaurants within the area. The staff were so friendly and incredible - everyone I interacted with was so helpful. The rooms were spacious for a budget hotel, there was a large space to spread out your suitcase. The breakfast was basic, but handy. Free tea and coffee all day was a nice touch. Provided a hair dryer at reception. Check out at 11am meant you could still go out in the morning.
There were no outlets or charging points by the bed - made it inconvenient to use your phone in or near the bed. There was a little bit of mould around the fixtures in the shower. There was a lift at the hotel, but the buttons were difficult to press (apparently it is getting fixed and it wasn’t a huge deal, just worth noting). There was a charge to store bags at reception upon check out (I didn’t do this and left earlier to avoid the charge)

The room and facilities were great and didn't expect so much for a 'budget' place; especially the air-conditioner. Bed was very comfortable. Was glad to have the double window to completely block out the inevitable noise/pollution from the construction/demolition work in the morning next-door that was in full-swing during my stay (didn't hear a thing). The bar/lounge area on the ground floor was also nice to have. Location was perfect for my needs being a short walk to Grand Central Station.
The bed light switches were touch panels and therefore difficult to find in the dark. Could do with a better door on the toilet rather than thin plywood with no lock (though made little difference to me as a solo traveller).

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The price was excellent, the location was good as there were shops nearby. They have a discount if you park at the parking place across the street called NCP parking, it cost us £12.50 for 24hrs which isn't the worst comparing to other places. Make sure to ask reception for the discount ticket.
The rooms were nice but a bit smaller than expected as we have stayed in places with similar prices. There also wasn't any parking, there is a parking right behind the hotel called 'Handy Parking' which is nice but you do need to pay for parking regardless.

For a budget hotel it was excellent, very clean basic room but everything in it that was needed, the staff where very nice and very helpful, breakfast was continental not loads of options but enough to do and very fresh products if you want a fry up go somewhere else .the room was almost sound proof so no problem with noise when we stayed , We only stayed one night and really can't complain great value .
No hair dryer ladies that I saw, the only thing I didn't like was that the sink was in the bedroom the toilet was separate from the shower which was a good size and good shower I think I would have preferred the sink either in with the toilet or in with the shower but it was ok for one night and it still was private facility in your own room.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping left me a bag of toilet rolls and towels when I left the 'Do Not Disturb' sign, which was appreciated. The hotel is in a very good location in the centre of Belfast. Despite being so close to noisy bars, the noise insulation was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The room had the basic facilities that I needed but it was a small/tight room. The shower and the toilet were essentially in cupboards, and the toilet had a really annoying sensor light that took ages to turn off. There was a large gap at the bottom of the toilet door, limiting privacy and letting a lot of light into the bedroom at night.

Great central location. Fantastic value. The room was spotless clean. The shower and toilet are separate, and the shower is in the room, but it's didn't bother us. Easy to check in and out. Very secure. Room also had a TV. Free tea and coffee facilities down in reception. Also there is a pool table (not sure if free) and lovely seating areas. There is a continental breakfast available (£8.50) but we didn't avail of it. Car parking in NCP Dublin road is right across from the hotel. Use the app and the code the hotel sends you. For 26 hours parking cost £12.45. Loads around the hotel and belfast city hall was only a 10 min walk.

staff were amazing. very friendly and professional. there was a couple screaming and shouting at each other in room above me and I had to call down to complain. staff were straight up there to stop it.
the only main issues i had was having to call reception from my mobile(im not lazy, i use a wheelchair so too mucg hassle to get down. but the main problem was the lift button on 3rd floor isnt working, you practically have to snash tbe button to summon rhe elevator. I would say a bit more selection for breakfast like hot food but no real complaint. should be a phone in room to ring down to reception as I had to make a phone call from my mobile and it wasn't cheap as roaming charges.

The hotel is within walking distance of the city centre, public transport and nightlife. The Titanic Experience is a 40 minute pleasant walk away. The continental breakfast was fine to get me started every day. The staff were very hospitable and even allowed me to eat my take out in the dining area while I enjoyed a beer I bought from the hotel. Room smaller than some I've stayed in, but ok.
Only a minor thing - no electricity plugs nears the bed to charge my phone. And there was no coffee/tea making facilities in the room, but I didn't mind that. The only other issue was the other noisy hotel guests (which obviously the hotel has no control over). They were slamming doors and shouting up and down the corridor late at night and early morning. Fortunately this was only on the first night.
