We were late checking in. Friendly staff, who were very helpful with managing carpark. took our bags to our room so that we were in time to have dinner before restaurant closed.

Would have expected breakfast to be included in price. Thought that 16.95 was expensive when there was no table service and had to make our own tea and coffee , which is remineded me of being at a petrol station.

Location was good for getting around. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful, especially bartenders Matthew, Aaron, and Shiva (hope we got the names right)! Hotel was clean and food was good.

Need more light and shelving in bathroom. Were surprised at how late it was before our room was cleaned. Far later than the other 2 hotels we stayed in during our vacation. There was one staff member who always looked stern and unapproachable, which surprised us from a hospitality staff member. Believe she may have been the restaurant manager. We understand her culture. However, she is working in customer service in the UK.

We were upgraded on check-in which was fab. We brought our dog, a dog bed and bowl was available in the room which was a lovely touch. I would recommend adding a section to say what type of breed of dog is staying so the dog bed size could be matched accordingly. The staff were friendly and the breakfast choice and quality was amazing!

We had drinks and snacks in the bar which was lovely but on the second night of our stay we went for a few drinks and dirty food plates were left on a number of tables in the bar and were never cleared to allow for new people arriving. A catering member of staff was bring snacks in to people in the bar but never took any of the used plates away. We cleared our table and just pilled them somewhere else as did a number of other people who came in for drinks after us.

Very friendly staff rooms were great the young man in NO4 BAR ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON was brilliant very helpful and well informed about drinks and food and great at recommended choices for us which were amazing The food in the restaurant at night was great and staff friendly and helpful . ordered room service and the young man that delivered to the room was great

Would have liked waiter service later on in the bar that night as it was three deep to get anywhere near to order a round Saturday night took a while to get served not enough seating in the bar for a Saturday night and part of it was sealed off and hard for guests of the hotel to get a seat let alone a drink

Beautiful view out of our room’s window.

We stayed in multiple hotels over our holiday. Hilton was the only one to ask for a safety deposit, which is fine. However it takes a long time for the funds to get released. In addition to this, we noticed another additional charge pending on our bank account which we didn’t authorize. When queried via a message through booking.com app, their response was to call them. Which isn’t ideal when you are overseas and traveling around remote places. This hold has now dropped off from my account, however to date, I have no written explanation as to what that was, as it wasn’t in the invoice I was given when checking out or emailed to me.

Loved everything about this hotel. Staff were so helpful and friendly, the cleanliness of the hotel was brilliant. Very welcoming at the reception and entrance to the hotel. Room was amazing, very clean and comfy. Really liked the way you needed your key card for the lift to work to get up to your floor, it added an extra sense of comfort and safety especially when travelling to somewhere new and unfamiliar. Also loved how you didn’t need the key card for the electricity to work! Another thing I really liked was the mirrors, a lit up one in the bathroom, and the full length one as well!

Arrived before the allocated check in time, and were offered an accessible suite to check straight in to, or we could wait and check in later to our booked suite - as we were only there for 2 days, and wanted to get off exploring we chose the accessible room. Nice large spacious room, with views across towards the SSE arena. We had tea and coffee facilities within the room, plenty of wardrobe space, a table and chair next to large windows and a large wet room as a bathroom (this was because it was an accessibility room). Bed was large and comfortable, although the pillows were quite soft compared to what we had a home - but this is something minor and there are plenty of them so you can just double or treble them up - this is just our own personal preference that we like firmer pillows Wardrobe had bathrobes for us both Plenty of towels in the bathroom Independent air con for the room After check in, we received a text message from reception to check everything was okay for us which it was. Ideally located for all the attractions, and within easy walking distance (4-5 mins tops) to the centre. Approximately 10-15 min walk to the titanic museum Check out was super simple, our flight was later in the afternoon, so they safely stored our 2 cases until we were ready to leave, and prebooked us a taxi to the airport (Belfast international) which cost us around £50, for when we were ready to head off

We had the use of the executive lounge and the value for money based on the free amenities plus the size and comfortablity of the room was second to none. Would stay again and recommend to others .

The lobby had an awful smell (the toilets; beside the lobby, smelt amazing) it was a sewer problem and they were working on it, but it was awful. Also id ordered truffles and strawberries to the room for my husbands 50th and they must of been left out a while before arrival as there was fur on them by the time we returned to the room that night, despite us moving them to the available fridge ourselves to keep them fresh.

Our stay at the Hilton Belfast was overall enjoyable. The location was excellent, offering easy access to the heart of Belfast. The bar staff were particularly outstanding; they were friendly and provided great recommendations for local attractions, which enhanced our experience.

Unfortunately, there were a couple of downsides. The tray charge for room service seemed excessive, and the parking fees were exorbitant, especially considering we had already paid premium prices for the hotel. Additionally, while the lobby's grab-and-go self-serve coffee machine made sense, we expected barista-made coffee in the restaurant, given the Hilton brand's reputation. Despite these issues, the staff's friendliness and the prime location made our stay at Hilton Belfast pleasant.

The staff were great. Lyle Marie helped us check in and she kindly upgraded our room on arrival, made us extremely happy. The room was perfect, the double bed was massive, and we had a lovely lake view. Great shower products as well. The room and the entire hotel was very clean. The breakfast was incredible, not big variety but great quality. The bar no. 4 was also great, hard working staff. Overall elegant hotel would definitely stay.

There weren’t many channels on the tv, no access to Netflix or any other app. Had to ask for toothpaste and brush but they gave it right away when we did. There were no slippers. We thought the breakfast was slightly expensive at £20.
