I stayed in Blackpool for 2 nights with my wife and three young kids (5, 8, 10). The apartment was as described and was very clean. Free parking outside. Closeby to the beachfront and local shops. Other than the minor issues that can be resolved quickly, we had no other issues. We enjoyed staying here and would use this apartment again in the future. A definite 9/10.

Couple of minor issues: 1) The mattress for the double bed needs to be changed. The springs are clearly damaged and it caused light discomfort. 2) The shower in the bathroom (the room with the double bed) needs the tap changed. We couldn't change the temperature from hot to a colder temperature, so this shower wasn't usable as the water was permanently too hot. Other than the minor issues that can be resolved quickly, we had no other issues. We enjoyed staying here and would use this apartment again in the future. A definite 9/10.

The apartment was nice and spacious, clean and comfortable. We had mostly everything we needed and very much enjoyed staying there

As we were placed on the top floor it was rather difficult to connect to the WiFi..this was sometimes frustrating as we had children with specific needs i.e the use of electronics and tablets to help them to settle down. The only place we managed to stay connected was at the front door of the property. The water pressure in the shower was very low and the temperature kept going from red hot to cold. Other than that it was great!

Room was very clean and spacious. In a good location. Lovely and warm which was very important as Blackpool was very cold. Staff were very helpful and there was plenty of instructions on how to use the amenities.

Only one small niggle there was nowhere in apartment to put clothes and toiletries eg shelves or drawers and difficult to leave anything for showering and washing I bathroom

Property was very clean, staff were very helpful. It was very quiet. We had families below us but we didn't hear any noise either from inside or outside the building. I contacted when I heard there were stairs, as that was not stated on booking.com. I saw this on Airbnb after booking which was non refundable. . It was the second floor flat. There was no rail on second lot of stairs, but they fitted a rail for me in advance, which I greatly appreciated. I couldn't get heating turned on when we arrived. They were very quick to resolve the problem. Called back immediately and talked us through switching it on.

Double room didn't have wardrobe, a wee corner rail would have been great. A shelf in both bathrooms would have been helpful.

Good location, nice set up in the rooms everything we needed for our stay.

Couldn’t get onto the WiFi big issue for the kids, the television connections on the back were loose and dodgy so there was limited channels and hit and miss. Needed curtains especially in the bed room when the security light comes on with other residents coming back.

Lovely apartment, basic with everything we needed as we were only there for a long weekend. Was nice and clean everything smelled fresh. (Bedding smelled lovely) Sofabed in the livingroom was super comfy! Deposit was refunded day within 2 day which was great! Would definitely recommend

Was a little cold when heating wasn't on at nighttime. Living room would benefit from heavy curtains to keep the draft out. Shower wasn't the best but again we were only there for the weekend so wasn't that much of a issue

Nice size living room with small kitchen area. Could park outside, free. Out of immediate centre, so not noisy, but not a very long walk. Bed in bedroom was comfortable.

No forks! My granddaughter ate her cut up waffles with Nutella with her fingers!😆 Small bedroom and bathroom, but was adequate. Would benefit from small table or drawers in bedroom to stand toiletries etc on. Bed settee was very uncomfortable.

Travelling with my 7 year old daughter so wanted a quieter, safer feeling place. 15 mins walk from the centre was perfect as in a more residential place. The conditions of stay are quiet between the 11pm and 7am. I found the other people staying very respectful of this. Ideal for my daughter and I getting sleep after getting in late. The place is clean, tidy with a well equiped kitchen. Having parking was fantastic as I did not have to worry about finding a car park

The front room bay window only had blinds, no curtains. This wasn't an issue as we didn't use the sofa bed but would have been if I had brought my other daughter. Definitely would want curtains if someone was sleeping in the living room

Location brilliant! nice & quiet yet close to all attractions. Parking on site. Generally very clean. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen well equiped. Ideal base for a few days by the sea. Great communication from host. Accommodation felt safe with cctv.

Peach suite ground floor, you have to go through bedroom to access bathroom. Shower head could do with change. As with most properties in Blackpool there is a small damp issue in bathroom.

The property is in a good central location in a quiet street. Only 15 minutes walk to winter gardens. Host was very helpful, great communication from start to finish. Property was clean and warm.

There are two flights of stairs to get into the property. Could be doing with a small table and chairs. Bunk bed in second bedroom squeaked everytime the kids moved.
