Apartments were lovely. Clean and had everything we needed for our stay. They even provided us with a small bottle of milk and a cold bottle of water for each of us which was a lovely touch and very appreciated on a warm sunny day.The lady who let us in (sorry didn't catch her name) was brilliant. She helped to carry the bags in as I had 2 children and even let us use a bed rail as well as a travel cot as I was on my own with 2 young children so we could all be in the same room. She was also brilliant in interacting with the kids.

Everything was immaculate. The staff were very friendly, and the apartments were clean and spacious. It’s not far from Pleasure Beach—less than a 15-minute drive. I would definitely book again and highly recommend it for families, as the apartments can accommodate between 4 to 6 people depending on the one you book.

Parking there is parking space for 5 cars, because we were travelling as a group we had 3 cars. There were 3 cars already parked there. We had to find parking to pay for the 3rd car a few metres away from the accommodation.

Host was lovely, she was there to greet us and show us around. We booked two rooms they were both really clean, there were clean towels for each guest, fridge had bottles of water and milk in which was lovely & unexpected. We would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again in the future

Not really a big issue but there was only a few parking spaces outside of the property, but there’s a large car park and the end of the road and a multi story car park less than a 5 minute walk away.

The location was perfect for our needs and a short walk away from the winter gardens. The owners were lovely & made us feel very welcome. Able to park on site and left the car the following day, saving us inconvenience. The room was good, nothing to flash but again perfect for our needs as we were staying just for the weekend. Beds were comfy.

It took a while for the room to warm up but it is a oldish building & this can be expected but once it was warm it was fine. The shower was a bit temperamental but again once it got going it was fine.

Very clean, modern & spacious. Apartment had free parking for one car per apartment but at the end of the road was a public car park £11.20 for 24 hours which is perfect and only a minutes walk. The town centre was only a few minutes walk.

Bathroom was a little dated but didn’t bother us as it was very clean and worked as it should. It wasn’t that we didn’t like it just needed a little update to match the rest of the apartment.

Tom welcomed us at the main entrance as we parked the car and was an absolute pleasure to meet. There were little touches like having fresh milk and bottles of water in the fridge, which really made us feel very welcome. The little booklet that was sat out had all the information needed and a mobile number on it for Tom if we had any other queries. The apartment itself was very clean and had enough space for 3 young boys to play while the mums had a blether. Having read some reviews before booking, I had high expectations....but I didn't expect them to exceed so much!! It was a great experience, thank you!!

I have no complaints whatsoever

Location was very good, the apartment had everything that you need. Bed was comfortable room was clean and tidy.

The only thing was the shower was not great could do with a new shower. When you turned the shower on it was just a trickle and the shower head was broke it dropped towards the wall when you turn on so you had to take the head off and hold it whilst washing with the other hand.

The apartment is located centrally which makes it easy to get to town but not too close that there’s a lot of noise. Parking was available on the front of the property. Lovely warm welcome from the host explaining how to check out, use key fobs etc, made to feel so welcome. The room was very spacious with a kitchen, even stocked with milk and bottles of water! A very comfortable stay

If I had to find something to dislike I would say there could be some features updated, the bathroom looked tired although clean and all in working order!

The owner met us to hand over the keys and show us the apartment. There was water and milk in the fridge as well as some tea and coffee making facilities. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was easy to use and a good pressure. We did not hear any noise from any other apartments or outside

The sunlight came through the blind in the main bedroom, would be good if there was some blackout curtains.

Nice, clean apartment with plenty of facilities.

The parking spaces were large enough for our small car, but the other guests bought huge vehicles that completely blocked the steps to the main entrance, so we had to go around them. Easy for me to do - not so easy for my elderly mother, who I had to help up. It was also awkward to get out because of them.
