Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. With anything we needed. As we got to the hotel was welcomed with a warm welcome and when we walked in room it was amazing we stayed in room 101 i totally recommend as its sea view. And very close to everything and the north pier. It was clean. THE BED was that comfy was the best sleep i have had in ages. As a person who suffer with a bad back it was AMAZING. Facilities was great. We accidently slept 30 mins over check out time and they was very understanding and let us sort everything out. Thank you forshaw. Im going to definitely visiting qgain.

Windows could be abit more clearer. But no biggy

The property is right in front of north pier and 10 minutes from the centre of town. The bedroom was really clean and up to good standards. Also my room had air conditioning which was a massive plus. Was told only half the rooms have them working. Staff were lovely too.

Could hear the nightclub over the road not too loud but still hear music and the front stairway needs upgrading. However once in the hotel it’s nice and modern .

It's a really good hotel. Stayed a few times now for gigs on the north side of Blackpool. The staff have always been brilliant with us, they can have a laugh. It's a nice clean place. If we've been early and our rooms are ready, they don't mind letting us in early so we can get ready to get out early. It's in a good place being right on the front of the north pier. Stayed 3 or 4 times now and will be staying again in the future no doubt

A couple of the rooms are quite small but it's only somewhere to get your head down so it's not too much of a complaint really

It was in very good location. Very good customer service, we got moved into a different room was on the second level, it was much more quiet room I liked alot. Just funny first room had hair dye in.

The first room we got given, was half clean. And lot red hair dye around. We went to the customer service, to tell them, it was not us did this. Because didn't went get blamed something we didn't do and show them photos of the room. They was very nice and moved us. The second room had chocolate pudding on the walls lol, could see a kid was in this room. But from this, was very good stay. We just had bad luck, who would dye their hair in a inn, do it at home.

Large hotel in great location. We had a Disabled sea front room with roll in showers, which was really good for my dad. Room was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space.

Air-conditioning didn't work in our room and windows don't open for safety. It Wouldn't normally be a problem but it was 28 degrees that's weekend making it very stuffy and sickly to sleep at night. We had a sea facing room with the sun but even at night it was to hot to sleep.

Me and my mate always stay in this hotel every time I come to blackpool. I am a full-time wheelchair user, so I need an accessible room with a walk-in shower. The staff at the forshaw hotel always accommodate my needs, and nothing is too much trouble for them if I need help with something.

I think the rooms are a little pricey for an overnight stay without breakfast as you only use the bed to get your head down for a couple of hours if you are lucky.

It was near to pubs etc that we participated in and was good that it had a lift as I struggle with stairs The staff on reception were friendly and the wee bar next to it was ideal for having a couple of drinks before going to my room can’t find any faults

N/A as the hotel served the purpose of providing a room to put my head down at end of the night and the location was brilliant

The staff were great. The bedrooms looked to have been recently decorated. The dinning area was clean and tidy. The located was fantastic for the tower and other attractions. It was also very close to the beach.

The stair carpet on entrance to reception could do with a clean or replacing. The mattresses in the bedroom although seemed to be new was very hard. The breakfast could do with additional option of cooked choice.
