Don't like the tea and coffee in rooms , always bring our own. And the lifts are to small you have a long wait for them . Other than that a enjoyable stay

Most of the staff was great and friendly and they was so nice to my dog but there was one person i think he was a cleaner for the lobby and bar was abit rude and telling everybody that my dog was dangerous just because he didn't like dogs that was horrible to see a member of staff tell people my dog was dangerous when she is the most soft and loving dog you could find and the other member of staff who was checking us in seemed abit nasty with us like there was no need when I was being nice and smiling and he was just looking fed up and abit nasty

Just as I said about the staff and the floor board s were creeky and the room above was the same you could hear the room above and the room was mostly clean bits of it just hadn't been cleaned

Loved the decor just a really nice hotel Made us very welcome with our 2 little dogs the lady on reception also owned 2 pugs and we had a really good chat about how much we loved our pugs. The beds were dreamy soft …… like falling into a cloud The room was really nice and our friends liked their room too. There was a fan in the room which was wonderful as we were in a heatwave The bar was nice, Car parking on site … great And lastly the breakfast…. Well worth the money Thank you to everyone in the Savoy Can’t wait to come again Soon I hope

We liked everything

Very good nice hotel in a ideal spot in Blackpool next tram stop on street and a car park but can get full but on street plenty, very good price compared to east coast, nice clean room and spotless clean bathroom looks new, comfy bed,a iron and board,be surprised how many don't theas day,the hotel is very slender Victorian but modern some of Victorian character left, would recommend

The windows you could not see out of, but it just faced a court yard, so I see why if you want you can book a seaview room for very small charge not all windows could be faced west see, but you could go have a coffee or beer in a massive lounge area and that face's west great

given a room on the top floor which was very quiet . i was able to sleep right through which is unusual for me . we went to the bar and where treated to a live singer . the room was clean and the bed was comfortable . we had a wonderful breakfast and i was very pleased this included fried bread . a problem free stay with pleasant staff :)

no real problems. the lift had a problem and was waiting for repair although it did get to floor 2. the hotel does not accept cash which will obviously effect bookings . i cant remember if it says this before i booked or not, but i was informed after booking . i may not have booked it had i had known .

Good location for seeing illuminations. On tram route for ready access to town. Also walked in - about 20 mins. Was there on a dancing weekend. Food was self- service reasonable choice at evening meal. Good selection at breakfast. Both meals piping hot. Staff very pleasant throughout hotel. Bar prices reasonable. Good parking. Ironing board and iron in room a definite plus. Plenty of tea/coffee/milk available at reception. Just across road from beach.

Bedroom was a bit small but clean and functional. Shower a bit erratic temperature wise. Only 1 lift to service whole hotel. We are reasonably fit so stairs not a problem but could be for 'not so nimble'.

After reading the reviews I was very sceptical but try it yourself you will definitely be surprised , we wasn’t disappointed at all , yes it does need updating but for £117 for 6 adults , 3 rooms for 1 night it was fantastic value , rooms were clean , tidy and comfortable with everything you needed The staff we saw were friendly, the bar is very reasonably priced , we had a lovely stay , would we go again yes definitely

Only downside I did ask if we could have our 3 rooms close to one another because I have health issues and my family look after me , unfortunately we didn’t get that we had 1 room on all of the 3 floors but we managed so it wasn’t a big issue
