There is not enough room to list all the things we liked about this property! It is an absolute gem! We stayed in the Seashore Suite which had a balcony. The view was absolutely wonderful! We spent as much time as we could on the balcony in order to enjoy the lovely view of the sea and rolling hills. The bed was comfortable and the room was very tastefully decorated. There were also lots of tea and coffee available, even though we don’t drink it, and biscuits and even cake available everyday. The breakfast room also had a wonderful view of the bay. All very tastefully decorated. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choice and very filling. Claire is a warm and welcoming host. She has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. We liked it so much we decided to stay an extra night! And luckily Claire was able to accommodate us. We would most definitely stay again.

When you have travelled extensively as a career, you can always make an instant judgement of a hotel/guest house the moment you enter an establishment by the honesty and warmth of your host..along with the ambiance and vibe within a building. Both exceeded my expectations on so many levels. Claire and Rob truly deserve all the accolades of hospitality at its FINEST!! We are talking understated CLASS with attention to details uppermost in their planning reflected throughout this exquisite guest house operating as a 5* Hotel. I cannot praise this guest house enough...ohh and the BREAKFAST a foodies dream, all locally sourced products beautifully presented in their georgous dining room with views of the beach and shoreline. This is arguably the very best guest house I have experienced in a very long time. If you are looking for a base/location where you can totally DECOMPRESS, realignment of mind body and soul..then you cannot fail to be impressed with all this guest house have to offer. Well done Claire and Rob, and continued success in all that you do.

We stayed from Friday to Sunday in the Seashore Suite We honestly can't say enough good things about this place. The location is perfect, the property stunning and beautifully presented, with a really calming atmosphere throughout. Our room was immaculate, with incredible views over the bay. Breakfast was first class — every detail spot on. Clare and her partner have clearly gone above and beyond to make your stay special. We've stayed at plenty of places over the years, but this felt more like an experience than just another weekend away. Thank you to everyone at Castellor for a fantastic weekend — we’ll definitely be back! A perfect place to unwind away from the crowds — whether it’s relaxing on the beach, strolling along the coastline, or wandering into the village and harbour.

Having to leave!

We stayed at Castellor last week for 2 nights. Clare was an amazing host. Very people oriented. The room was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding really good. Excellent bathroom with walk in shower. There was milk in the fridge to go with a good selection of tea and coffees in the room. Water was also available in the fridge for guests use and you could keep your own wine /beer sweets etc in the fridge space permitting. Fresh cake was out each day for guests to take. The breakfast was huge and very tasty.. Clare asked both days if we wanted anything extra off the menu after we had finished breakfast. The view out of the dining room is fantastic. We sat one evening with a glass of wine simply watching the sunset over the bay. Highly recommended

My partner said the curtains let in a little too much light of a morning which woke her up. Didnt bother me though !!!

The moment we arrived to the moment we left we had the best time. The Castellor is absolutely beautiful. Claire and Rob are unbelievable hosts, attentive, so friendly, the attention to detail is perfect and nothing is too much trouble. Upon arrival we had a cup of tea and beautiful home made cake by Rob, which is there to help yourself throughout your stay. We stayed in the Seashore Suite, wow!! it is really spacious, the view from the terrace is stunning, the decor is beautiful, so clean, there is fresh water and fresh milk in the fridge, a coffee machine and the beds are sooo comfy. The breakfast is delicious , so much choice, from a full cooked breakfast, pancakes, omelettes, smoked salmon, cereals, yogurts, fresh coffees, teas and juices, also toasts and home made marmalades and preserves, absolutely delicious. I would 100% recommend The Castellor, we didn’t want to leave and we can’t wait to visit again. Thank you Claire and Rob xx

Everything was perfect.

Everything about the Castellor B&B was lovely. Upon arrival the host was polite and wecoming and was happy to make a reservation for ourselves at a local restaurant. The room is spacious and comfortable with a modern, well equipped bathroom. The view from the room was amazing, straight out over the bay, a great place to just sit with a coffee and complimentary homemade cake. The breakfast was also very nice made with fresh and local ingredients. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area and recommend it to others

We liked everything about this beautiful B and B. Starting with the warm welcome from Rob, then seeing our amazing sea view room, the views were priceless. Every detail has been thought of. The seating on the veranda was joyous in the warm , sunny weather. All the furnishings throughout the property are immaculate. Everything has been thought of. The breakfasts , served by Claire were incredibly generous, the food was locally sourced and super fresh. The view again, fro the breakfast room is breathtaking. Claire and Ron have a great balance when hosting, warm and friendly but allow you your own space in their peaceful haven.

Nothing- perhaps some instructions fit the coffee machine 😂 but thanks for helping us ❤️

We stayed at Castellor B&B from the 24th-29th of March. From the start of our break away to the end Claire and Rob did a fantastic job to making us feel welcome. The room we stayed in was the Cove and had beautiful views looking out to Cemaes Bay. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The breakfasts were amazing and Claire was brilliant front of house making sure we had everything that we needed. We're definitely going to return back to stay in the furture as it was a top class stay. Thank you so much Claire & Rob you have a beautiful B&B. Emma & David

Claire was so welcoming and genuinely interested in her guests experience. Excellent location overlooking the Bay. Standard of accommodation very high with so many thoughtful extras such as great beverage tray in the room as well as guest communal area with fridge, milk, coffee machine, cake, crockery and opportunity to consume own food at a dining table desired. Lovely lounge area. Extensive breakfast menu- beautifully presented. Can highly recommend with no reservations. Thank you Claire.

Castellor is a fabulous place to stay, everything is catered for. The rooms are beautifully furnished and immaculately clean. Lots of items that easily forgotten are provided, which is a thoughtful touch. Claire couldn't do enough for us so friendly and pleasant. Now to the breakfast......I read a review which said the breakfast was "too large".....I didn't think that was possible 😁.......we started the first day with a full breakfast the subsequent days picked our own items......the food was excellent thanks Rob We shall obviously return. Well done Claire and Rob👍
