The welcome we received was fabulous. Nothing too much trouble. we had experienced dreadful booking experience with pre-booked accommodation. it was cancelled last minute (after check in time) and finding alternative accommodation was not easy. I was very sceptical about this property because it had such a low review rating. this rating is genuinely not deserved. it's a little gem. quiet and peaceful with views across to snowdonia and across the sea. not saying that it's not a bit dated but it's comfortable and clean and we were very happy to arrive at such a lovely place after being let down so badly

nothing. the bar was open when we arrived, quite late on a Sunday evening. breakfast was served the next morning at a tinecto suit us

Great stay for two nights and was made to feel very welcome. Room was clean and tidy. Location was very peaceful. Thank you for the way i was welcomed by the staff.

Needs a restaurant serving food but i know they are working towards this.

Had a lovely stay and nice food

We arrived on Friday evening, after booking at very short notice (1 hour). The atmosphere was buzzing, all the local patrons were really friendly. By the late evening we were dancing with the locals, it was great. All staff were friendly and attentive, especially Chris (Manager) and Madison At the moment they are completing a refurbishment after taking over just a few months ago, all looking good. This Friday September 13th 2024 they are have a live music night.

Having to leave after our 2 day stay and come home. The stay was excellent.

The rooms were newly renovated and very clean. The staff were very polite and helpful. Location was great!

The heating came on in the middle of the night on what was a really warm day/evening which woke us up. They only had decaf tea in the rooms for some reason. Although the inside had been renovated the windows were really old with flimsy handles and were very difficult to get open. Very good value for money although they really need to offer a breakfast as nothing opens in the area until 10am so without kitchen facilities we could not have any breakfast.

The location is perfect with beautiful views and walking distance to Moelfre village with places to eat and drink. The staff is very kind and friendly. Our uber eats driver was messing about and the lady at the reception went out of her way to make phone calls to the restaurant and get our food delivered. Our dogs even got a few treats from them. We also enjoyed the late check out which allowed us to explore the area a bit more and spend some time at the beach.

Lovely location The staff were wonderful very friendly We arrived during a refurbishment so the kitchen was closed but we were provided with an excellent complimentary fish and chip supper from the local fish and chip shop and drinks as well The rooms were comfortable and tastefully furnished

Our timing we would have loved to have been there 2 days later when there was a local band playing

It’s been refurbished and it looks great. The staff are soo friendly and very accommodating

There was nothing that I did not like that would deter me from staying again. If anything, a gated area to let the dog off the lead would be really helpful.

It has a comfortable feel about the place.

Although food should have been available there was none. More than a bit disappointing. Loud music reverberating around the hotel late at night.

Fantastic friendly hosts, Madds and Chris. Still in the process of updating but no disruption during our stay. Wish them well for making Ty Dderw a success
