All the staff were amazing, particularly Tom who was exceptional and really ensured our stay was the best it could possibly be! The food was delicious and the whole place had an all-round lovely vibe!
Honestly nothing!

Another fantastic stay at the Townhouse. Our room was spacious and quiet, the bed was very comfortable and huge, and we had a bathroom with a bath which felt like being in a cocoon. Great central location, close to lovely shops, restaurants (The Midland is very good). We arrived earlier than check in and were going to leave our bags, but they had a room made up and ready for us on our arrival. Breakfasts were excellent, plentiful, and with good variety. (We're both veggie). We love Beaumaris and have been several times and this holiday further cemented our love of the town. The weather was fantastic too!
We were told on arrival that if we retained our towels for more than a day we were eligible for a free drink each as part of their efforts to be sustainable, which we thought was a lovely touch. The manager didn't mention that this offer had to be used on the day of our arrival. We tried to take advantage of the offer on the 2nd day of our holiday and were told off my the staff, but they did give us the free drinks. However, it did leave a little bit of a bad taste in the mouth. To avoid turning a positive gesture into a negative, it would be helpful if staff make very clear on arrival that the offer has to be used on the day of arrival.

We've stayed here before, so know that the Townhouse is in a central location, and yet it is quiet. The staff were all friendly and professional. Rooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable, as are the beds. While there is no parking at the hotel, the huge car park on the seafront is good, close by, and only £6 per day.
We did enjoy our stay! However, there have been some changes. There used to be coffee machines in the rooms, but sadly, these have disappeared and been replaced by the standard hotel tray of coffee sachets. Scottish Soap Co. toiletries in a Welsh Hotel?! Although they are good quality items, I was disappointed not to see the Cole & Co. brand which used to be in the bathrooms and which is local. The hotel has been taken over by a chain, but I think local businesses should be supported - these little things are what used to make the hotel stand out as that bit more special. Cooked breakfast was good, but the continental buffet was limited.

Myself and my husband Harry, loved our stay. We were obviously blessed with beautiful weather so we were able to take full advantage of the beer garden. The location of the hotel is perfect and in easy reach of everything Beaumaris has to offer. Our room was advertised as a cosy double, but in fact was bigger than we expected and was perfect for us. We enjoyed a lovely meal in the restaurant with great service and we thought the breakfasts were fantastic. All the staff were so very friendly, welcoming, professional and attentive and it was a pleasure getting to know them.
The only negative is, having spent a lot of time in the garden due to such beautiful weather, we think the outside of the kitchen area would benefit from a makeover, as it does look a little shabby, but I think that could easily be managed.

The rooms were very spacious and with all the amenities needed for a hotel stay. I liked the option for a free drink to replace service of the room for one evening given we were only there for a short stay. Staff were fairly attentive and the decor or the hotel part itself was very tasteful and breakfast enjoyable. Although staying in a double over the road it did not present an issue and I would stay here again.
In my view, dinner I felt was overpriced for what I received but it was edible. Option was a variety of tea and coffee at breakfast would have been an added benefit.

We arrived in the evening and check in was easy. Staff were very kind and helpful. The restaurant and bar are a for locals as well, which was very nice. Room was in the building across the side street, each room is identified by their color theme. The room was large and adequately appointed. Wifi worked well. Breakfast was a mix of continental and from the menu, and was good. Checkout was also easy. Beaumaris is a nice, walkable village. We had a good experience and would stay here again.
There was only one set of towels and we were two people. Mattresses were quite soft.

We stayed in the Townhouse section of the hotel, standard room which is larger than the cosy rooms. Clean, modern design with lift access. This part of the hotel is across the road from the Bull's Head where the bar and restaurant are. There is no car park but there is close by on road parking. Generous portions at dinner and breakfast. The location is fantastic, on the main street a short walk from the sea and castle, close to restaurants.
For me the pillows could have been a little softer, a personal preference and the smallest of niggles.

All members of the staff team were friendly, helpful and pleasant. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of tea and coffee in the room. Breakfast was cooked to order, hot and very nice (try the poached eggs on bloomer toast). Dinner was also good. The location of the hotel is central. It's on the high street, just a couple of minutes from the harbour or the gaol. Parking on the green near the harbour was fine and just a couple of minutes from the hotel.
We liked everything.

Always have a lovely stay here, beautiful hotel, clean, quirky rooms, great food, very friendly helpful staff.
Room 118 Beautiful spacious room but noise from the kitchen below spoiled our stay this time. We were informed it would be turned off at 10pm. The extractor fan went off around 11.15pm only because we rang and asked if it could be turned off, all night could hear another electrical device turning on and off. Then at 6am the extractor fan was started again for breakfast. So feeling a bit tired today! Overall very good stay as usual and feel bad commenting about this but advise you to avoid this room unless you bring your ear plugs😃

From start to finish, our stay was amazing. When we arrived we checked in at the bar, and Adam was an absolute gent. He was so lovely with us, and made us feel at home. Absolute 10/10 service from him. Our room was spacious, and clean. The bed was so comfy as well I slept like a baby! The bathroom was great too. To top it off when we went for some drinks at the bar, we were asked nicely if we could move to the lounge because me and my girlfriend were on a large table. We were asked in such a lovely way we happly moved and what made it extra special was the staff member gave us drinks as a thank you. A lovely touch and he didn't have to do so. Great customer service all around!! 😊 Breakfast was lovely and our overall stay was perfect. I dont always give 10/10 but the customer service was so good with Adam and the rest of the staff I think its totally deserved! Highly recommended! Thank you.
Nothing.
