Sharon and Paul are Amazing hosts and very dedicated to their guests ,they made us feel so welcome everything was so clean,we had tea coffee biscuits a fridge with a mini bottle of prosecco, all shampoo, conditioner, hand cream ,slippers , gowns. The view from our window was absolutely lush the sunsets were amazing to watch in bed and we could see puffin island too and the light house.Sharon and Paul also refreshed our room twice and gave us more towels, toilet rolls ,snacks juice and toiletries.Breakfast was well nice my favourite being Paul's very own min y stack ,at our last breakfast sitting this morning we were even entertained by some of Paul's old magic tricks which really had us boggled ,Sharon got us tasting flower petals and they were actually nice .It was our 30th wedding Anniversary holiday and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay but sad to leave Sharon Paul and Charlie bear and we highly recommend their beautiful 5star guest house . The location for us was great as near to Conwy and only a short distance to Anglesey. The hosts Sharon and Paul were so welcoming and attentive. They had thought of everything in the room to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We had the superior room on the top floor and it was fresh and clean with views over the sea and Puffin Island and with a separate room at the back. So many little treats were left for us too like snacks, biscuits, flapjacks, orange and apple juice and milk in the fridge ad well as a mini Prosecco. Fully kitted out with toiletries, slippers and bath robes better than that found in a big hotel for the price we paid. Super choice of food for breakfast and choice of eating time. Plenty of parking around. Front door key to get in and out independently. Thanks for our 1 night stay.
We knew there wasn’t a restaurant which was not an issue as we had a car. The area doesn’t have a great choice of local pubs with food though but you can drive into Conwy. Would have been great if there were places to dine within walking distance but none of this reflected on our satisfaction with the guest house as that surpassed expectations.

Sharon and Paul are wonderful, warm people. We spent only one night in their guesthouse, but we felt fully taken care of. From the very entrance to the guesthouse we were greeted with a warm smile. The room was beautiful and large, with a sea view, the bathroom was huge and fully equipped, everything was thought out to the smallest detail to make us feel at home. In the room we had a kettle, beautiful cups, coffee, tea, biscuits, nuts, a fridge filled with water, fresh juices, fresh milk and a small bottle of Prosecco. Cozy room and comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast prepared straight from the heart. We highly recommend this place.

We booked the room as the last stop before getting the ferry home. I have not experienced a better B&B. Lovely bedroom and ensuite shower room. The B&B and bedroom face the sea, with a beach and promenade across the road. It was very quiet while we were there. The room was beautifully decorated, well laid out with four poster bed and two comfortable arm chairs. The large shower room has a large walking overhead shower with hot water anda good flow. Everything was so clean and organised. Everything you could possibly need is available. The breakfast offering was better than any hotel I have stayed at. A very good breakfast menu, with everything cooked to order. The charming hosts Paul and Sharon are lovely people who apparently believe in providing an excellent service. I look forward to visiting again.

lovely couple, we felt like royalty. such a lovely and quiet spot, overlooking the sea. location -10, cleanliness -10, owners-10, facilities -10, breakfast menu -10. 3 min drive to co-op store or pubs and 3 take aways, or a 15 minute walk. ideal location for trips to Llandudno, Colwyn bay, Great Orme(worth a trip!), Conway, Bangor, Menai bridge. All 15/20 minutes from this location. would definitely stop again.
🤔🤔🤔🤷🤷🤷 I really can't think of anything negative to say about our stay... Lovely house, brilliant location .

Sharon and Paul are a delight, making us feel like family. The house is gorgeous and elegant, with incredible views of the beach. The beds are so comfortable, the bathrooms so well equipped, and the nights very quiet for a great sleep. The food is wonderful, and so much fun to be entertained with a little magic as we ate. There are not enough superlatives to do them justice. Sharon, I hope you get your horse!
There are no negatives. You can't improve on perfection.

Everything!! The welcome, attention to detail, and thoughtful gifts on arrival. Much appreciated. Breakfast outstanding, comfortable dining room. Llanfairfechan is a stunning location that is perfect for anyone who wants to explore North Wales, within easy drive of llandudno and conwy, Eryri etc. Perfect for us as dropping our daughter back to Bangor University. Llanfairfechan itself has a stunning beach and nature reserve. A couple of good cafes. Perfect really - we were sad to leave.

We booked the room with the four poster bed and it was absolutely lovely. The view was really pretty, the bed was comfortable, there was even a little dressing room with big mirrors. I liked the little touches that made our stay even more pleasant, like the binoculars on the windowsill, snacks, and the unique handmade wallpaper in the bathroom. The breakfast was fantastic. And everything was really clean. The hosts were super nice, and we had the impression that they take pride in their business, which is a wonderful thing.

The room was spotless and everything you could possibly want was provided. Paul & Sharon had thought of absolutely everything. The food was lovely and the poached eggs are definitely a must try. The views from both the front and back rooms are gorgeous.
There was absolutely nothing that could have been any better. The property and the service provided were brilliant. Definitely highly recommend as a place to stay.

We were welcomed by Sharon and Paul, who were very friendly and gave us lots of tips of where we could go to eat. Room was excellent, lots of unexpected extras such as mini fridge with fresh milk, fruit juices, water and even a mini bottle of prosecco! As well as snacks and nibbles. Breakfast was very nice, plenty of choice and the view out to sea was lovely as well.
While the bed was comfortable, would have preferred firmer pillows, but that's just personal preference. Couldn't fault the guest house overall.
