Sharon and Paul are wonderful, warm people. We spent only one night in their guesthouse, but we felt fully taken care of. From the very entrance to the guesthouse we were greeted with a warm smile. The room was beautiful and large, with a sea view, the bathroom was huge and fully equipped, everything was thought out to the smallest detail to make us feel at home. In the room we had a kettle, beautiful cups, coffee, tea, biscuits, nuts, a fridge filled with water, fresh juices, fresh milk and a small bottle of Prosecco. Cozy room and comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast prepared straight from the heart. We highly recommend this place.

We booked the room as the last stop before getting the ferry home. I have not experienced a better B&B. Lovely bedroom and ensuite shower room. The B&B and bedroom face the sea, with a beach and promenade across the road. It was very quiet while we were there. The room was beautifully decorated, well laid out with four poster bed and two comfortable arm chairs. The large shower room has a large walking overhead shower with hot water anda good flow. Everything was so clean and organised. Everything you could possibly need is available. The breakfast offering was better than any hotel I have stayed at. A very good breakfast menu, with everything cooked to order. The charming hosts Paul and Sharon are lovely people who apparently believe in providing an excellent service. I look forward to visiting again.

lovely couple, we felt like royalty. such a lovely and quiet spot, overlooking the sea. location -10, cleanliness -10, owners-10, facilities -10, breakfast menu -10. 3 min drive to co-op store or pubs and 3 take aways, or a 15 minute walk. ideal location for trips to Llandudno, Colwyn bay, Great Orme(worth a trip!), Conway, Bangor, Menai bridge. All 15/20 minutes from this location. would definitely stop again.

We booked the room with the four poster bed and it was absolutely lovely. The view was really pretty, the bed was comfortable, there was even a little dressing room with big mirrors. I liked the little touches that made our stay even more pleasant, like the binoculars on the windowsill, snacks, and the unique handmade wallpaper in the bathroom. The breakfast was fantastic. And everything was really clean. The hosts were super nice, and we had the impression that they take pride in their business, which is a wonderful thing.

We were welcomed by Sharon and Paul, who were very friendly and gave us lots of tips of where we could go to eat. Room was excellent, lots of unexpected extras such as mini fridge with fresh milk, fruit juices, water and even a mini bottle of prosecco! As well as snacks and nibbles. Breakfast was very nice, plenty of choice and the view out to sea was lovely as well.

While the bed was comfortable, would have preferred firmer pillows, but that's just personal preference. Couldn't fault the guest house overall.

the hosts were terrific and have put a lot of effort into making it a pleasant stay, the fridge was well very generously stocked and there were binoculars in the room to look out to sea - the view was lovely. Good base from which to explore the area which has some lovely towns and sites.

the town is not very active, there are no pubs providing food and no restaurants to speak of. a couple of cafes open during the day and a couple of take out places. none of this is the fault of the hosts, but it does mean the location is a bit lacking unless you want total peace and quiet and are happy to drive to dinner.

Sharon and Paul were delightful hosts! Warm and welcoming, and took the time to answer questions I had about other activities in the area before we arrived. The house itself was so charming, and clearly well cared for. Our rooms were perfect - cozy and clean, with an amazing view of the sea. Breakfast was delicious, made by Sharon and served by Paul, with lots of options to choose from! I would love to stay here again someday!

Absolutely everything…the warm welcome, the attentiveness, the fascinating decor and the wonderful homely feel to the whole house. The breakfasts were superb and our room had a lovely view onto the beach…It was the most perfect way to round off our week long stay on Ynys Mon and come to Llanfairfechan.

Nothing could have surpassed this beautiful guest house. We are truly grateful to have been able to stay there. Diolch o galon Paul and Sharon 😘😘

This has to be the best guest house we have stayed in. Friendly hosts, exceptionally clean, well-presented room with very comfortable four poster bed, dressing room and above average size en-suite. Extra snacks & drinks provided, fresh milk in a quiet fridge, together with binoculars to make the most of the spectacular sea views over to Anglesey & Llandudno. Amazing choice for breakfast served in bright dining room. China tea cups, quality food and relaxing atmosphere. Peaceful location right on Wales coastal path, good bus service to Bangor & Conwy and close to railway station.

Comfortable guest house run by the wonderful Sharon & Paul. Room was lovely with great sea views plus little extras such as fruit juice and nibbles along with the tea & coffee facilities and accompanying biscuits. Breakfast was excellent, more than enough to set you up for the day ahead. Area was quiet at night time so we slept well.

Nothing to dislike
