Clean modern well equipped and brilliantly central in Edinburgh.

The only thing that’s a bit misleading on the website is that it states in the title that it’s a 2 bedroom flat. In fact it’s a 1 bedroom flat that sleeps floor as the sofa bed becomes a double bed.

The apartment was quite comfortable. The view from the living room was nice even though the entrance to the apartment was from the underground floor. We’ve stayed just one night and it was ok.

The location, style & facilities of this stay were fantastic. I would absolutley stay here again when visiting Edinburgh.

Centrally located the appartment was a great place to stay. It was very neet and clean. It had all the modern facilities.

This apartment in Edinburgh is an excellent choice. It is brand new, spacious, and bright, making it very cozy. Its location near the tourist and leisure areas makes it an ideal place to fully enjoy the city. In addition, its good communication and the convenience of having nearby parking are details that make the stay even more enjoyable. It is perfect for a family of four. We have enjoyed our stay a lot.

The apartment has been fantastic, however, It is clear that it is very new, and there are a few small details missing, especially in terms of the feeling of home. We missed having a salad bowl, some additional individual cutlery, or a tablecloth that would make meals more enjoyable and functional.

lovely comfortable beds and cosy bedding. Fluffy white towels. Great location right below the castle with the farmers market on Saturday morning. Lovely and peaceful. No noise from neighbours

Flat door was quite stiff and difficult to close. Kitchen blind was broken so wouldn't open or close. piles of rubbish outside flat door for first night but was collected by lunchtime. Heating was much too hot for such a small flat. it was easy to adjust but always returned to the orgional settings. Loads of coffee stuff but NO TEABAGS!

The only thing - the tv was not a smart tv - so couldn’t connect to streaming apps

The apartment was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The additional touches of Irn Bru in the fridge, the espresso machine and all the tea were appreciated and enjoyed. The location was close to the castle and within walking distance of the Royal Mile. Hugh was easy to contact and communicated with us as needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Good location, quiet abd excellent decor

The fire doors are very stiff and the door handles very round and smooth so i had trouble opening a couple of doors. I did have to rescue my wife from the bathroom. She blamed the After the Rain handcream that she had just applied from the dispenser. The soap and lotion dispensers don't fit well so it's hard to use the lovely Arran Aromatics products. These are small things easily fixed in an excellent property

Location was excellent, only 5 mins from Grassmarket and had a view of the castle from outside. Nearest train station is Haymarket which is 15 min walk. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was very spacious with a sofa bed. The apartments looked newly refurbished and were decorated very nicely. We would definitely stay here again.
