Clean modern well equipped and brilliantly central in Edinburgh.

The only thing that’s a bit misleading on the website is that it states in the title that it’s a 2 bedroom flat. In fact it’s a 1 bedroom flat that sleeps floor as the sofa bed becomes a double bed.

The apartment was quite comfortable. The view from the living room was nice even though the entrance to the apartment was from the underground floor. We’ve stayed just one night and it was ok.

Location was fantastic, very central but quiet too, we didn't hear any noise from outside or from neighbouring apartments. The room was much more spacious than we expected, and the beds super comfy. Everything looked brand new, spotlessly clean, can't think of anything to fault. We never met the staff, but they replied to all text messages within a minute.

Nearest car park was expensive. I think that's a problem with everything in central Edinburgh. We only stayed one night, and that was £35, but for staying longer you might want to do more research than we did.

The location, style & facilities of this stay were fantastic. I would absolutley stay here again when visiting Edinburgh.

Nothing, It was excellent!

Centrally located the appartment was a great place to stay. It was very neet and clean. It had all the modern facilities.

Lovely flat in great location, near everything but on a quiet street with a beautiful view of the castle. Felt new and clean, well decorated, had everything we needed. Parking in public lot was just one block away. Even though it’s one flight of stairs down from the street, it felt like it was above ground (the living room looks onto nice yard) and we didn’t need more light.

It was down a flight flight of outdoor stairs that were a little tricky for us given we have a toddler to carry, a stroller and a lot of luggage. But no regrets - we managed and it was not a problem.

This apartment in Edinburgh is an excellent choice. It is brand new, spacious, and bright, making it very cozy. Its location near the tourist and leisure areas makes it an ideal place to fully enjoy the city. In addition, its good communication and the convenience of having nearby parking are details that make the stay even more enjoyable. It is perfect for a family of four. We have enjoyed our stay a lot.

The apartment has been fantastic, however, It is clear that it is very new, and there are a few small details missing, especially in terms of the feeling of home. We missed having a salad bowl, some additional individual cutlery, or a tablecloth that would make meals more enjoyable and functional.

The location is phenomenal with a view of the castle as walk out the front door, exactly as in the images. It’s a very spacious apartment and furnished to a very high quality. It’s a shame we only have one night, as it has all the comforts you need for a longer stay.

We returned home late and could only manage two hot showers, so had two cold showers, this may have something to do with the timing of the hot water. However, all was back to normal in the morning and made up for it with welcome hot shower.

lovely comfortable beds and cosy bedding. Fluffy white towels. Great location right below the castle with the farmers market on Saturday morning. Lovely and peaceful. No noise from neighbours

Flat door was quite stiff and difficult to close. Kitchen blind was broken so wouldn't open or close. piles of rubbish outside flat door for first night but was collected by lunchtime. Heating was much too hot for such a small flat. it was easy to adjust but always returned to the orgional settings. Loads of coffee stuff but NO TEABAGS!

We had a fabulous stay! The accommodation was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy, and the location was perfect and close to everything. One of the best things was how quiet it was inside the unit, so peaceful and relaxing. The host was incredibly communicative, kind, and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend to stay here!
