Property was in a perfect location, right next to Usher Hall (which we were visiting during our trip). Not too far from the train station either. Lovely view of the castle from the front door. Access to the property was a doddle thanks to the clear instructions from the host! Well equipped with toiletries, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, biscuits and milk sachets. Luggage storage was very useful on our last day, door locked with a code to access so it was secure as well.

The bed wasn’t an actual double (two single mattresses with a double bed sheet) but still comfortable enough. Shower could be nicer but that’s just me being extra picky! There was also a constant knocking noise from an adjacent property during our stay but that is obviously out of the host’s control and I doubt that is always the case.

This is outstanding accommodation in the very heart of the city. Very close proximity to theatres, restaurants and places fo interest. It's also right ion the main bus route from a Park & Ride facility on the west of the city where overnight parking is free of charge - it really could not be in a better location! The facilities are outstanding, modern, clean and very high-end. Overall, it would be very difficult to find anywhere better for a city stay.

If I was being exceptionally critical, there is some mould showing in the shower tray in the bathroom but it's minor and certainly not an issue. The cause is almost certainly as a result of clients failing to switch on the extractor fan.

It is exactly like it is advertised, easy to find and check in/out was flawless. The accommodation had all the basic necessities and more, with the luggage storage being a plus. Host replied quite promptly to any question/request. Location is perfect, close enough to center but not close enough to be too noisy. Nice little getaway in the city nook.

With the price point, the location and the accommodation, will be unfair to nit pick on faults.

We really enjoyed the location, since it allowed us to see everything by foot and it was also a very calm street. We stayed on the Flat 2, which had a view of the inside garden which is lovely. The access is very easy, which is through a pass code that is given to you. You also have a place to store your luggage in case you need it. The cookies that were provided also were a very sweet touch.

There wasn't anything big that we didn't like, just some details. Since we got some rain and we were walking, I think it would be nice to have a rubber mat as soon as you walk in the flat and a place to store your shoes, because then the carpet gets dirty. The other thing is in the bathroom, it would be nice if there was a place to hang clothes for when you go to the shower. Also, the bed might be a bit short for someone who's a bit taller.

The room itself was clean and comfortable. Area was close to shops, restaurants and buses. Walking distance to the castle and other attractions.

I stayed in the front unit which faced the street. The was a carpark directly across that had bright lights on all night and with cars entering early in the morning and had attendants on the gates that were also very loud.

Central location, close to facilities, recently modernized reasonable outlook over small garden, good restaurants close by and easy to walk to sightseeing activities

Access was initially a problem because our code had not been properly set up by the manager causing some angst after delayed flight. The kitchen tap falling apart was problematic although luckily it occurred right at the end of our stay

I booked this apartment as I was attending a show at the Usher Hall with my mum. The apartment and entrance are lovely 😍 very clean and decorated so nice!! Perfect location literally minutes from shops pubs restaurants as well as the Usher Hall. We ate at a Chinese Buffet up at the top of Street and would highly recommend 😋 There is no on street parking directly outside as its permit holders only but there are two NCP car parks either end of the street (I used the Grindlay Street one as cheaper) Communication from the host was always prompt and very helpful when I did have questions. I would highly recommend this apartment and would happily stay again 😁

Location was great, view of the castle just outside the front steps, and on a quiet street (we were there on a Friday and Saturday night and didn’t hear a thing). The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The shower was excellent, the kitchenette had a small table, coffee-maker, refrigerator and dishwasher.

Honestly, my wife and I could find no faults.

Excellent location very close to the old town. Nice and quiet too. Lovely decor and overlooking a pretty garden.

Everything was lovely and we’re happy we chose to stay there, but there were two tiny niggles. There is a blind in the bedroom, but it would’ve been good to have curtains as well for added privacy, especially during the daytime when you don’t want anyone seeing into the bedroom but also don’t want to block out the sunlight. Also a little shelf in the shower would be great.

It was close to the station, spacious, clean and comfortable. I loved how quiet it was. It felt safe. I was delighted at the market at the bottom of the road on Saturday.

I would have valued a coffee maker instead of instant coffee. I couldn't get into the luggage store. The light on one side of the bed didn't work. The soap had run out and hadn't been replaced.
