Location great and very clean and modern.

We didn't take the breakfast option, but there were no Tea or Coffee facilities unless you paid for a cup of tea.

I liked the digital do not disturb the mood lighting

the squeaky bed every time you moved only plug socket on one side of room no extra pillows

Very good hotel for people looking for cost benefit. If you will just sleep and take a shower it is a very good place. Walking distance from the Royal Mile. About 10 minutes easy walk. Close to the Royal mile you will need to go uphill but not a bad one . Bathroom really clean. Beds Ok and room clean. Be aware that some rooms have no window so make sure you look at it when making the reservation. Rooms with windows are much better. I would definitely stay again as the cost and benefits overcome any disappointment you may have.

They clean the room and change towels every two days. For me it did not bother but for some people it might be a problem...Room is not too big and there was no wardrobe however they have place to hang clothes on the walls. This might bother some people but for me it was OK.

The location is excellent, in the heart of Edinburgh. The hotel was located exactly next to the Edinburgh International Conference Centre, the venue of the conference I attended. The hotel is very modern, and although the room was small, it was very comfortable, the WiFi is excellent. I also liked the breakfast, coffee is very good, although I missed a bit of cheese and ham, but for people that like to eat fruits, yoghurt, muesli and cereals for breakfast, they'll find several options. Staff is very kind and friendly, and always supportive in anything we might need. For sure if I come back to Edinburgh, I'll stay in this hotel.

I missed a kettle and tee/coffee station in the room, I use to drink coffee or a hot beverage. This is the only thing I didn't like.

Perfect for what was needed for a long weekend stay to explore the city. Great location, able to walk into the centre with some coffee options on route. The room came with a smart tv which you can chrome cast to by your phone which was excellent, plug socket by the bed, modern and clean bathroom and bed was comfortable.

The room isn’t the most spacious and only one side of the bed had a plug socket, although minor not the best for couples/friends who would ideally like a plug socket each!

Everything was nice and clean. Staff was always happy to help, nothing was wrong. Location of the hotel is really great. You have smart TV in your room with Chromecast and Youtube. Hotel offers really fast internet connection.

Comfort is limited, but it is a cheap hotel so you can expect that. Especially the size of the room surprised me negatively. No closet, nothing. Really just for sleeping. Breakfast was really basic but good. Especially the sweet and savoury pastries were delicious. Unfortunately the breakfast offer is so limited that on the third day we already went to the city for breakfast. Also I have to mention only one electric socket next to bed and none electric socket in bathroom.

Location is excellent, easy to get to from the airport via public transport as just a short walk from Haymarket and within easy walking distance of the sites e.g. Castle, Royal Mile etc. Lots of bars, restaurants, shops etc nearby too so very convenient for a short stay. The staff are all really helpful and friendly and the lobby/restaurant area is bright and welcoming. We didn't include breakfast in our booking but did eat here during our stay (plans were changed due to Storm Eowyn!) and we found the continental breakfast to be good value. Room was clean and quiet, with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Rooms are on the small side but perfect for a couple and a short weekend break. There are no tea/coffee facilities in the room which we did miss.

Staff were brilliant, so helpful, welcoming, friendly - made the place sing and would return because of that.

Some lights in my room weren't working and little snaggy things like soap dispensers not being full (hard to use).

The hotel is clean and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful. Their was a couple of bits if dry food on the sofa and the windows were very dirty, which was a shame because we had a lovely view. The thing I found most inconvenient was the fact that there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. If you want a hot drink you have to go down to the foyer and pay for one. If I wanted a drink late on the night when I'm in my pj's I am not going to be walking downstairs. Think that really needs rethinking . Breakfast was lovely. Fresh pastries, cereal, yoghurt and fruit. Really nice and fresh .

Room itself was nice and comfortable after a long day walking around. Location is a little off the beaten path but still sufficiently close to everything. Staff was very pleasant whenever we came in and out. There's a little counter of drinks and snacks if you want something quick on the way or a nightcap in the lobby.

We stayed in a twin room and for some reason all of the outlets were all on one side of the room so one bed didn't have access to any outlets. Also be careful of the buses - they tend to take you to a street that looks like it leads to the hotel, but is under the bridge with no staircase to get up, so it's a bit of convoluted journey from the buses.
