Location, communication to get into the property was prompt and clear, warm.

£100 deposit, (which I got back), and numerous notes n the apartment about fines should things not be left as required. I can understand why but still not very welcoming?

On a main tram and bus route. Easy access from the airport and quick access to downtown area. All amenities are close by.

The bed was a bit hard for me but no other issues. Clean and tidy

3pm check in and 10am check out could have done with an hour extra both sides.

The location is excellent. 10 minute walk from the city centre. All the sights are within a walkable distance. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. We had a lovely stay.

We couldn't get in when we first got there and were waiting on the doorstep for about half an hour before we got in. The entry codes for the building should have been sent to me in advance but unfortunately they hadn't. Called the number on the door on arrival as the accommodation isn't manned. The guy was obviously busy as he didn't want to sort things out initially. After numerous calls and an email he eventually gave me the codes over the phone. After that things were fine although I would say that the accommodation is rather expensive.

Excellent apartment finished to a high standard of decor. The separate living room/kitchenette was a great addition - although having a smoke detector in the same space as a toaster may need a rethink! The bathroom, like the rest of the apartment, was spotlessly clean. Plenty of towels and toilet rolls - good to know! I didn't mind the basic toiletries as we had brought our own shower gel etc. This might, however be an issue for other guests. We greatly enjoyed the location of the apartment. Handy for local eateries, and a short walk to Haymarket train station, which has connection to Waverley. If you don't mind getting your steps in on holiday, it's only a ten minute walk to the castle, and a twenty minute stroll to The Royal Mile and Princes Street.

Whilst the bed and linen was of a high standard, the mattress was very, very firm. After two nights my hips hurt and my husband complained of the same. I think a memory foam topper would help alleviate this.

Nice location. Near to everything, walkable distance to the stadium which was our main purpose. A lot of convenience stores and restaurants around as well, and walkable distance to the center. Comfy and cozy vibe of the apartment. Check in was smooth, and we were given access codes to all the necessary doors which was quite convenient. Everything that you need is all in one spacious room. They also gave us complimentary sweets and treats with matching Taylor Swift inspired stickers. Thank you!

The walls are a bit thin and floors a bit creaky, we can hear the steps of people outside the room when they walk around the reception area. We don’t really mind but might be helpful for those with noise sensitivity. Property was not noisy at all, it was in fact very quiet. Just the footsteps, but overall great stay.

We could reach all the attractions from this suite because there are many bus routes, trams, as well as a railway station. The separate kitchenette and dining space are good. The kitchenette has almost everything guests would need and require to prepare simple breakfasts or snacks. The staff is very responsive and helpful.

The bathroom and the decorative pillow could have been cleaned more thoroughly. I could smell someone else's scalp from the decorative pillow, so I put it down on the floor. The bathroom also smelled strange, even from the first day we checked into the room. We sprayed some fragrance and got rid of the thick dust from the ventilation fan. If the shower cubicle frame and the tiles inside it were scrubbed with proper liquid, the overall service would be rated even higher.

Top location. You can reach everything on foot (if you don‘t mind walking a bit). Spacious apartment with very large bathrooms. You get in a with a door code. Make sure to read all the instructions they send you in advance. Our apartment was not accessible through the main entrance, but through a basement entrance and it was a little confusing when we arrived. Great place for a family to stay when in Edinburgh.

If you travel by car, make sure to research the parking situation in advance. The furnishing is purpose-oriented, but a little loveless.

Nice place to stay at a walking distance from Edinburgh Old Town. The room was spacious and quiet enough for us to sleep well. The neighborhood felt safe and there were some excellent pubs a minute away.

There are three different door codes to use when entering the property, which can be a bit tedious. Also, the instructions on where to leave the luggage were a bit confusing. Other than that, everything went well.

Discovered that the Apartment was very close to the Haymarket train station. Would have been best to connect in Waverley to the Haymarket to walk the block and 1/2 to the apartment. Getting in was a little difficult as there were three separate door codes given over the phone. You must be able to make a local phone call to get in, be advised. Once inside, however, it was very nice. 15-20 minute walk to the Castle and the Royal Mile area. Lots of fresh air and exercise. Stores and restaurants nearby. Edinburgh is a Beautiful City. We are going to return.

Door locks and deadbolts need some work, mostly in ill repair. The 100GBP damage deposit was a problem. They did not take AMEX, so my Visa charges fees for international. The exchange on the refund was less than the Charge, so we lost $10-15.00 in the process. There must be a better way.
