Good location at walking distance to old town, nice places to have breakfast and dinner nearby, easy check-in/check-out, friendly staff, overall convenient furnished flat.

Kitchen could have some more utensils (a cutting board was for example missing) as well as some basic stuff like salt/pepper/oil/vinegar. As a dishwasher is provided, I would have expect some machine tabs to be included (as it is not worth it to buy a full pack of tabs just for a few days stay). It would have been appreciated to have the flat provided with a laundry rack. The windows of the apartment were difficult to close (we we wanted to let some air in the flat when we arrived bit almost did not get the big windows closed again. Once we finally made it, we decided not too open them anymore to avoid breaking anything (the windows in fact did not look solid at all).

The hotel’s location was very good. We walked to many places with a stroller. It felt like home, but we also had hotel service. The staff were extremely helpful and answered even our smallest problems immediately. We arrived about 2 hours early for check-in, and because we had babies, they helped us right away and prepared two cribs without delay. In short, this is a hotel where you can stay without any hesitation. Whether you have children or not, you can stay here with peace of mind.

We stayed in the apartment which was lovely, clean, modern and very spacious. The kitchen was fully apportioned with everything you would need, including a washing machine. The staff were great and very responsive. The location is about a 15 minute walk from the Royal Mile, which was an easy walk. I only wish we had stayed a little longer!

The complex is rather large and the paid parking lot was a few blocks away from where our room was - too far to unload luggage from. We ended up finding street parking that was right outside and not even using the parking even though we had already paid for it so I only wish we had known that in advance.

From the very first moment we entered the hotel, the reception welcomed us with their warm and friendly attitude. We had booked for 5 nights. The staff kindly upgraded the room we had chosen from the reservation site. This was a lovely surprise for us and made our experience even better. The hotel room was very comfortable, received plenty of natural light, and was bright. On the other hand, it was clean and well-equipped with everything we might need in an apart-style room. In the mornings and evenings, we enjoyed our meals and had a relaxing time. The location of the property is very close to markets and public transportation. In fact, Grassmarket is only a 10–15 minute walk away. I sincerely thank the staff for their kindness, attentiveness, and friendly smiles.

We stayed here for 5 nights and overall the apartment was spacious, well‑equipped and comfortable. There were enough towels and essentials for our entire stay. The kitchen was very well equipped, and there was also an iron, ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, and everything you might need. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space for our belongings.

The apartment is on the ground floor, and because of that there’s no privacy – when the curtains are open, people from the street can see directly inside. The windows open only slightly, which means ventilation is limited. Another thing to note is that rooms are not cleaned during our stay. We were aware of this policy, but as a recommendation, it would be great if there was at least one cleaning service included for stays longer than 3–4 days.

If you are in Edinburgh this is the best decision EVER to stay here. Friendly staff, beautiful room well equipped, we even had coffee and coffee machine with milk waiting in the fridge. Everything is close, train station is in 5 minutes walk, the city centre is just 15min away on foot. The day we checked out they provided us a bag locker for free to enjoy the city on our last day. The rooms are just perfect, super comfortable, very good looking. HIGHLY recommend to everyone.

Really modern place with great views across Edinburgh. Central for the old town and new town, so perfect location and easy to walk too. Just 10 min walk from Haymarket station with easy access to trams and bus. Kitchen has everything needed, even a washing machine and dishwasher. Bed was really comfortable and loads of storage. Bathroom was modern and shower nice and powerful. Great decking area. An amazing coffee shop on the corner!

Bit of an aroma in the bathroom, smelt a bit damp or maybe the apartment hadn’t been used in a while. Very small detail, once we started using it the smell went. No furniture to use on the decking, however we used the kitchen chairs! These are very small details, we will certainly be booking again.

The place was clean, safe, and well-located in the West End of Edinburgh, an easy walk to the Old Town and other attractions. Check-in was easy via the 24 hour desk, and the shower had great water pressure. The girls working at the reception area were so friendly.

The place was very sparsely furnished and definitely not cozy at all. The lack of windows made it very stuffy inside, as we didn't want to have the balcony door open while we slept. The bathroom is definitely not accessible, as you have to climb in and out of the tub with no handrails and it can get quite slippery. The place was extremely expensive, and the price doesn't align with the quality of the stay.

We loved having all the kitchen options as well as laundry. The location was pretty decent for our needs and we loved having guaranteed covered parking that also felt very safe as it was gate controlled. I also really appreciated that there was a fan and it worked really well!

There was no hot water the first morning we were there which was unfortunate. We had hot water the next two mornings but with almost zero water pressure. We didn’t let it ruin our stay but that could definitely be improved.

Large one-bedroom flat (an upgrade from the studio we had paid for) in a great location. Bed comfortable. Good furnishings. Quiet. Staff on reception were always personable and did their best. Parking was straight forward. Thank you!

There was a sign saying shower mats could be provided on request. We have never felt the need before but this bath was very slippery. No shower mat was available despite a kind member of the team visiting all vacant flats to see if he could find us one. They kindly bought us one the next day. (An inventory of what is where sounds like a good idea . . . ). One of our windows didn't close and didn't get fully fixed while we were there but it didn't cause us a problem - we suspect visitors are rough with the windows not understanding how they work. There was no bottle opener. The oven in the kitchen was much in need of a clean.
