Instructions on how to access the property was understandable. The lounge was perfect with all the amenities, microwave, cutleries, fridge, freezer, spacious room. We saved money, bought food from the supermarket and heat it on the microwave. Bedrooms are spacious, toilet and bath is clean. they provided clean towels daily, Airport link stops just across the hotel and bus stop going towards city center is within 2-3 minutes walking distance. Would stay at this place again and would recommend to friends. Our room was on the ground floor, but you would not hear noises from other rooms. Tea/coffee/bottled water are provided in the room. We went early so had to leave luggage whilst waiting for check in time, it was safe, as long as your luggage has padlocks.

Very beautiful area of small hotels and bed and breakfasts in Victorian houses. Very well located if you are coming from or going to the airport, and next to the Haymarket train station. Supermarkets and cafes nearby. Nice common areas, and they serve cold breakfast in the morning.

In our room on the ground floor, there was a continuous noise from the pipes that kept us awake; every time someone took a shower or flushed the toilet, it sounded very loud. The matress was sagging on one side, it was a bit old and you could feel the springs.

The location is perfect, super easy to get to the city center, train station and airport from the bus stop, just a few minutes walk from the house. The bed was really comfy, and the room had plenty of space for 3 ppl.

The bathroom and windows could need a bit more deep cleaning because you can see some mould. The breakfast was pretty basic (cereal, milk and pastries), but the good thing is you can buy food at Tesco, located about 10 minutes from the house and store it in a mini fridge

The check in process was very well communicated and easy to understand and we got the keys to our rooms from lockbox. Room was very big and well appointed. Large breakfast room next to front door was easily accessed. It does have a communal fridge (which unfortunately allowed someone to enjoy some of our personal food!). There was a very limited continental breakfast included (if you got up early enough!). Location of property enabled easy bus access to city centre. There was a Tesco express just 8 mins walk from property.

We had an issue with hot water for shower. We found out later that hot water was on a timer and you had just a couple of hours in morning and night to access hot water. We did survive.

It was conveniently located just a few blocks from the haymarket tram stop. The electronic front door & self check in/out were easy to operate. The daily breakfast offered included a great coffee machine.

We really liked everything - but possible additions such as an in-room mini fridge, a way to safely keep open the big windows, and an actual dresser to store clothes in would be fantastic additions to the room.

Far exceeded our expectations after reading some previous negative reviews, the free continental breakfast was an unexpected bonus

It’s a victorian style house turned in to a unique hostel. They serve breakfast for free, and they have coffee maker in the room. The room is comfortable with very nice view since we happen to stay at the 2nd floor room looking to street and mountains at a distance. Very helpful staff, they gave us a heaps of pastries and bread to take away as breakfast since we have lo leave very early in the morning.

The floor at the second floor made of parquets woods, so when we walk it makes squeaking noises

I did not like the location of our room. It was right next to the breakfast/lounge area. People were very loud and were not considerable. Kept waking us up We were in room 3. If you are a light sleeper recommend asking not to be in that room.

I loved the size of the bedroom and spacious bathroom. There were loads of wardrobe space to store clothes. There was also a large desk. Plus two chairs and a coffee table - I was in room 1 and loved the view overlooking the garden. I liked that there was a communal fridge, kettle and microwave available in the residents lounge/dining room. The bus service is excellent and the Airport Bus stops just across the road.

I don't think there was anything wrong, it was very reasonably priced so this place more than met my expectations for the price.
