The hotel is well presented. The feel of coziness gets you as soon as you step in. The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly, i give them top marks. Our room was cleaned as we were at dinner and that is something i have not seen before. Well done Cave Hotel

The website says that they offer spa facilities with treatments and massages. I was disappointed to hear that the Hotel runs this through a different person who is not based on site. We were given a number to call but the person never picked up. For a hotel with that standard, the responsibility should be on them to ensure that their guests requirements are met. Considering the price of a room per night, It's not fair to leave the burden on the guest to chase a service which is advertised as part of the hotel's package. It takes away the relaxation one was looking forward to. The spa section is small as well. You will be lucky to get a sun lounger to relax on .

I really enjoyed my stay at the Cave Hotel & Golf Resort. The room was very comfortable and cozy, and the bed in particular was absolutely amazing, so soft and comfortable, it made for a great night’s sleep. As a lovely touch, we were surprised with some chocolates on a plate for my wife, which made the stay even more special. We were also given a balcony with a beautiful view overlooking the golf resort, which was perfect to relax and enjoy. The facilities downstairs were excellent too, the gym was well-equipped, and the spa with the swimming pool and sauna was a fantastic way to unwind.

Amazing hotel, the room was perfect, it was the most comfy bed we’ve ever slept in. The food was out of this world, we dined at both restaurants, food in the Korean cowgirl was amazing, loved the bbq platter - the turkey was something I’ve never tasted before, it melted in your mouth. Loved the deck area with the cosy firepit, would have loved some music out there to complete the vibe. The firepit restaurant from start to end was incredible, the staff were amazing and went out of their way for you. Food at the firepit restaurant was insane, we highly recommend the crispy lamb pancakes. The spa was super fun with the drinks service. If you’re looking for a romantic night away this is perfect.

Would of loved some music on the decking in the day, also loved the iPad service, would have been great to have that on the decking

There's no caves lol. I choose the most expensive room and although it was lovely. I would of expected it to be perfect inside the room. There's a few places that paint was missing. Little bits broken everywhere. And no seats on the balcony. Also the wooden flowerpot was rotten. For about £750 for a night you want it tiptop. The room just needs a days love on it. We ate in the restaurant. Omg the food is unreal. Then in the morning we had to pay for a breakfast. Although it was amazing but really expensive.

The decor of entire building was amazing. Beautiful room with fireplace feature and few of the golf resort. Reception staff very helpful and friendly at all times. Spa was very relaxing. Enjoyed the restaurants food.

Very limited seating area at the spa. Luckily we went during quiet times but if there was more people it wouldn’t have felt as peaceful. Considering the amount paid for the room it would have been nice if there was breakfast included. One of the dinner nights we could not get a waiter to us for most of the night and had to keep looking. It was great the first night but not so much on the second.

Food and service was amazing, very comfortable beds, great for celebrating.

We ate at the fire pit restaurant and the food was amazing, the only thing is it all came out at complete different times within the space of an hour and a half from ordering. With the price you’re paying it’s not great as we also did have to complain a couple times but nothing was done on the bill to make up for it. This was the only downside of our stay, otherwise it was amazing.

it was good, clean a bit smaller than i expected but it was good. The room itself was good, bed was super comfortable & the view was really nice. The bathroom and other features in the room were nice - i love the makeup mirror nice touch. Tv in the room had everything - Netflix, Dinsey+ and all other streaming apps which was amazing

I think the staff wasn’t that attentive which was my only concern. For somewhere that you pay a lot for i expected the staff to be a little nicer, they just seemed a little bored / had a can’t be asked attitude. Service in both restraunts was a little slow, especially the fire pit - with some guests that maybe “looked” more important getting a lot quicker and efficient service

I recently took my boyfriend to the Cave Hotel for his birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the unique architecture and serene surroundings of the hotel.We stayed in one of the luxury suites, which was beautifully designed with modern amenities and a cozy, intimate atmosphere. The room was spacious, the bed extremely comfortable, and the view from our private balcony was simply breathtaking. The staff at the Cave Hotel went above and beyond to make my boyfriend's birthday special. Upon arrival, we were greeted with chocolates in the room . One of the highlights for us was the golf course. As avid golfers, we found it to be well-maintained and challenging enough to keep us engaged. The spa was equally impressive, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience with a variety of treatments and amenities.

The only downside was the lack of nearby places to walk to. If you're looking for local attractions or a quick stroll, you'll need to drive. However, this wasn't a major issue for us as everything we needed was a short car ride away. Overall, the Cave Hotel provided a fantastic getaway for my boyfriend's birthday, and we thoroughly enjoyed the golf, spa, and dining experiences. We would definitely consider returning for another stay

Great hotel lovely room with balcony very comfortable bed nice bed linen.really good bar area with terrace good selection of drinks nicely made cocktails we ate at both restaurants great food and service although a little bit pricey,great atmosphere and staff were very attentive.

The hotel is advertised as a hotel and spa we felt the spa area was very underwhelming small pool area with jacuzzi only four beds so nowhere to sit and relax if more than four people were in the spa area a nice touch of being able to order drinks in the spa but nowhere to sit and enjoy them other than if you were in the jacuzzi which was so hot.Also no changing rooms and treatments are done in your room which was not ideal.

We liked the room, especially the bed. Korean Cowgirl was very nice, and staff were very helpful. The outdoor bar seating was great, heaters to warm up the area. Cocktails are also very nice. The breakfast in bed is a great addition, we really enjoyed.

The pool area is too small, we went in and no beds were available and there was no where to put our stuff. The pool was a bit chilly and the steam room didn’t meet expectations. The food from minibar was very expensive, and the Prosecco was already opened when we entered the room. The robes had holes in which was very disappointing and weren’t very good quality. The breakfast in bed i wanted to alter the pancakes without the sauce, however they said it’s unavailable because it’s not on the menu.
