The location could not have been any better. This hotel is located in a very nice area off Glasgow city centre. The staff team are all very polite, helpful and friendly people. The room itself was compact but had everything that I needed. The flat screen TV, was wall mounted, at the perfect height to prevent eye or neck strain. The shower had decent water pressure and the water itself was nice and hot. The bed was comfortable. There is no bar or restaurant on site, however there are a multitude off local eateries and bars/ coffee shops situated in close proximity to the hotel. There are also vending machines inside off the hotel itself. There is also air conditioning inside off the guest rooms. There is a bedside unit with a double electrical socket just under, which is very handy for charging your devices ( such as laptop and/or mobile phone ). The room was spotlessly clean, as was the entire hotel. I had paid a small extra fee, for a room with a window and I would have to say that this was a prudent decision. The hotel has an incredibly homely and pleasant atmosphere.

Location is perfect for us. Always get a clean room. We booked a twin room with no window and on arrival, got offered a free upgrade to a slightly bigger room with a window. To be honest we've stayed in both types previously and all those rooms are really the same size. Unfortunately the view was of the car park, so not very nice.

Mattresses not the best, very springy and uncomfortable. Lighting in room needs to be much better especially for rooms with no windows. The decor in the rooms is very dark, so better lighting is a must.

I liked the location it was easy to get to by public transport. I am thankful for the amazing staff at the hotel. The staff couldn't do enough to help. The staff were helpful and kind . You feel like the staff was interested in your stay being the best it can be. The staff didn't charge me even though I was 10-12 mins late for leaving the hotel room in the morning.

The room cards are too easily broken even if your being sensible . But was fixed very quickly by staff at reception

It was close to the bus station/both train stations and plenty of shops for food/drink/clothing etc. not far from it. It was the only closest hotel I could find from the venue I was going to and didn’t cost me more than £200 for one night. The room itself and the bathroom is small but couldn’t grumble, the double bed was comfy, was enough room for one person in the room, was safe and quiet too. The staff at reception and the housekeeper staff were lovely and welcoming.

Lift was out of order, thankfully I didn’t need to make too many trips climbing up to the fourth floor to my room. Felt more bad for the house keeping staff to lug all the linen down the stairs to put in the laundry bags since they couldn’t use the lift either. Hopefully the lift gets fixed soon

The bed was really firm and comfortable. The hotel is super close to the station, and right across the road from a famous, and more eexpensive, giant, chain hotel...

The facilities were all fine, but verrry 'compact'- Fine for a short stay, but might be awkward for anything longer than a couple of nights, as there really isn't anywhere to put anything- only 2 hangers fro clothes, and no 'surfaces' to put, for example, make up/toiletries. Also, I'd have preferred an option for ''chilled'' lighing- not just the ''big light''

The hotel was close to bus station and a good selection of shops. I was given a free room upgrade and didn’t have to pay the extra charge on checking in early which made my day as I never get given any nice like that. The room was a decent size tho might be small if 2 people staying in the room. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. The staff were incredibly friendly and chatty which was nice as I was on my own and am quite shy so it was nice to have a conversation with the 3 members of staff I spoke to.

I felt the sink could have been cleaned better where the water over flows to. I could have done with a 2nd towel not just 1. I had a little trouble bringing the shower curtain rail round as the bathroom is like a pod thing, not a proper bathroom/ensuite… some might find it claustrophobic if a larger person but didn’t bother me too much for 1 night.

It was cheap, cheerful and easy to find!! Not the best EasyHotel and not the best hotel - but a reliable place!

Facilities with the rooms was below what I expect from an EasyHotel. The shower room was cramped, the plug for the hair dryer was too far from the mirror to able to see yourself to dry your hair with, pillows were tiny.

This is a budget hotel, if you read the description you will see you get what it says on the tin. Excellent location, short walk to city center, no need for taxis in the evening, close transport links (Inc. trains and buses). The bathroom was small but functional and look brand new. We had a twin room, slept like a baby. Staff brilliant and very helpful with local information. Very handy car park across the road and with the hotel discount was cheap for a city center car park. Would we stay again - planning it already.

Nothing, I got what I expected.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was very clean and comfortable, had everything we needed. Great access to all shops and restraunts. I never had a problem with any noise it was relatively quiete. The shower had great water pressure and hot

I never had any issues with this place. If i had to be really picky the bathroom was very small but me and my partner never had an issue with this. I suppose it might be a problem if you had any small children who may need assistance.

Nice, clean rooms with comfortable beds. Staff was polite and helpful. The area in Cowcaddens was relatively close to the central area of Glasgow. The price is definitely worth it, very cheap!

The lift was out of order so I had to haul my heavy luggage up four floors. Room and bathroom was a bit small. Despite it being close to the city centre, the location itself is a bit on the shadier bit of town. Feels a bit unsafe to walk around the area at night.
