This was our 3rd stay at Riverside, but it happened to coincide with the Euros final, so nothing in Hamble was normal, which I guess was the same across England. But the twin room was just the same as before, clean and spacious (and fortunately included a fan). Easy to check in and check out, all good :)

Bar prices - virtually £10 for a small bottle of prosecco seems excessive. I've had the same in other bars For around £7-£8, but I suppose that's the price for non-members. Nevertheless, it's so good to have a bar facility and a lovely riverside garden to sit in.

A simple, comfortable stay in a perfect location. The bed was really comfortable and the room and en suite were clean and cosy. Check-in was simple, and the shared communal areas with the yacht club were lovely spaces. Our room had a beautiful riverside view, and the hotel was only a very short walk from cafes, pubs and charming walks.

There was no breakfast on offer, but we didn't mind, as we were easily able to saunter up the cobbled lane to a cafe.

Plenty of spaces to park on site & security. Very peaceful and pleasant location. Good pre-arrival communications (via email). Information folder in bedroom very useful. Tea & Coffee in bedroom together with TV. Had a very restful night's sleep. Staff very polite & helpful. Private members club able to offer rooms to non-members.

I didn't dislike anything. Stay exceeded expectations & I am most grateful to members offering such services to non-members.

The Hotel was simply superb. Clean functional and central to Hamble. We wrote a complimentary letter to all the staff prior to our leaving thanking them for everything. If any one has reservations about booking " lose them" and book. The old village, cobbled street. 4 local pubs.. loads of walks. We will def be back.. soon. Thank you all.

Nothing

Location was excellent & we chose a room with a view of the estuary & yachts berthed directly outside. The property is the Royal Air Force Yacht Club so more suited I think for couples who are not expecting entertainment for young kids on site. Nice bar & outside seating overlooking the yachts & good bar prices too. Hamble village right on the doorstep. The property does not offer formal meals at all but there are places to eat within a 5 minute walk - a very nice restaurant is next door on Banana Wharf.

THE LOCATION WAS KEY TO THE EVENT WE WERE ATTENDING - SO IT WAS PERFECT. Breakfast was not available at the venue so we walked to the Coconut Wharf, ust a few minutes away, and had an excelent breakfast overlooking the arina.

when we arrived we were not expected they had no booking for us, I had an email from Sean with the code for the door and that it was room 3, however they new nothing about it, all was ok they gave us the key and we moved in, but it could of been worse.

Friendly welcome, well appointed and modern rooms, wonderful view, excellent and safe parking.

It would be super to have breakfast on site option. But I fully recognise that creating an extra catering shift for a small number of rooms makes no business sense. And there is a cafe that opens early nearby plus a mini mart.

It was exactly what I needed after a heavy day: warm room, hot shower, comfy bed, and a glass of tasty beer in the bar. I liked the thick carpet making the room and stairs quieter. Great having tea and coffee in the room, too.

There was actually nothing to dislike, property met my expectations.

Everything was famtastic

The only problem was the false blind in the room. As we were early to bed, the car park light shone in our room, as we could not close the blind, and as it got light at 4.30 ish it was daylight in our room at that time. If there was a blind behind the pretty one that you could pull down that would help the sleep. Not really a complaint but definately an observation. Had a great stay, once against
