Great location close to convention centre but still very quiet. Bed was extremely comfortable.

The shower was tiny and not very powerful.

Lovely room. Stylish and quite spacious. Quiet and very comfortable. Super comfy bed and pillows really to my taste I really appreciated the blinds and the heavy curtains- actually l, I was quite excited by it - i thought it showed an understanding that some people need dark to sleep (me). I was grateful

It's very personal but I'm putting it as advice for people like me (need dark to sleep). Take your sleep mask!!! So much effort seemed to have been made with this element (which I really appreciated) but the light from the landing shining through the door meant the only way I could get any sleep was with the mask (which i loathe).

We enjoyed our stay at the Grafton. It was clean, comfortable, and convenient. It was a little smaller than we're used to, but the price was reflective. It was really quiet, so we had a good night's sleep. In the literature, it recommended places to eat, which was useful, all quite nearby. We would stay here again.

We would have liked the option of a breakfast, although plenty of restaurants were nearby. There is no view from the window. We were at the top of the house. I had asked for a quiet room, and so is probably the reason they allocated us that room. My husband is 80, so three flights of stairs were a bit of a struggle.

The room was wonderful. Very large, clean and comfortable. Lovely big shower and nice big windows. Warm and big TV to watch, Tea and coffee supplied (but no oat milk as requested).

I had asked if they could have oat/soya in the room as I was vegan and they very kindly responded yes, they did have this. But it wasn't in my room and no one downstairs to ask in the evening when I wanted it. It was very quiet and that was nice but no atmosphere as no shared breakfast space, and I forgot it did not have any meal facilities! And as I was heading off for an early walk on Sunday, I realised this was a mistake. Had to grab a sandwich from Tesco. Lovely if you want lots of private space, but I realise I do like a hotel that has staff or a bar or someone to speak to! No one at reception either on Sunday morning to thank before leaving. More like an air b n b whereby you don't see or speak to anyone. Plus a 20 minute walk into town which was fine but very cold!

Very clean. Free tea/coffee/water/ biscuits/washing soaps etc Good decaf coffee not just instant. Loved the blinds 🤣 (not so much the view from the windows. But that’s just nit picking as only there one night!) Free street parking. Arrived early evening so parking card sufficed then received a free parking permit for the following day so we could go into the shops for breakfast and a look around without having to move the car. Brilliant Easy walking into the town.

TV interference. But hey it’s not bad if that was all 😀

Lovely, clean room, nice and quiet, bed was the comfiest I've stopped in a hotel for a long time! Loved the fact that the room was a little more individual than just a bog standard bed, TV, wardrobe etc, lovely light fittings and huge ornate mirror made the room feel a little more special! Great Central location meant only 7 min walk to town centre

No breakfast available which wasn't a major issue, just meant that we checked out earlier on a Sunday morning to find somewhere for breakfast

Reception person was polite and helpful , giving a map of the area and pointing where shops etc are located, Room was clean and pleasant and apart from being at the top of the house very nice. The little touches like biscuits on the drink tray was a welcome change as they seem to be cutting back in many places

It was not really a bother as we arrived realitivly early but I would imagine the parking could be a problem as it's not on site but in the public road and you have to have a disc , which is presented on arrival . Not so much a didn't like but a point of reference if you were arriving late.

Good car access and parking. Very comfortable room with good tea/coffee/water/biscuits. Simple walk into the town centre.

Unfortunately the shower went off for a short period of time but annoyingly it coincided with when we were using it. Managers have responded appropriately and promptly after the event although disappointing there was nobody to tell when we checked out a short time later.

Check out was 3 pm and I was early but there is a cafe at the top of Flint Mount with friendly owner. Very pleased with double bed room with ensuite bathroom. Plenty of tea, coffee, chocolate provided along with fresh bottles of water each day. I knew that breakfast was not a given so took advantage of various breakfast places listed by the Grafton. If you want a full breakfast the Ascot Hotel is on Kings Road as you walk into the city. Really enjoyed the privacy and quietness of the hotel. Free parking as long as you are given a parking ticket by the hotel.

Not much to dislike as this hotel was reasonable in price for Harrogate and was only 15 minutes walk into the city.

Lovely big spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable large bed. Very clean. Gorgeous room.

A mini fridge should have been provided for a superior room if only to enable fresh milk to be kept. There didn't appear to be an option for breakfast - at least it certainly wasn't mentioned at check in. There was nobody present to check us out or to thank us for staying with them, which was disappointing and we just left our key on the counter.
