Was met by the helpful and friendly owner, Paul who allowed me to drop my bag off early and showed me where everything was. The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast facilities were great with plenty of tea, milk, cereals, fruit and yoghurts. It felt like a safe location for a woman travelling on her own and was very near the Harrogate convention centre where I was attending for several days. Also only a short walk into centre of town. Would definitely recommend and would love to return.

I didn't realise that parking could be organised outside the B&B with permit parking and that there was limited parking on driveway. I think this is mentioned on the info page but I just missed it. I prepaid and parked using JustPark app at Asda which was only 5 minute walk away.

From start to finish amazing experience. Paul was a fantastic host. Friendly, helpful, couldn't do enough for us. Lovely accommodation, everything you needed for a cosy night away. Warm, beds comfy, spotless clean. Safe off road parking. Fruit, cereal, yogurts and warm drinks provided was a lovely touch. Perfect location for a wander into Harrogate, literally lots of bars and restaurants within a 2/3 minute walk. We will deffo be back. Hopefully sooner than later.

Absolutely nothing

Stayed here for a couple of nights over the weekend at the beginning of March with my wife, the accommodation was spot on, lovely, really couldn't fault it, very clean & modern, bed was comfortable, bathroom & shower was great. The rooms are in a great location, close to all amenities, shops,bars restaurants. The Host Paul was very helpful & nice, the added bonus was breakfast isn't included in the price but there's cereals, yogurt, fruit & juice available at no extra charge 😋 we 100% would recommend staying here when visiting Harrogate 😉

There is nothing not to like!

Great location if you are attending the Convention Centre as the property is about 3 minutes walk from there. Also close to the town centre, cafes, restaurants and the relaxing gardens. Despite being so central, Accomb Lodge is on is a quiet side street so very peaceful.

The breakfast was basic - (I didnt expect a cooked breakfast) but the cereal provided was rice krispies, cornflakes and branflakes and yoghurt was on the lower end of the range. No possibility of non diary or gluten free or more upmarket breakfast cereals/granola. Good choice of teas.

You’re right in the middle of all the action with this location during the day and get to have a peaceful quiet night’s sleep. The little breakfast and hot drinks area is great — it wasn’t promoted so it was a pleasant surprise. The rooms are comfortable and spacious.

The shower was a little temperamental — the pressure is great but I found it difficult to get a middle ground as it teetered between boiling hot and uncomfortably cold.

Great host, Paul couldn’t have been more helpful. Location was perfect for the conference centre and going into the town. Lovely room, well decorated, comfy bed and modern bathroom with powerful hot shower.

The room was comfortable, very clean and had what we needed for a couple of days away. We weren’t expecting breakfast but cereal, milk, juice, fruit and yoghurt were available if wanted - a pleasant touch. On site parking was a bonus. The hosts are friendly and took time to attend to our needs. Would recommend to friends and family and would return.

A full length mirror would have been useful though it wasn’t a necessity.

Friendly owner who showed us everything we needed. Perfect location with free parking, close to town and in a very quiet area, large shower, breakfast items although not advertised were a bonus, comfortable bed, fabulous place to stay and we will definitely be back!!

There is honestly nothing to dislike, can't recommend highly enough!

The owner was most accommodating (excuse the pun). He was always available for advice and information. Furthermore, we were left in no doubt that we were welcome to stay at his property which was very close to the Conference Centre - our reason for the visit to Harrogate.

Accomodation was only couple of minutes walk from the town centre and it has FREE private parking for guests. The room which we had was lovely and a good size and got to have one of the most comfortable bed i've ever slept in. There's not one thing i can criticise about our weekend stay we were welcomed by the host on arrival and certainly looked after us while we were there. Looking forward to stopping there again in the near future.
