The hotel is situated well close to amenities. Breakfasts were very good there was a wide choice to suit everyone. Hotel and room was warm and clean.

Our only fault/complaint would be the television in the room didn't work we did report it and a young man came to see, he couldn't mend it. We thought by the end of our 3 nights they would have replaced it but think they probably forgot.

Breakfast was very good, lots of choice, all cooked well. Staff all very friendly, lovely bar area, good bar menu, rooms very clean and comfortable, good location for shops and restaurants

No improvements I can think of although having paid £720 for 2 rooms I’m not sure an extra £20 to park was justified

Comfortable ; warm; modern decor rooms; great shower & bathroom. The pub it is attached too is also great: very nicely kitted out; very good value food . Breakfast was EXCELLENT: good quality ingredients and plentiful . Location couldn’t be better! Opposite the Turkish Baths & Harrogate Convention Centre - and a five minute walk to all the central attractions . And finally - a total bargain ! Not sure if it was because I was there in Winter - but for the price was really not expecting half of what I got . Really a very good option in Harrogate .

The only downside was PARKING- there is v limited space - even if you could find it ! I also found directions to the hotel v imprecise. I circled the town centre three times desperately trying to find THE HARROGATE INN sign. The problem is that there IS no obvious signage- but the pub it is attached to has HUGE signage everywhere! If I’d been told to look out for the pub signs I may have saved myself three circuits of Harrogate’s one way system!

Breakfast and service was good staff were very good. Room was pleasant although the carpet must be due for replacement. Liked the furniture and room placement. Bathroom taps were oddly fitted and for a shorter person the lovely toiletries are placed too high for my 5 foot 5 inches. Super location of the Inn in Harrogate loved the atmosphere of the hotel. Did I say again I found the staff lovely and helpful?

The carpet in the bedroom was I think due for renewal, it was quite badly stained. It could have could done with a few more hooks to hang used towels that you would use again ie hand towels.

Decor, friendly staff, good food ,not really dear because it was so good. Definitely a cut above the rest. The rooms are of a high standard, I really can't fault the place. In summary it's a big, spacious, friendly place with a public bar and a bar for guests which doubles as a breakfast room. Breakfast is self service ,help yourself to what you want starts at 7am. It's all very, very good. They even have a luggage room so when I left I had a couple of hours before my train arrived and could leave it there without lugging it about town and it's free.

It's very hard to fault, it can get busy at times and the communication between, bar and kitchen is, perhaps slow . Some items of food had to be asked for again. Only because it is a popular, busy bar.

The executive suite was very large and conveniently situated on the ground floor. In easy reach of the hotel bar, dining room and garage. Large flat screen TV on the wall. Very comfortable large bed. Good variety of food on the buffet breakfast. The freshly cooked evening meals were very good.

The TV would have been better on the opposite wall and suffered from a very erratic signal and kept freezing. The four impressive looking, but not very comfortable, chairs. Would have preferred some soft furnishings. The buffet had quality ingredients but because they obviously batch cook a great deal and then wait till its gone to do another batch, if you are not early then eggs are all hard , beans and mushrooms dried out. Sausages were OK though.

Great location for exhibition centre. Good choice for breakfast. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I had some problems with my room, so I got upgraded to a different room first thing next morning. Second room was amazing. I believe the receptionist at the time was called Katie, excellent customer service, thank you

Booked a cozy double room with single occupancy for 2 nights. which wasn't good value for money. Room smelled really bad and shower didn't drain the water. Window could hardly be opened. However I was moved to a different room next morning as soon as I explained the problems at the lovely lady in reception

Booked a family room. Often 'family rooms' comprises a double bed and pull out sofa bed with very little room left. This room had a double and bunk beds and plenty of space left in the room. Location is brilliant. Dog friendly.

The toilet cubicles on the ground floor by the bar are tiny. It's a challenge to open and close the door if you're in there. Very unlikely this can be changed but it feels very squashed and poorly thought out. Anyone with mobility difficulties or having take young children to the toilet might find it difficult to use these facilities. Literally the only negative I can think of.

A beautiful hotel, especially the bar and dining area set right in Harrogate, close to the Turkish Bath Chinese restaurant and the lovely gardens. Our room and bathroom were spacious and well appointed. The breakfast was delicious, as was our evening meal. Parking was available. I especially found their offer of a free drink in the bar in exchange for not replacing the towels very innovative and certainly a great idea. The staff were very polite and helpful.

The lift was a little small and slow for the number of rooms but we were pleased not to have to drag our cases up any stairs

Was a lovely style. very large rooms which are good for families old enough to use bunk beds. There would be plenty of space for a cot, possibly 2. You can bring drinks up from the pub on the ground floor. The breakfast was great. Plenty of variety for fussy kids and gluten-free provisions. There is green space across the road and 10/15 mins walk to a playground. I could see the village from the window although we didn't end up going there. Staff were so attentive and approachable, as though you were a regular in a local bar. Good mattress.

Self check in didn't work. Would nicer to see a real human if checking in before 7.30 but the staff compensated for this and were super helpful. There were a couple of strange steps in the bathroom to trip on. Would be nice to have blankets on the beds because it was too hot for a duvet. There is not much parking.
