The staff were so friendly and helpful, it's the first time my twin and I have booked a hotel by ourselves although we turned 21 last month, so we were a bit nervous but the staff were so friendly, answered all the questions I had and we even had a good laugh so made us feel less nervous instantly. Even when we went to the desk later to ask questions and it was a different lady there, she was so lovely too. So consistently high service.
Only a few things, first, the lights were a bit confusing, we realised we had to pop the key card in by the door so that was okay, but one of the lights switched off when you switched it on, and switched on when you switched it off, and the little lamps near the bed we only realised how to do it in the morning. Also there were some flies stuck to the inner curtain but tbf it is Yorkshire so there's gonna be insects it's just us two that are a bit squeamish aha, everything else was lovely.

Room was really spacious and clean, I had a lot of musical equipment with me that I needed to store in my room so this worked out well. The car park seemed safe and I was assured by staff that it was CCTV monitored. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and accommodating. I was given an informative brief of everything when I arrived and offered the additional service of storing my musical equipment even after I completed checkout, I believe the staff member was Isabella, she was very helpful. The location was perfect for me, my visit brought me to rehearsal space on Kirkstall Road Industrial Estate so the location was perfect. Also the Kirkstall Brewery next door was a great place to go in the evening, the other restaurants looked enticing too!
Breakfast was not to my liking, I don't really like cooked breakfast so there wasn't much for me there. I prefer fresh fruit, museli and fresh filter coffee, I'd say the non cooked breakfast options weren't great but appreciate I am in the minority here and most people do look forward to a Full English in a hotel.

Room space, hospitality and welcomeness of the staff and willing to help the guest feel comfortable at ease There is MyLahore (Pakistani/Desi Food) chain literally across the street from the hotel, which makes it very convenient, convenience store is around the corner. There is parking on-site at the hotel for an extra charge, but better than parking in the parking garage somewhere else.
Parking could have been free for the hotel customers Breakfast should have a bit more options Room cleaning service should be around the clock if possible

from the second we arrived we were welcomed and felt so at home, izabella ( I think that's her name) was the most amazing lady, my daughter has adhd/autism and struggles with places but absolutely loved been here, there was nothing they couldn't do to make our stay special, we go for dance competitions and will never stay anywere else now, massive thankyou to izabella you are the loveliest person we've ever met in a hotel ( we've stayed at many) you went out of your way to make our stay the best and overly succeeded, loved every minute n the kids had the best time thanks to you, breakfast was great, plenty of options to choose from from fresh fruit to fried breakfast cereal croissants muffins etc, all in all there's nothing bad I can say about our stay, it was perfect in every way

The staff here are absolutely wonderful. I booked here to go see the Hoosiers at the brudnell… the lady who checked me in was fantastic. Got up to the room needed to use the sofa bed it wasn’t read she offered to move rooms or make the bed up and she came straight up to do it. The room was very clean! My daughter slept in the bed and it was soooo comfy! The sofa bed not so but it is a sofa bed! Lovely black out curtains and wasn’t disturbed by noise. We needed extra tea and they gave us loads of complementarys not a bother. All of the staff are an asset to that hotel! There is a £12 charge for parking so for a £65 room it came to more however I have stayed at hotels way more expensive and were horrendous compared so worth every penny, as even got breakfast! Breakfast was gorgeous! I enjoyed it so much one of the nicest breakfasts I have had! They even had gluten free bread and toasted it separate so no cross contamination. Only thing is that be prepared the bar is very expensive £10 for one glass of red. And that the irons in the rooms don’t work well. But can’t grumble at all for the price it’s an absolute bargain! And a late check out of 11! Absolutely wonderful! I would recommend this

Room was really spacious, cleaned to a really high standard and the bed was very comfortable which helped to get a good nights sleep. Finally, the air-con was ice cold if you wanted it to be, but also provided good heating when the temperature dipped, the breakfast was excellent, all the food was hot for a buffet and well presented.
Could do with an additional coffee machine to reduce the queuing during peak times at breakfast, cost of parking at £12.50 felt a bit excessive, but for those able to claim it back from the employer its probably not a massive issue.

The staff on duty were excellent they would help, and nothing was too much trouble. There were two people. The young lady with a long ponytail was wonderful. I am disabled she went out of her way to get the right sort of room and amenities Our room was clean, and tidy towels were fluffy. Breakfast was an amazing, good choice Dinning room was good lots of space .
We checked on the website for the hotels food menu and the timing of the sittings The hotels food menu was absolutely nothing like the one online It was heat and served mainly and never changed in the 3 nights. There was no room service as advertised online. I would not have minded, but I was in the hotel as having surgery in the Leeds infermary. The breakfast was very good and lots of choice excellent clean and hot

All the staff were very helpful and friendly, from reception to the restaurant and housekeeping too. They made the stay extra special. The location near to town is ideal, 24hr reception etc.
The room could be a bit bigger with more space for a family in comparison to other places we stayed at. Maybe the price could be lower too, as within 24hrs for the same size room and breakfast offer it was £70 less. Or maybe doing a two night stay offer as some other hotels do? But other than that everything and everyone was great and very accommodating. I would recommend this hotel.

The staff greeted us with friendliness and even managed to check us in before our check in time. The room itself was a great size, clean, and very comfortable. We had a great night’s stay and then enjoyed a brilliant breakfast which was we beyond our expectations. All this followed by a late check out and the staff allowing us to leave our bags until later when we collected them before our train home. Would highly recommend!
Very little negative to say. There was a small amount of noise from the road, but nothing that could even be heard over the TV. All positives apart from that!

The location was excellent the staff were very friendly and welcoming the breakfast was well run and as I required veggie sausages it was ordered with no problem
We had forgotten face cloths and asked if we could have some as the note in the bathroom said they could be supplied none were ever put in our room after asking at reception they seemed to be confused by the request. The windows should be better at blocking out weather noises we were on the 4th floor and on our last night it was quite windy and the noise was relentless all night so we felt like we hadn't slept all night as it is a tall building and the technology that is around these days this should not be a problem in 2024!!! we have stayed in hotels which are really tall and it has been incredibly windy or rainy and you would never know in your room holiday inn should look into this
