The property has old world charm from an older time . The rooms were well appointed as we expected. The location was great for us as we parked the car and got day tickets on the tram to Blackpool and all the sights there.The location of the hotel is quite and offers great beach side walks up the prom. We will go again.

Just as I remember from the past visit a lifetime ago . The building is historical and we ate in the restaurant one evening and we enjoyed the food . The staff were fantastic and friendly. We had four hot sunny days which always helps.

Easy breakfast process. Nice atmosphere in Bar. Food quality quite reasonable. and prices are excellent including drinks. Old hotel showing its age but quality still shows through and you get a sense of history of past times. The bedroom was huge, incredibly high ceiling, and the shower room also large. I love these old Victorian hotels. So close to the tram terminus at Fleetwood and away from the bustle of Blackpool.

On entering the bedroom the afternoon sun immediately highlighted a dust covering on the bed headboard. Also later visible dust on the pelmets and on the roman blinds in the shower room when lowered. Apart from that the room was very clean. The Freeview TV reception was also a bit 'hit and miss'. Take your own soap. It seems to be in short supply.

The North Euston Hotel is in a superb location for an event in Fleetwood. It is very convenient for the trams and the buses with a very clean beach just opposite. The evening meal we had in the restaurant was outstanding. The staff are all lovely and very helpful. I have stayed here before and I would stay here again.

My room this time was not as clean as they usually are and if I had stayed for longer I would have discussed this with management. There were stains in the bathroom and on the tiling and rubbish on the floor of the bedroom when I went in. Bit disappointed this time ...I know they can do better.

Very giood quality breakfast - you can tell by the sausages alone. The breakfast staff were also very helpful and assisted me with getting my food to the table as I use a rollator to maintain balance. The lift is of reasonable size and was easy to operate. Reception came over as friendly and respectful. Sea views include the beatiful Euston Gardens which is a lovely place to relax and watch the world go by. The staff were always willing to go the extra mile.

Not as opulent as in the days of the Cowpes' ownership (when there was table service for every meal) but quality of food is still maintained. Choice of drinks at the bar a little pedestrian, but always fresh without any hint of staleness. For the accessible entrance, the doors were somewhat heavy and unwieldy - a pity as the ramp was not overly steep. Maybe a tad on the expensive side for a decent but not quite luxurious hotel.

Room was lovely and clean

Restaurant staff at breakfast seemed to be stretched. Long wait for refilling the fried egg tray, amongst others. Despite having arranged with the hotel for 2 family members to join us for breakfast, the waiter seemed to not believe us even though I gave him our room number, he then insisted on following my husband around checking we were staying there and insisting he sign something. He did not ask me to do this earlier and this behaviour made us all feel uncomfortable. For that reason, we are unlikely to stay there again. We have used this hotel many times before and never experienced that feeling of not being trusted to pay £22 for 2 extra breakfasts even though I had notified reception in advance.

Good position, right on the sea front. Reception staff very friendly and although we were early our room was ready Breakfast was very good Although I didn't use them I noticed there was lots of extras in the room, fan, electric heater, hair dryer, iron and ironing board and even hot water bottles

It was a very warm day and the window in our room had a large mirror in front of it and I couldn't reach the window to open it. My sisters room was much better having a large sash window with easy access.

We have been here before and knew the hotel and as before the hotel was very clean and tidy. Our bed was amazingly comfortable and we had a restful nights stay. Our early breakfast was as expected, nicely cooked to our request being tasty and presentable. There were many cereal choices and juices available and teas, coffee and toast were plentiful for our choice. The staff were very helpful and pleasant and went beyond expectations which was very pleasing. We were out during the day unfortunately at a family funeral so we were very late to book in, the booking in was pleasant and everything was ready including a very pleasantly surprised upgrade which was so nice and appreciated after the sad day we experienced. So thank you to the North Euston Hotel and their helpful pleasant staff for their part in making the day end in a careful and respectful manner. Colin & Kath.

We knew what the hotel was like and it was exactly what we wanted. To be honest we liked what this hotel offered so nothing to dislike at all really.

Lovely hotel with great facilities. I arrived very early as was meeting family and though couldn't check in they had a lounge for guests with free tea and coffee, bar was also open. Given weather wasn't great these facilities were very much appreciated. Staff really helpful. Room was modern and well maintained bed very comfy.

Only thing I'd mention is water pressure in the shower very weak.

Everything was very good. Meals were very good, plentiful and tasty. Room was to back but did not think to request sea view when booking. Was clean and well looked after. Car parking was free for all at times with only 2 disabled spaces which at times occupied by non disabled vehicles.

Unfortunately wife took unwell on last whole day before departure next morning and needed to go home urgently. Thought given circumstances charging for next mornings breakfast was bit sore.

Breakfast was buffet style really really goid and everything fresh catering fir mist tastes, location of hotel sea front morning and evening quiet and lovely with fab sun rise and sun set - tram stop really close if yiu wanted trip elsewhere.

Our room was comfortable but a little dated understanding that we got the last one - I understand that mist other rooms have been updated but never the less very comfortable.
