This hotel gets so many bad reviews. I've just spent Christmas with my family here and everything has been fine. The only downside is the entertainment would be nice to have a something different than just singing for example a comedy act or drag act. Other than that not a issue. The food was great and plenty to choose from, Christmas Dinner was great and the Christmas buffet was so good.

This hotel is a gem. I came from the US for a conference and was so happy with the facility. My room was roomy and spotless. A big white duvet and big pillows. There is a desk, wardrobe, and a large bath. The tub is deep enough to swim in!! I did not understand how to use the radiator, they were super fast and efficient in solving my dilemma. Meals were delicious, for the conference there were three choices of meat, salads, fruit, and desserts. Able to manage several hundred people move thru effortlessly. There is a coffee shop in the hotel, and a full bar. The lobby was inviting and I used it all weekend to interact with others. Oh, and affordable!! And on a tram line, so that I was easily riding up and down the line to sight see and shop. I hope I have the chance to return.

I missed brewed coffee, but it is England, and it is about tea!! lol.

the norbreck has greatly improved, since my last visit in 2021 , the pool & spa was excellent and I went half board which the dinner was a buffet meal, with lots to choose from , which will also cater for vegan & vegetarian.

the norbreck has greatly improved, there was nothing to dislike.

Ample space in the family room. Friendly staff. Car park was busy due to the amount of people staying but plenty of space. Tram stop dead opposite with good link to get you to the centre however we didn't use it.

It stated towels on my booking however we had no towels. So bringing none with us we were unable to shower adults and children. We arrived later than planned and we needed to go out for food as there was only chips left to order from the food bar. Car park was confusing, guests get cheaper parking but no display or signs outside so we paid before checking in so we was unaware until told by reception on check in. A simple sign on the machines would be ideal.

Pool facilities were excellent for the children. The dining facilities were also very good and had plenty of space and variety at breakfast. The buffet style breakfast has plenty of options, all food was fresh and very tasty. The size of the family room was good, there was plenty of space for luggage. Visually, from the outside, the hotel is lovely. Everything is mapped well and staff were very friendly and helpful when required. There was plenty of parking on site and all charges were fully explained on the website and at the hotel. Location is prime also, you are no where near the noise and nightlife of Blackpool, it was very quiet at night. There is a tram station right outside the hotel which is a good option for leaving the car in the car park. The sea view was incredible and we got an amazing sunset in the evening. (Picture from the window attached)

We thought the rooms felt not as clean as they could have been. Stains on the walls and the toilet not fully cleaned on arrival. The beds were not very comfy.

good location and parking, the artillery corp was there for the day too. other than one issue ill list in the other section it was a good place, the staff were very polite, and the food was on par for the cost.

the bed, now im not one to complain, yes it was cheap enough but not cheap enough to want to stay in a bed like that again, when i say.. i would have had a more comfortable rest sleeping on a jagged edge of a mountain id be saying it politely. it was what id describe as laying on actual concrete. i did mention it to a staff member and they did genuinely apologise for it. however the same staff member did say "a lot of people say the same". other than that "that is only my experience" the place was very good and no other complaints

Our room with a sea view was spacious, lovely and clean. Staff experienced and efficient on check in. Feels safe with lots of security around in the evening time. We really enjoyed the swimming, steam room annd sauna. Being so close to the sea front and the corridors and walkways inside norbeck was ideal for my sister who has mobility issues, loved her walk without the fear of getting banged into inside norbeck and along the sea front. Which has fantastic bike lanes and separate walking area with lots of benches for little breaks. Area for children and even a little cinema which is really nice addition for free films.

The Entertainment was on for 40 minutes for the full night, which were disappointing for a Saturday night. Needs reviewing and updating

The beds were comfortable and clean, it was too warm in the rooms, My granddaughter loves the swimming pool,

Check in to collect the keys at the reception takes too long, even tough I checked in online, when booking it states go to collect keys not reception? only 2 staff on waited over 30 mins, The couple in the room next door were shouting very loud ect in the early hours and woke us up, Then the bed was banging against our wall and in turn it shook mine and granddaughters beds, quite upsetting for my granddaughter to HEAR as she is only 14years old, Maybe the beds in different rooms should be on opporsite walls? Makes me rethink in future about rebooking again with my granddaughter, as i have always loved staying at the Norbreak.

I've stayed here many times before .the room was clean and warm and had tea making facilities and a hair dryer towels ect .the bath shower was great with shower gel hair wash . The TV was great and the bed was comfy .there was wi-fi in my room . I was a solo traveler and I had a double bed at no extra charge ( bonus). I used the leisure facilities for £2 a session or £5 a week . I did not have a meal plan at this stay .there's a snack bar during the day anyway and this worked for me . The car parking was free ( log reg in at desk) The lift was great to my floor .

The Morris dancers were so noisy .and there were children running up and down the corridor all day all night shouting . But that's not the hotels fault . I really was put off using the bar area at night because they were everywhere . And I had came for a peaceful weekend away alone .

Big spacious twin room with Seaview. We were at the end of the corridor, so it was nice and quiet. Tram right outside to take you into Blackpool. Great big beach across the road. Enjoyed my stay. Can't common food or entertainment. There was a singer on at the weekend, though. Great value for money.

They DONT accept cash. So please beware of this. Card only..!!. Went to the bar and was refused a soft drink because I only had cash. The drinks machine was out of order. So, I had to walk to the morrisons daily for juice.
