This hotel gets so many bad reviews. I've just spent Christmas with my family here and everything has been fine. The only downside is the entertainment would be nice to have a something different than just singing for example a comedy act or drag act. Other than that not a issue. The food was great and plenty to choose from, Christmas Dinner was great and the Christmas buffet was so good.

This hotel is a gem. I came from the US for a conference and was so happy with the facility. My room was roomy and spotless. A big white duvet and big pillows. There is a desk, wardrobe, and a large bath. The tub is deep enough to swim in!! I did not understand how to use the radiator, they were super fast and efficient in solving my dilemma. Meals were delicious, for the conference there were three choices of meat, salads, fruit, and desserts. Able to manage several hundred people move thru effortlessly. There is a coffee shop in the hotel, and a full bar. The lobby was inviting and I used it all weekend to interact with others. Oh, and affordable!! And on a tram line, so that I was easily riding up and down the line to sight see and shop. I hope I have the chance to return.

I missed brewed coffee, but it is England, and it is about tea!! lol.

the norbreck has greatly improved, since my last visit in 2021 , the pool & spa was excellent and I went half board which the dinner was a buffet meal, with lots to choose from , which will also cater for vegan & vegetarian.

the norbreck has greatly improved, there was nothing to dislike.

Our stay was exceptional. We took our elderly father for the airshow, and the staff at the hotel couldn't have been more friendly and helpful with his needs. Matt, the night manager was particularly lovely and really made our stay a special one. The hotel has great facilities for the disabled and, although we weren't able to take the scooter upstairs in the lift, there was a safe place behind the reception where we could leave it. There were facilities to charge it too. I noticed that the security was very good, which made us feel safe. On a busy weekend like the airshow, I think the hotel staff all coped well. The entertainment was great and created a nice atmosphere in which to enjoy a leisurely drink in the evenings, served by pleasant bar staff. All in all I think it's safe to say, we wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Many thanks for a lovely weekend.

Perhaps the outdoor seating areas could be a little more comfortable, but given the Blackpool weather it's no biggy.

I love blackpool and come here often. We have stayed here before with our children and decided to come just a few days away me and hubby. The hotel is sound has a bar, options for meals and swimming facilities sauna and spa. The staff were friendly. A issue accurd during the night and security were quick to deal with it. We asked for extra coffee amd pillows and these were given straight away. The bar and entertainment are also a plus. Our tv broke and maintances team came and replaced it. Our bedding was fresh and clean. Was able to take our own alcohol to our rooms no questions asked.

The prices at the bar were abit high. The bed was quite hard. Hair in the bath tub, chewing gum in corner of bathroom and looked liked under the bed wasn't hoovered. The large mirrors on route to our room hadn't been cleaned for sometime, I know they are in process of decorating but just this little thing would of made it feel abit more better or take the mirrors down.

We were here for a local funeral and I wanted somewhere close to my friend's house. The location is good and there is a tram stop right outside along with a lovely beach opposite. The staff were very good and patient considering some of the clientele who were not always so well behaved. - think unruly children running around unsupervised while parents were drinking. We visited in the summer holidays so I'm sure this would be different during term time, but my point is the staff deserve medals 😆

The beds were uncomfortable- very cheap mattresses. The hotel is looking a bit tired as are others in the Blackpool area. I would however stay here again as it's location is good and the staff are very good. Given Norbrecks poor reviews, I was actually impressed that it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.

The hotel is 3 miles north of the tower with tram stop outside the hotel. The hotel is very large, reception is clean. Check in was supposed to be 3pm on website, due to how many were staying our room wasn't ready until 4pm as their was a large Tattoo show on. We had room 105 which was a family room and it was clean and tidy with en suite. We used the bar area which was a great size for children and they allowed takeaway food also which was handy for hungry children, pints were a little high at roughly £5 a pint. Swimming pool was great and only £2.50 for adults and free for children.

The outside area had loads of rubbish about but think that was mainly due the Tattoo convention being on and lots of people not knowing how to use a bin. Prices of drinks could be slightly cheaper but apart from that we had a lovely stay.

Easy to locate, so easy to get your bearings when you're not from the area. Relatively quiet, other than the faint sound of the entertainment in the room we were in, but it wasn't anything drastic and wasn't late, so provided more of an ambience if anything. Staff provided all information and were happy to answer questions.

Not really the hotel's fault, but there was a persistent and almost constant smell of weed, on some occasions it could be smelt in our room. There also seemed to be a draught from somewhere, which we couldn't pinpoint, but it was quite loud and despite closing our windows it could still be heard; it appeared to be due to quite a noticeable gap between the door and the door frame to the room.

Ample space in the family room. Friendly staff. Car park was busy due to the amount of people staying but plenty of space. Tram stop dead opposite with good link to get you to the centre however we didn't use it.

It stated towels on my booking however we had no towels. So bringing none with us we were unable to shower adults and children. We arrived later than planned and we needed to go out for food as there was only chips left to order from the food bar. Car park was confusing, guests get cheaper parking but no display or signs outside so we paid before checking in so we was unaware until told by reception on check in. A simple sign on the machines would be ideal.

Pool facilities were excellent for the children. The dining facilities were also very good and had plenty of space and variety at breakfast. The buffet style breakfast has plenty of options, all food was fresh and very tasty. The size of the family room was good, there was plenty of space for luggage. Visually, from the outside, the hotel is lovely. Everything is mapped well and staff were very friendly and helpful when required. There was plenty of parking on site and all charges were fully explained on the website and at the hotel. Location is prime also, you are no where near the noise and nightlife of Blackpool, it was very quiet at night. There is a tram station right outside the hotel which is a good option for leaving the car in the car park. The sea view was incredible and we got an amazing sunset in the evening. (Picture from the window attached)

We thought the rooms felt not as clean as they could have been. Stains on the walls and the toilet not fully cleaned on arrival. The beds were not very comfy.
