What a great apartment we stayed in the champagne suite. Very spacious lots of room, everything we needed and more. Bed cosy, quiet apartment,great seaviews. Parking space was great. Tram stop right across the road. We went with my parents who also had a great time. Easy communication with house manager. Great instructions on how to access our apartment. Loved the guest information folder. Would highly recommend to family and friends. Would definitely stay again. Great price and value for money. Was like a home from home.

Perfect location for us as I was attending an event at the Norbreck. I am a bit fussy about accommodation, but this felt good to me. Tram stop right outside, and cafes and restaurants nearby. Everything was so easy, good communication for checking in and depending. Would have liked a recycling bin, but im guessing that would be down to the council. We plan on going again, and would have no hesitation in recommending to friends.

The pictures make it look lovely but it is far better than the pictures 👍. Please be aware though as booking.com have described this apartment as being on one level and it isn’t. You go down a flight of stairs to 2 massive en-suite bedrooms. I would definitely recommend this property to stay in and I will definitely be returning.

I had an amazing stay at The Beach House, Luxury Apartments! Parking was easy, and access to the apartment was straightforward using a code door and a keysafe, making check-in hassle-free. The views were absolutely stunning, and the apartment itself was incredibly spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed and more, which was a great bonus. Location is fabulous, tram stop just across the road and shops/pubs next-door. Overall, I loved my stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway.

We enjoyed our stay. We had good parking at the back of the building though I am glad I googled how to get there before arriving. The bed was very comfortable and the shower good which are our two main requirements. The fridge and freezer were a good size and a well-equipped kitchen. The internet was good too. The proximity to the tram system was excellent and there was a good variety of eating places around the corner and a Sainsbury in walking distance. The Blackpool lights were down at this end of town and were very impressive

I think if you call it 5 star then water blasting the outside of the unit and the steps would be a good idea as it doesn't give the impression of 5 star from the outside on arrival. Also the handrail down the stairs to the Sandpiper suite was very loose and needed repairing.

The location is a 10/10 and the apartment is beautiful and nicely decorated .There is a car park situated at the front . There are buses and trams nearby . I came here with my husband and two kids and there was plenty of space for us in the apartment. It had everything we needed and it was super comfortable. There are lots to do in the area , there are cafes / restaurants and even a phone shop around the corner that sells everything you need . The apartment was clean , cosy and homely . The host is super friendly too and very helpful . We stayed at very top ( starlight suite ) and we had a balcony , I would definitely recommend this as the view is very pretty especially at night . The apartment also offered coffee / tea /milk which is nice . I would highly recommend this property . Thank you so much and we will be back again .

Everything was perfect .The superior apartment has everything you need ,the view is amazing, you can see all the way to blackpool tower ,stunning sea view.. The apartment is spacious, clean ,warm and quiet .The beds are comfy ..The area is brilliant the tram stop is right outside for both directions.,and the bus stop .The apartment is 5 mins walk to all takeaways cafes ,Sainsbury's. ,we would definitely book again .

Great location and handy for the tram into Blackpool and lots of amenities within a few minutes walk. Stayed in Sandpiper Suite and perfect for the 2 of us. There apartment had everything we needed as well as free allocated parking.

We had an issue with tĥe rear gate rattling in the wind onour first nigtt but this was dealt with the following day. The mattress needs replacing as it was quite lumpy. Reported and maintenance will look into this.

Very clean, very accommodating and very flexible.

Heating couldn't be regulated from the apartment and the soap dispensers had unusable soap in.

We have been going to Blackpool for many years now. We have tried staying in so many different places and never found the right place to stay. This is definitely it!! We loved everything about it. We stayed in the Champagne Suite. It was just lovely. Definitely be booking it again soon.

Nothing!! One tiny little thing is that there are no USB ports on plug sockets. Be good to update some of the sockets with these for charging phones etc.
