I like the rooms as there was very clean and the beds was so comfy sleeped like a baby, there have a left as well which was very good for my mum who can't walk far and the breakfast was spot on, we really got on with Denise and John and her family kerry n alan a beautiful family business, I'm going to be booking again for my birthday in September, I won't go anywhere else but the queens plaza 100% recommended

The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom it was quite small for me as I'm a big women with a big bum (lol) but I did tell Denise and she kindly opened a empty room up for me with a bigger bathroom, thank u for that as it really helped me, she went out of the way to do anything we needed for a lovely stay,

What a great hotel. Last minute booking and so glad we picked this gem. Friendly staff when arrived. Made us feel really welcome. Was given a superior room rather than the bedroom we had booked so was a bonus straight away. Lovely spacious room with everything you needed. Was spotless. Breakfast was the best ive had in a hotel. So much choice. Husband went back for 2nds. coffee was lovely. Didn't venture out but know the area so a great place if you are heading into town. 5-10 min taxi ride or hop on to the tram that passes by regularly. Will defo be staying here again next time we are in the area.

We loved our stay, our room was gorgeous, and the staff were lovely and very helpful. We spent the evening in the bar, playing pool and games with our children, and a had a fabulous time. A special thanks to the lady serving us, who let us stay late even though the bar had emptied out. The room was lovely, it was clean and tidy with a great view of the seafront. There were all the amenities we needed including; storage for clothes, electric radiator, WiFi, smart tv, tea and coffee station with bottled water, towels, toilet roll and toiletries. We opted for the breakfast in the morning, and it was delicious. There was such a huge selection on offer too, from cereals and porridge, to cooked breakfast items, to continental pastries. If we're ever back in the area, we'd definitely stay again.

Staff was very welcoming on arrival also let us check into our rooms early , gave us a choice of 2 rooms , it was extremely clean to high standards and owners sat an talked with us at breakfast , breakfast was amazing plenty of choice , from a large range of cereal’s , toast , full English and fruit yogurts as well as other things

Our 4th year here and it was just as good as ever. The hotel us family run and they make you feel so welcome. Nothing us too much trouble. The rooms are clean and comfortable and we had our usual sea view room. Its not top end, 5* luxury but it is a little jewel of a small hotel. The breakfast is legendary. A huge choice on the Sunday buffet breakfast, and a more than ample portion on the served breakfast on Monday. Well located outside of the Blackpool hub-bub so no noise, but right on the tram stop and a few minutes away from a plethora of restaurants. Cannot recommend highly enough. Cannot wait to book in for 2026!

Great family run hotel, very accommodating and go the extra mile to make sure you have a good stay. Great family rooms, tea trays with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, bottles of water, biscuits. Soap and hair and shower gel provided in the bathrooms. Our son loved the bunk bed. Fantastic breakfast with hot and cold choices including Scottish options. Something for everyone. Bar area with pool table and games and a well stocked bar. Keys to come and go at anytime. Had a great stay and will definitely be back. A little ride on the tram into Blackpool but easy to get to.

Stayed in a room for 5 people and it was excellent, I had half expected to all be bundled into one room but the room we were in had 2 rooms within the room and space was excellent for 5 people. Breakfast was AMAZING! so much on offer both hot food and also continental options were the best I’ve seen even in bigger hotels, variety for everyone. The view from the front of the hotel is lovely and perfect area & a tram ride away from the main promenade. I will definitely return! Staff were also extremely friendly and welcoming.

This hotel offered exceptional value for money. It was impeccably clean, from the lounge area to the bathrooms and the bedroom. During the winter months, it provided a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Located slightly away from the hustle and bustle, it was just a few stops from the main attractions, ensuring easy accessibility. The breakfast was excellent and accommodated a variety of preferences. The owners were exceedingly polite, friendly, and helpful. Very friendly welcome and had upgraded us to sea view. Room was lovely and big. Close to Bispham station so ideal for trams. Plenty of parking.

One of the lifts wasn't working, so either stairs or use one at other end of hotel. Not ideal when I can't walk any real distance or manage stairs easily. Decor although nice is showing signs of age and stain over skirting board could do with a wipe. Though altogether we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again

We booked this hotel after the hotel Jeanee cancelled on us at the last minute. This is a lovely hotel with great staff and even has a bar/seating area to unwind after an exhausting day. It's 2 miles from the central pier but only cost £6 each way using UBER. They fo have parking available. However, we used the side road just after the hotel, so we were free to leave when we wanted to.

We were woken at 3 am due broken window. It looked as though the mechanism had snapped and wouldn't close fully, so the wind from the sea front was horrendous. We did mention this upon leaving, and the lovely lady on reception assured us that it would be sorted. Room 32 sea view room.
