Staff were friendly and helpful, luggage storage was much appreciated. Newly renovated modern bathroom in family room.

We needed 6 beds but website wasn't clear that 6th bed was a small rollaway. Nothing mentioned on the website that aircon for the room is an extra £20.

I got a real deal on the price through booking.com paying only £44.00 for a night. So everything was good. Had I paid the normal going rate I wouldnt have been so pleased. The room was comfortable and warm, with an en suite shower and toilet. There was tea and coffee making facilities but no biscuits, but for £44.00 you wont hear any complaints from me lol.

Unable to park near the hotel

I really enjoyed my stay here and enjoyed everything. I loved my room. It was very clean and well decorated. There was no fridge or hairdryer for anyone who may need them, but I wasn't bothered by that. There was a table, with a kettle and refreshments. There was a wardrobe and i got a room with a toilet. There are some rooms with shared toilets available. The staff was kind too. The location was great, very clean and safe. It was a 5min walk from paddington station. Plenty of shops around of all sorts. It's about 20-30mins away from zone 1. Overall, i loved my stay here and would book again

There are no lifts, and staircase can be a little tight for some with big luggages. I just had a bagpack so i was safe, but others may struggle especially if on the top floor, or if someone with mobility issues. Maybe try requesting a room on the 1st floor. My room had 2 beds, but i was solo so I had some space, but,. It wouldnt be very spacious if there would be 2 people sharing and both had luggages. Otherwise I'm very satisfied with my stay.

Perfect location, 5 mins from Paddington station. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Very clean, clean sheets and towels, towels changed every day. Kettle inside the room was very useful for morning coffee, saves money and time. I stayed there 4 nights and all the time hotel was very quiet, no drunk parties and overall I felt very safe. Shower is tiny, but works fine. No bad smell. We were group of 3 and received a room for 5/6 persons. Extremelly happy! Money/quality balance leans to quality side. Overall hotel was better than exepcted, would recommend 100%.

The room was really clean, even the floor. It has all necessary to stay there for several days. The bed was good. It was quite cold but there's an electric heater that does the job. There's a usb port for phone charging by the bed. Lamps were working. It's possible to leave the luggage for free. Great qality/price ratio. Definitely will stay there again.

Soundproofing is bad, you literally hear all noices in the corridor. But the hotel was quiet till 8.30 AM. Anyway I recommend earplugs. Pillows and duvets are thin. The room was cold but they provide a heater which was enough. But even though this is the best price/qality place in London by now for me.

Small, clean single room with shared facilities an 8 minute walk between Paddington & Lancaster gate tube stations. Receptionists were friendly and efficient, the wifi good and the bed comfortable. The rooms were great value but then they were small - perhaps best consider this place as a crash pad for a few days - nothing long term. Plenty of dinning opportunities on the Paddington high street including some great Italian cafes for breakfast.

The single rooms are situated at the very top of the building - worth noting as there are no lifts up the 5 floors !

Ideal location for Hyde park BST festival.Good price for area. Easy to find. Close to train/underground. No access for disabled traveller if required

Slight step into bathroom we both tripped on it everytime. Mattress on one of the beds oversized so need to be weary if sitting on edge of bed. Lamp didntwork properlyDont go thinking its the Ritz for the price and location it was ok.Asked for extra coffee and milk which was supplied gad to go on the hunt for a extra loo roll!

A five minutes walk from Paddington tube and railway.. A very pleasant and helpful young man on reception. I was allowed to upgrade from a single with lots and lots of stairs to a double on the lower ground for a small fee and no fuss. A very clean room, en suite shower and wc. Clean, fresh white bed linen and towels and soap provided. Lots of hot water to shower. Comfortable double bed.

The room had a French door/window leading onto a tiny decked 'courtyard' . The door would not lock. IT NEEDS FIXING PLEASE. I slept with a chair in front of it although it opened outwards. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been wonderful.

The staff was so nice, I really liked the room, the view and I think the building was charming. Even if the bathrooms and shower was shared I found it to be very clean and nothing smelled bad. There were also horses down the street, I could see them from my window during the day.

My only complaints would be like the dust on top of the closet and tv. But it wasn’t really a bother at all, but that’s the only thing I could think of. I really liked this place.

The hotel is in the perfect location, we stayed for 2 nights to attend a concert at Hyde Park, which was just a few short minutes away, and a short walk to Paddington station. Plenty of restaurants and bars surrounding it. The room itself was super clean, and we had no issues accessing the property. The staff were super friendly, and the hotel didn't have loud excessive noise, which was great.

We were placed in a room on the top floor as we needed space for 3 people. The room was perfect apart from the heat. It is understandable that this is unavoidable because heat rises, but at some points, the room was stifling hot, and the single fan in the room didn't really ease the humidity even with the window fully open so I think it would really benefit from an additional fan if possible. If staying for longer than a few nights, then some people may find the beds slightly uncomfortable.
