Perfect location near King's Cross station. Beds were comfortable.

There was just one men's bathroom for the whole floor (one toilet and two showers). The toilet wasn't swallowing good. It happened many times, that the toilet was full of toilet paper and human feces so i had to go to another floor...

Great hostel in excellent central London location. Very clean and friendly helpful staff. Bath rooms and showers rooms are a bit small and can be cramped if a few people are in there at the same time. I was there in the summer and the Room 1 Pod dorm was very hot and uncomfortable to sleep at night. No windows at all and only a small skylight to open. This room and maybe other needs much more ventilation, large in door vent and vents in the pod walls/roof plus bigger sky light opening window may in prove this issue. But all in all very happy and will be staying again. Thank you Clink 261

Room was uncomfortable hot at night, lack of variation .(stayed summer,August 2025) Bathrooms and shower facilities are very small and cramped if a few people in them..

Location is perfect: super close to the station to go everywhere (central london takes around 30 min by underground) or bus nearby just a few minutes away. Hostel has free events to meet other people or to see the city. You can get breakfast for 4,50 a day if you pre-book, it´s a simple breakfast tho with cereals/bread/fruit (makes sense) so you can try a day there to see if it´s something for you. They got lots of services in case you forgot something. Wifi works well, bed was fine. Showers were working well, you can turn it warm or colder whatever you prefer.

-Room is quite small, but I only went there to relax and sleep. I would recommend using the sink in the room to freshen up, cause in the shared bathroom the sink is too small to do your stuff. -Missed some curtains for your bed for some extra privacy. -Maybe adding eggs to the breakfast would be nice (I didn´t see them)

The staff are friendly. As my luggage might be overloaded, the staff gives me a weight scale to solve my problem! Location is super good! It is just 5-10min walk from King's cross station. And it is very good in price! You cannot find any better option in London as it is really good deal. You can also store your luggage there for a while. One more thing is the have lift! So I do not have to climb the stairs with my suitcase, which is really nice and much better than the tube as the tube sometimes got so many stair for me to climb!

The room inside is too hot! The windows can only open a tiny gap. So, even it is cool outside, the cold air cannot enter the room and the building. Hope that the windows can be fully open so the ventilation will be better. The bathroom is tiny and just got 2 hooks for hanging inside, the more the better.

Great localization - a 7 minute walk from King's Cross St. Pancreas. Beds were quite comfy, big plus for the light fixture above every bed, the small fan (it was super hot, but it is August, so) and two USB slots. The check-in was super hassle-free and personel was lovely. You didn't have to pay extra for the sheets. There's a small bathroom sink and a mirror in the room. One shower in the girl's bathrooms had four hangers and lots of room, which was probably the best hostel shower situation I've had in a while :D

Please oil the hinges on the lockers, they're very creaky and loud, which woke people up when you wanted to open them discreetly. The room is also tiny, so it's more manageable when you're backpacking I'd say.

Amazing hostel in the centre of the city. I was quite suprised how clean everything was. I truly liked my room, the bed was comfortable and all my roommates were very respectful. There is a really nice kitchen and a chilling area in the basement, that was my favourite place. Every stuff member I met was friendly and helpful, can´t complain at all.

Women bathrooms are only located on the first two floors, which is inconvenient if your room is on the third. That said, they weren’t too far away. The lockers under the bed make quite a bit of noise when opened, which can disturb others who are sleeping. Also, you’ll need to bring your own padlock or buy one at the reception.

the location is amazing! it's only 5min walk from king's cross station and you can move through the site very easily. The kitchen is big and well equipped and the staff is super friendly

The rooms are super cramped and small, some privacy curtains would really help to remediate the lack of privacy. The cleanliness wasnt the best either, at no point my room was clean and the bathroom was a bit messy. My biggest concern was the lack of maintenance of the building infrastructure, the elevator was out of order and in the entire building I could only find 3 toilets for male usage but only one was really usable(one was out of service and another was constantly clogged and unusable)

The location was excellent, and the staff were very helpful. This was my third stay, and the location was my primary reason for choosing this hotel. There's a supermarket and a Costa Cafe right next door. The toilets are generally clean. You need to bring your locks with you or you can buy them there. I stayed in a four-person female dormitory. There is a sink in the room for washing hands and face, but you have to go to the common area to use the toilet.

There are no closets in the rooms, there are cage-like spaces under the beds for suitcases, but it seems like they don't clean the area very often.

the elevator was relatively responsive, plenty of bathrooms and showers (though the showers did not have any ventilation) and the kitchen was lovely and clean. Plenty of oil/spices for free use and good fridge space available. Staff were very helpful with questions about public transport. Very reasonable kitchen hours, midnight closed for cleaning but can’t cook your own breakfast until midday

bedrooms were too warm at night, i woke up sweating most nights. some bathrooms were closed at intervals so you had to see on which floors were they available.

1- The staff was very helpful. 2- The toilets were clean and the floors weren't wet, the ventilation was working. 3- The sheets and pillows were quite clean.

1- A foldable shelf that's not close to the sink (because it gets wet) could be added to the shower areas for placing clothes, and something like a door hook could be added for hanging towels and clothes. It becomes difficult to change clothes, and I didn't want to put clean clothes on the wet or unhygienic sink counter in the shower. 2- The ventilation fans in the pods could be replaced with quieter ones.
