Fabulous Location, great staff & facilities. Bed was super comfortable, it did take up the whole room though.

Opening the suitcase was tricky, no room to open or store it, apart from on the bed. Slept with it on one side!

Location 10/10: close to underground and plenty of shops/pubs/caffees/restaurants nearby, some open till late, very convenient Room 10/10: small, but well thought out, we were comfortable. Excellent curtains to make it dark and lots of windows thar opened. AC was individually controlled, in the afternoon with full on sun on the windows it wasn't enough, but worked great the rest of the day/night. Beds 9/10: very comfortable but a bit too short for us (5.7 / 5.9). Bathroom 10/10: not even that small with an excellent shower. The bathroomfan stayed on, towels dried really fast and the slight sound didn't bother us Quietness 10/10: we felt alone in the hotel! Of course you are dependent on the people around you but we didn't hear a peep for 4 nights. A little streetnoise which is to be expected in central London, but we still slept great.

After a disastrous experience in a hotel in the same neighbourhood, we found Oliver Plaza Hotel which was fantastic. The hotel it's an old Victorian building however very modern and has all facilities you need for a stay in London. Room was very clean, bed was comfy, bathroom was big enough. During our 3 night stay the room was cleaned twice and towels were also changed. Location is also pretty good, with Earl's Court tube station only a block away from the hotel and lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby

There is nothing I can say bad about this accommodation. Maybe a suggestion would be to have a telephone in the rooms to communicate with Reception which is not a bad thing

Location was great for what we wanted, Earl's Court Tube just a few minutes away. We were also able to reserve parking for 2 days at £30 per day - there are only 3 spaces so do reserve if you need them. Bathrooms in rooms were bigger than expected for small rooms and felt a decent size. Staff were very friendly and helpful - a member of our party had to return after check out feeling unwell and they were happy for her to use the bathrooms and wait in reception.

The breakfast was average - selection of breads and pastries but the fruit options were not appetising. We only ate vegetarian hot options and these could have been warmer. The rooms are small, but we knew this in advance, and there were some stains on the carpets and make up marks on bed sheets.

Location was great. Staff was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable and upgraded with plenty of charging outlets. Small but it's London.

A very competitively priced, nice hotel in an excellent location.

There wasn’t much I didn’t like, to be honest. My only gripe, perhaps, was the absence of a power outlet in the bathroom for the hairdryer which seemed like a weird oversight.

The small single room was very cleverly designed to make best use of space, and the breakfast was an excellent pleasant surprise. The location was chosen for its proximity to the tube station; it was fine, but a warning: Though Earl's Court Station is marked as having step free access, if you follow directions and use the Warwick Road exit, you encounter a longish flight of stairs up to get out! :-(

The only suggestion: PLEASE add railings to help get up the steps to the entrance! The lift inside made it easy on older folks, but getting up those steps with a bag was a challenge.

The location of the hotel is perfect and near the metro station "Earl‘s Court". The room was comfortable and we had no issues with the room size because our Luggage fit under the bed. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Since the stay at this hotel wasn’t planned, due problems with another hotel, we didn’t check for the floors which were carpets. Personally I find it always a little bit uncomfortable since carpet floors need more intense cleaning and some stains won’t go out which gives me a unclean feeling walking barefoot. But like i said the last point is a personal issue and the rooms were modern and clean.

Did not like how they tried to extort me for 150 pounds upon confirming my Reservation. However, my Son, and Bookings. Com Stepped in and took care of it. Other than that Staff at Desk was very helpful. Especially the Female Staff who assisted me in Booking my trip to Stonehenge. Bravo to Her. Respectfully Sheila Anderson.

Room is the smallest I have seen since I have been traveling. No Chairs. No Luggage Rack. Had to bend down on the floor to get in my luggage. Room was like a Chicken Coop. All and all. Front Desk Staff was very Professional.

The location of this hotel is exceptional, being so close to Earl's Court tube station and I had a wonderful view from my room, which was quiet and peaceful. The room was clean and there were tea making facilities inside which I appreciated and used. Check in was speedy and easy and I thought the décor in general was attractive - fun prints on the wall and upbeat colours. The bathroom was great - powerful shower and a good size.

If I'm nit picking, it was annoying that it took me 3 attempts before being able to get onto the hotel wifi (maybe I was trying to log on at peak time which was around 9pm) with my mobile and gave up after 4 attempts to log on using my tablet, also the curtains were quite unattractive and the duvet was a bit on the thin side.
