The hotel was very well equipped and the staff were generally very helpful and approachable. Rooms were great, lots of space for a family of 4 and good amenities in the room. Breakfast was a buffet style with options for continental or cooked breakfasts, and the food was good quality, although I would have liked some more options to chose from. Overall great hotel, would definitely recommend/return.

Some of the lifts to the spa/leisure facilities were out of order making it very difficult to get there from our floor, as it was only accessible from the lobby it requires taking 2 separate lifts and meant long waiting times to use the lift. On top of that children could only use the pool during specific hours and these had to be booked beforehand and spaces always seemed limited to be able to get all 4 of us in, but we could have potentially researched this prior to avoid disappointment.

The location is excellent, and the view is absolutely stunning. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the lighting control box was practical. The iron board was also useful, especially when you travel for work.

The cleanliness could have been better. Additionally, there were no plugs for the hairdryer in the bathroom, and in the area where a multi-plug converter was installed, there was no mirror, making it inconvenient to dry the hair. There were no plugs next to the bed for charging phones. The reception staff could improve and at least appear friendlier.

Great room and location

I was disappointed with the service from the staff. When we arrived, it took a while to check in as the system seemed to be down, which is fine. However, the way that the staff treated the situation wasn't great. Overall I expected better staff service.

Location, facilities, size and safety of the hotel. The size of hotel room was massive and loved the microwave and two bathrobes provided👍

I found a tiny stain on my bottom sheet, i will suggest for them to inspect the sheets prior to changing as its important for customers like me. Still need to improve their digital key as i was having trouble with internet connection before using the hotel lift during my stay.

- Poor standards of cleaning in the Spa - Glass shower door drags on the floor when opening - Shower twist tap not working - Visible dirt on the floor, particularly beside the clothes spinner dryer. The Spa really didn’t match the rest of the hotel! We thought the room service menu was lacking!

The hotel is conveniently located as the name implies right across the Westminster Bridge and made walking tours very easy. We needed 3 beds so we had a triple studio which came with a large sofa bed. The rooms were sound proofed and didn`t have any disturbances from the neighbors. Buffet breakfast had plenty of seating and we were seated immediately

There were no charging outlets around the bedstands and made it difficult to charge the devices during the night.

For the standard of the hotel I would have thought that better toilet roll could have been purchased. Also there was no plugs near the beds or charging points

The hotel's location is truly splendid. the room was quite decent.
