The hotel is situated in a privileged location in Marylebone, within short walking distance to a diverse and exciting range of restaurants and shops. Access to the London Underground (Bond St Station) is also within short walking distance. Athletic facilities are superb, as is the gastronomic offer in the hotel itself - a very pleasant scene populated by locals as much as visitors. The staff is very attentive and careful, offering very good advice and recommendations on everything from transportation to entertainment. The hotel is a pure delight.

Everything was superb. The hotel is definitely a neighborhood gem as opposed to a grand tower or luxury establishment. While the hotel is a bit scarce in lobby and gathering space (some of the rooms are indeed very small), it would be unfair to judge it on those grounds. The hotel is quite straightforward about its offerings and facilities.

Great location , beautiful facilities Managed to check in slightly early which made a big difference Very friendly staff especially Beata at breakfast who created a warm and friendly environment for all guests.

Room size very small. Bathroom bordering on ridiculous - very difficult to close the bathroom door while using the toilet. This would not be a suitable room if you were a large size. Tiny bathroom size also meant exiting the shower ( over the bath) was tricky and a potential falls risk as everything was slippy and there was nothing to hold onto. U would need good coordination to navigate using the shower in that small space.

This was a last minute booking so we got a good rate for the location and class of hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the tv was huge. We had a queen room and a cosy room and there was pretty much no difference. The cosy room was cheaper so probably the best choice. Staff were very pleasant, bed was comfortable and a few nice touches such as free toiletries and water which were appreciated. Room was nice and quiet and seemed well soundproofed. Breakfast was good but quite expensive, and a service charge was also added on at checkout which bumped the price even more.

Check in could have been a little quicker and bathroom was very small. Breakfast was overpriced, even though it was nice. Service charges for breakfast and just for staying bumped up the hotel cost.

Very helpful staff that assisted us with a wide range of questions and requests, including going out of their way to assist with a disabled friend. Great location — lively vibe, excellent food choices close by, fun strolling through the neighborhood with its many interesting boutiques, close to the exceptional musical offerings at Wigmore Hall, a pleasant walk to Regent Street, Hyde Park and other sites.

Room seemed quite hot and stuffy at night. Air conditioning seemed to have only very marginal impact.

Location is perfect. Basic Rooms are small and extremely small bathroom. We’d go shower in the gym that you get access to downstairs - Third Space. Much more room and better water pressure. Beds were very comfortable. Housekeeping was very good and efficient. Bar staff downstairs were very slow and it felt like we were bothering them to get a beverage. We would stay there again for the perfect location this hotel is in, but would get a bigger room next time. Front desk staff were nice and welcoming.

The staff were so amazing, so lovely and attentive and helpful. The location was perfect, I’ve been to London 4 times and this was the best location and area by far! The breakfast was amazing, the pool, gym and lobby were also incredible! It was also our honeymoon and they gave us some flowers, cake and Prosecco - it was beautiful! Definitely recommend if you are staying in London!

It was really warm weather for the time we were in London and unfortunately the air conditioning wasn’t working that well for our stay so our sleeps were a bit hot. Also the shower fan wasn’t working so the air flow wasn’t great and the shower was a bit old and small - my husband is quite tall so could barely fit under the shower head as it was permanently stuck to the wall. Just a few little things but besides that it was a beautiful hotel and we enjoy our stay so much!

I loved the area and I loved that the hotel was situated in the heart of Marylebone. The facilities offered were amazing, including the ability to use Third Space. Staff were super nice and friendly, from the doormen to the concierge, to the cleaners.

For the most part it was a 10/10 stay. I didn't like that a few days prior to my arrival I had e-mailed the property via booking.com and did not receive a response, so when I went to check-in I was a little unsure what to expect. Didn't mind too much but on Sunday (I assume a lot of check-outs and check-ins may have been taking place), housekeeping was still cleaning my room when I got back at around 4pm, and after having been out since about 8 in the morning, all I wanted to do was lay down. Was still a 10/10 stay though and would definitely stay here again.

Room much bigger than expected. Staff outstanding. Very helpful and friendly. Food in restaurant for breakfast and the occasional dinner was excellent. Location superb. So many great small restaurants and boutiques in the area. Used and loved the onsite gym membership as there was a good length pool and excellent facilities.

Shower in bathtub was small and awkward getting in and out of due to tub. Should’ve had a stand alone shower and nixed the tub. Cleaners came into room even when there was a do not disturb sign on the door.

Perfectly located hotel in Marylebone, walking distance to high street, baker st, Oxford st, etc. Lots of nice cosy spots in the hotel for a drink, coffee or meeting. Staff are super friendly and accommodating, even gave me an upgrade on arrival. The gym facility which doubles up as a members gym is a great facility to have on site with all sorts of weights, equipment, different workout areas, etc.

The room size was a little small, even with the complimentary upgrade. It is hard to fault at the price point for a good hotel like this in central London and I will definitely return.
