I liked that the hotel had an elevator and very close to the tube station, restaurants and nice stores. The Marylebone area has a lot of interesting shops, including a popular book store called Daunt Books. Lots of restaurants to choose from. It is also very close to Regent's Park (~5 minute walk) which is quite large and beautiful. We walked there at dusk and there were a lot of people strolling about and it seemed safe. Our room had three twin beds and although a tight fit, we were comfortable. If you have a lot of luggage or large pieces of luggage, it may be difficult. We had two 21" carry ons, one duffle, and three day packs. There is a wardrobe available and the duffle and a backpack fit in nicely.

The room got a little warm and the air conditioning seemed to be centrally controlled so we opened the windows and that helped. Lighting in the bathroom was poor. Water pressure in the shower was on the low side. We didn't bring these things to the attention of management since it wasn't a big problem for us.

If the guest in the room above yours wakes up, you will also wake up (walking and toilet flush noises are transmitted directly). Not very welcoming reception staff.

We had a lovely stay at Regency Parkside Hotel! I booked a twin and a tripple room for me and my family and we stayed for five nights. It was a nice little hotel on a quiet street just 100 meters from busy Marleybone Road and a few minutes walk to Baker Street with access to several busses and the underground. It took about 15 minutes to walk to Oxford Street and there were many shops, restaurants etc. available just 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. Madame Tussauds was just around the corner. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was available for £10. The rooms was quite small but nice and very clean. The lovely housekeeping and breakfast staff always greeted us with a smile, did an amazing job and made us feel welcome. We will definetly stay here again. Thank you Regency Parkside!

The hotel is a small typically British hotel. There was someone at the front desk all the time. There was a heat warning in London during our stay. The AC in this hotel was perfect. We had a bathtub with shower, so we were able to take a soak after returning from touring. It was a very clean room, the bed was comfortable and there was a small refrigerator. The room size was adequate. The location was on a quiet residential street but steps away from restaurants. You can walk to the Baker Street tube station. There was an inexpensive English breakfast available, with some continental selections. It was an excellent spot for the touring we were doing. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location, just a few blocks from Baker Street metro station. The street where the hotel is located is very cute, clean, and beautiful. The service was excellent at all times, we were able to check in early and leave our backpacks at the hotel reception after check-out to explore the city. Overall, we were very satisfied!

For me, the most negative point was the room’s lighting. At night it was fine, but we stayed in a ground-floor room with windows facing an air shaft, so there was no natural sunlight. On top of that, the room lights were very dim, especially in the bathroom, where it felt like they weren’t even on. I traveled to London for a concert and had to get ready using my phone’s flashlight on a tripod because there wasn’t enough light to do my makeup. The shower was also not steady, it kept slipping down while we were bathing, but I managed to fix it by wrapping the hose around the pole.

Stayed in a twin room. It was big enough that we both had space to store our things and move about. The ensuite bathroom was decently sized, and had a small ledge over the sink to store toiletries. The room temperature was nice and the noise level was minimal. The Check-in and Check-out process was very smooth and there were no issues or complications. The hotel location is near two underground stations, some restaurants and fast-food places, and a 20 min walk from Oxford Street.

(Very minor things) There weren't any face towels, so we had to use the hand towels. I would recommend guests bring their own just in case. There is only one bedside table, situated between the beds, and it is incredibly easy to knock things off of it by accident in the night due to how close it is to the beds. We were woken up quite early due to the noise. I assume from staff setting up the dining hall, by the clattering and sound of moving furniture.

Everything was exceptionally clean! The staff was very friendly and helpful, they made everything easier for us. This area of London is very nice. It was also very silent. Bathroom is also quite good, better in person than in the images in my opinion. No smell issues either. Overall I strongly recommend this hotel.

The only issue with this place is how small the rooms are. We had only one luggage so it was alright for us, but if you have more than one big bag it'd be really difficult to fit in. We didn't have any window views but we didn't mind it.

Location is excellent, only a few mins walk from Baker St tube station. Close to many good restaurants, pubs and cafes. Hotel looks recently refurbished and is spotlessly clean. Very friendly staff at reception. Very quiet hotel through the night which is rare in London at this price point. Would definitely return.

Minor negative points reduced overall score of the hotel slightly. Room 411 is a top floor room that is VERY small for two people when set up as a twin. It may work better as a double. Room space is further restricted by steep sloping ceilings which reduce the already small floor space. Only one of us could move around the room or go to the bathroom at any time provided the other person lay on their bed. I asked for a high room for noise reasons so the small space was partly my own fault. The bathroom was very clean but the shower pressure was very poor, probably due to the high floor location. Solution - ask for a lower floor next time.

The location was perfect within walking distance of take away shops and cafes. The room were perfect for a single traveler with a very nice bed and exceptionally clean. The breakfast is a must and I had the full english for £10 and there were other selections like fruit, yogurts, cereals, cake, toast, orange juice and as much tea or coffee you need. The dining room and kitchen staff were fantastic and it was a peaceful well furnished place to enjoy breakfast. I really couldn't say anything bad about my stay and the elevator was a surprise and so useful.
